Our stay at The Good Life was lovely! The spotless converted barn felt instantly welcoming, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort. Debbie was very welcoming and very helpful, offering great recommendations and thoughtful touches like heating the tub before we got there. The stunning countryside location provided the perfect escape. We were staying here to visit the Brecon Beacons, and the location was perfect, as it is only 20 minutes away. The highlight was the amazing hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars. A beautiful stay, thank you for having us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We spent a lovely weekend at Dawn's place. Everything was absolutely perfect. Dawn is one of the best host I have ever met on airbnb. The house was well equiped and spotless clean. The hot tube was brilliant and already heated up by the time we arrived. The parking space was secure and big enough for a Defender. BBQ was clean and ready to go with the coal provided. The pub basically next door was great too. I really can't fault the place for anything. It felt like home from the first moment.

We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s beautiful cottage over the weekend. Check-in was super easy – Susan greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, making sure we knew where everything was and how it all worked. The cottage itself definitely had the wow factor – absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and really well looked after. It had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe, which made it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a real treat! It was already warmed up and ready to use when we arrived, and really easy to operate – a lovely touch that made our stay feel extra special. It’s just a 4-minute drive into the town centre, where we found some lovely cafes and great places to eat. We also spent a day in Ludlow, which was absolutely stunning – well worth the short drive. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with a great host.

We had such a wonderful stay at Louise and Tom’s cottage this weekend. The cottage itself was immaculate, very cosy and we felt right at home! The surrounding area is lovely, and very peaceful! Perfect for a calm weekend away! Louise and Tom are great hosts, very friendly and responsive and they had thought of everything you’d possibly need in the guest instructions at the cottage. We went to a lovely local pub for food, The Balance Inn. Ludlow is also only a 25 minute drive away which was a nice day out. We have already recommended this place to friends! Thank you so much!

Soldiers cottage is a cute, cozy little cottage suitable for a single person or couple. The hot tub outside is covered and private. We cooked in the kitchen and found everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Gina and her husband were both lovely and very welcoming. We had a great relaxing couples break here. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely place to stay, everything you need from the property and more than you can handle from a location! Hot tub was fantastic, nice privacy, awesome views and great star gazing opportunities! We had one clear night and it did not disappoint!! Locally the walks great! We did the Skenfrith circular (All trails app) and finished it off at the Bell Inn for a deserved Cider or two! Would definitely recommend and return. Comms with Jeremy was really good and easy. We had a fantastic stay in Claires place. The Cottage was incredibly clean and perfectly located for our quiet escape!..The views were stunning. We had a cosy log fire in the living room which was perfect to come into after spending some time outside in the hot tub! The hot tub looks out onto unspoilt countryside, absolute bliss! We enjoyed exploring the local town on our first day and then ventured off to some beautiful waterfall walks the following days. We were able to take our dog with us which was wonderful as we usually have to leave him with friends. Claire was always super quick to respond to any questions I had and we were left to our own devices with clear instructions for our arrival. We would definitely like to come and stay again in the future, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Gwardolau Cottage. Karl was very accommodating. Karl has great knowledge of the area and advised on where to visit nearby. We had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The cottage is a great base to explore the Elan Valley.

Dear Emma and Andrew Thanking you so much for our stay at your beautiful Lock House, it was just the therapy needed at a very difficult time for my elderly mum. The location is idyllic, we loved hearing the new born lambs and watching them bounce around the field in the sunshine. We even had a visit from a gorgeous swan! Lock House is immaculate inside and out, a real home from home. So clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped with lots of thoughtful extra touches including the welcome pack and fresh flowers on our arrival. We had a really wonderful restful break and we hope to return again in the future.

Wonderful long weekend at Flagstone Cottage, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been, no car noises whatsoever and beautiful scenery. Cottage was exactly as described. We asked for the BBQ to come back out and Clare actually brought out all the outside furniture for us to use which was a nice surprise when we got back from our day trip. Our 5yo daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom and being able to have multiple baths a day (we only have a shower at home). The walk from Llanthony Priory up Hatterhall hill is amazing and the pint in the priory grounds at the end was very scenic and rewarding! Hay-On-Wye is well worth a visit, Abergavenny also.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Mill Cottage. The whole cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully presented/decorated. The facilities were all amazing. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating, helping with suggestions of activities in the local area and were on hand if we needed anything..This is a host who takes great care and pride in what they offer, please dont hesitate in booking here!

What a perfect stay! Jo’s place was lovely, it had everything you could need. Was quiet, peaceful, exactly as described. Jo’s guide to the place was so thorough and very helpful. We went on some lovely walks in the area - great location, can get to some really great spots without driving. Will come again :)

Amazing AirBnB. Beautiful panoramic window, all furnished well, super huge comfy bed, fantastic shower, Peter was hugely helpful and responded straight away when we couldn’t get the heating going, great dog walks, 4 miles to lovely Ludlow and a National Trust castle. This is definitely our favourite Airbnb stay so far!!! This cottage was beautiful. The hosts (and doggies!) are super friendly. The cottage was an ideal base for us for the weekend, we climbed pen y fan, which was a short drive away, and walked a few other routes nearby. The surroundings are stunning. We are definitely coming back one day!!

We spent a wonderful Christmas week at Paul and John’s cottage. The building has been carefully and thoughtfully restored and is really snug and cosy. We found everything has been considered making it well equipped and extremely comfortable for any length of stay. The views across the Radnorshire Hills into Shropshire from the cottage are amazing and there are plenty of long-distance paths (Offa’s Dyke Path and Glyndwr’s Way) close by to use as the centre for some good walks. We can truly recommend this for a base for a holiday in a beautiful area of Wales.

Gorgeous rural retreat, really felt as if we were in the middle of nowhere. Dog loved it too. Conservatory makes the cottage, you can appreciate the views from this light filled room as the rest of the house is quite dark.

We had a cosy stay. We loved the light, airy, oak beamed sun room with underfloor heating. Lots of hot water for showers and baths. Enjoyed the Aga, (would like more time to get used to cooking on it..... but a managed a tarte Tintin.) Serena very helpful and friendly, will answer questions. When we arrived the fire was lit and bread, milk, eggs, crisps and biscuits had been kindly left. There were staples in the cupboard which was very handy.

The lovely Sophie is the heart of the cottage and made our long stay here in the Wye countryside so delightful. Her welcoming spirit and thoughtfulness helped us feel more like friends than lodgers. This charming stone cottage has medieval origins but modern underfloor heating, so we were cosy even in winter. Fast internet and strong cell signal kept our devices connected. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen was essential for our long stay. Several unique, vintage seating options plus homemade quilts added to the homey, country feel. Lots of dresser and bed drawer space, and the shower has good pressure. The nearness to a market town made it easy to get food and petrol, and as a base for exploring the southwest and Wales, this location can't be beaten. Sophie welcomes lodgers to explore their extensive, magical gardens--do it!!! She also provides a shelf of walking maps and tour guides. All in all, a superb stay that I was sad to leave!
