Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was perfect for two couples as part of an extended vacation. Great location with nearby restaurants and transportation facilities. Fantastic view of the city. Well equipped with all the items that we needed during our stay. Sam was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay which made things easy.

Robyn is nice and easygoing. Her place is clean and cozy. It is convenient to go around to other places within the city. Thanks so much for this wonderful place and we will certainly consider this when we visit melbourne next time.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Mel was the loveliest host and very welcoming and we had a delightful five nights nestled in her spacious two room studio with a north facing outlook into the rear garden of her cottage. We were able to come and go through a private entrance from a lane way behind which worked really well. Clifton Hill is a fantastic location with beautiful heritage cottages, nearby cafes, easy access to walks along the river and multiple forms of transport. We’d love to stay again and highly recommend Mel’s place.

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect—just a short and convenient commute to my workplace. The house also had all the necessary facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had a great stay in Southbank. Kids loved the two pools and the view from the apartment. Great location, easy access to the CBD and trams. Some great restaurants around as well. Obviously crown is across the road, hope you have better luck then I did.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

I had an event in the convention centre while I was there which made the location incredibly convenient. Simon was very welcoming and helpful with a fantastic cafe recommendation. Would absolutely stay again.
