Muy buena ubicación. Nos encantó la piscina y la zona del rancho. Raúl fue muy flexible con el check out. Nos ayudó ante una emergencia que tuvimos. Excelente host.

Ohana Villas was the perfect place to stay in Santa Teresa! The property is beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The pool and pool area is great! A perfect spot to cool off and relax. The owners are present on the property every day & the nicest people! They would check in on how our stay is going, if we needed anything and just to say hi. We were given clear instructions to access the property, a lengthy list of recommendations for food and some overall information. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in ST.

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Gordon und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Service in der Anlage ist fantastisch und vor Ort gibt es einen Ansprechpartner, der ebenfalls leicht und schnell erreichbar ist. Die Privatsphäre ist toll - und gleichzeitig sind viele Ausflugsziele sehr gut und schnell erreichbar und auch der Strand ist fußläufig. Es fühlt sich tatsächlich so an, als wäre man bei Freunden zu Besuch. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house and garden were beautiful, we had everything we needed, and it was private and quiet. It's also very close to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes. The hosts we're very friendly and responsive. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was a gem! Location could not be better—right up the hill from tons of great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Easy to access with an ATV. Our taxi driver was not able to take us to the very top of the hill where the house is, so keep this in mind when booking your transportation to the house. We had an amazing stay, and the hosts were able to answer any questions we had promptly. The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset, the bed were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great in each bedroom. We would absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone staying in Santa Teresa!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here 6 nights. Juan was very flexible and responsive, Noelle at the front desk was always helpful and friendly and the maintenance man came and fixed something that we found broken within 10 minutes. The place feels like you’re in your own private sanctuary yet is located at the top of a road that leads down directly into the alley everyone uses to walk onto the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops just at the bottom of the road too. A local market about 500 meters away carries everything you could need. This is as good overall as AirBnB’s get so I highly recommend staying. Two things to note are that you will need something with 4x4 drive to get up/down the driveway and if you are particular about pillows I would recommend you to bring your own as the ones here are pretty flat. That being said, the bed is large and comfy and the entire layout is very romantic. Thank you Juan to you and your crew! Thanks Noelle!

Une charmante petite casa située au sommet de la montagne. Attention il faut un bon véhicule 4x4 pour se rendre. Peter à été super rapide à répondre à nos questions. Santiego était sur place et il a lui aussi répondu à nos questions et nous a même fait visiter les lieux. Les hôtes sont vraiment sympathiques! De notre petite casa, nous avons eu la chance de voir un coati, des oiseaux, moufette zébrée, iguanes, un chat et des singes! Une vue sublime sur le lever du soleil ☀️ Le ventilateur au plafond et sur pied ont été très appréciés de même que la piscine partagée! Nous avons eu la chance de prendre nos repas à l’extérieur sur notre petite terrasse, endroit très sympa et intime à environ 10 minutes en voiture du village de Montezuma. La casa est petite mais parfaite pour un couple!

We absolutely loved this place! Both house and location! The house is beautiful, well equipped and super comfortable. Loved the dynamics of the open living space & kitchen facing the pool & surrounded by luxurious vegetation, the spacious open bathroom & the comfortable A/c rooms. The space is perfect for a family of 4 like us and is great both in sunny and rainy days. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are always in the area doing maintenance and assisting on anything you might need. The house is cleaned every morning and the wet towels changed (both shower and pool). The hermosa market is right next door which is very convenient. And the beach is my favourite in the area. Soooo beautiful!!! perfect for surfing all levels. A beautiful walk away from the house. I could live here!!!

The place is really great and very remote, which of course is great for the peace it gives but getting there is a bit difficult. We didn’t had a 4x4 but I would recommend it. But the place is so nice surround by nature and wildlife. We had monkeys, birds and iguanas visiting. The kids loved it. The pool is absolute gorgeous and we used it constantly. Thanks for the nice stay.

Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir uns erhofft haben und noch viel mehr. Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

We loved staying at Pia’s spot! It has so many amazing plants, and all the amenities you really need in Central America (AC, hot water, outdoor shower, hammocks & shade ◡̈ ) You can see the surf from the porch, there’s a great restaurant right next door, and so many in walking distance in town. It’s in the best location, while very quiet & feels like its own little oasis. Very safe too! Pia was awesome and gave so many helpful tips for the area, got us setup with a driver from the airport & atvs, rentals, all of it! Even texted me when some of the spots I was interested in surfing would be good! So thoughtful, we loved our stay!

This Montezuma property is amazing. Bedrooms were so comfortable and everything was clean. The caretaker and the housekeepers were amazing, so nice and always very helpful and gave us privacy. Karen was amazing as well, very responsive to texts and checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. I’ve been to Costa Rica 3 times ands this trip by far was the best. We look forward to coming back again

The first thing that strikes you when you arrive at the house is the spectacular view of the ocean. The deck is lovely and perfect for lunches and when you have had enough of the sun you can take afternoon snoozes in the gazebo, hidden in the shade of a venerable almond tree.. The pool is warm which is lovely. The house is surrounded by lush vegetation but only 250mts approx from the main road and centre of Santa Teresa. We were only 2 people so there was plenty of room. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a walk in bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom. The house is tastefully decorated and we would definitely consider returning. The road to get up to the house and the entrance driveway to the property are a little tricky. I would definitely recommend a 4 x 4 vehicle. We had a great long week end and a very good correspondence with the host Nathan and Laurent. I would definitely recommend it.

We just came off 5 days here and wish we could've stayed longer. Directly in the jungle with monkeys above us. We loved having the privacy and our own pool. Seldom does such an amazing place accompany an even more amazing host. Michele was so inviting and kind. The passion he carries for his country is infectious and endearing. Take his recommendations, listen to his guidance. It doesn't come with an agenda, but with love and hope you can enjoy his country like he does. Highly recommended. Pura Vida

Mi experiencia en la casa de Dana fue maravillosa. La propiedad es realmente hermosa, con un diseño encantador que hace que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. Su ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para explorar los alrededores y con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés. Además, la piscina es un verdadero plus, ideal para relajarse y refrescarse después de un día de actividades. Sin duda, una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad y un ambiente acogedor. Totalmente recomendada.

This was my second time staying at Carlos’ place and I will definitely be back when I come visit Santa Teresa! It is a perfect escape, it feels very private yet is so close to everything you need. The house is clean and has great WiFi and AC for remote work. Carlos is an amazing host, he is super friendly and always willing to help. He even helped me organize a horseback tour. His local knowledge made a huge difference! Great price, great location!

Allegra’s place was amazing!! It was such a beautiful and comfortable home to be our base for exploring. Everything was clean and well appointed, with a great kitchen for cooking up meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Allegra had a welcome basket of fruit and a few amenities that were helpful after a long drive and ferry ride to get there. We used the pool and outdoor living space as much as we could, our daughter absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend and plan on coming back in the future!

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

Très beau séjour chez Vanessa. La casa est bien située, dans une rue calme, mais à proximité de tous les restaurants et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Vanessa est une hôte très proactive, nous avons eu un soucis à notre départ et elle a rapidement envoyé quelqu’un pour nous venir en aide. Si nous repassons par Santa Teresa, nous allons fortemenr considérer de reloger chez Vanessa.

We enjoyed our time so much at this accommodation, it was close to the hustle and bustle, but far enough that it was super peaceful! The hosts recommended great places to check out and communication was always good. Lots of shopping and opportunities for everyone. Beaches not overly busy and stunning! We even made a little furry cat friend who greeted us every morning and around dinner time, we named her Theresa and she is very welcoming. ☺️

this house was absolutely amazing. if you could dream of a perfect jungle house this would be it. You woke up to birds singing and howler monkeys, well, howling. Our first morning the monkeys came to visit and we sat in the pool watching, it was magical. Lars was so helpful when we checked in, he gave us lots of great food and activity recommendations and even came and helped when we got a visit from a very large spider.

Está casa es una verdadera joya en Montezuma. Su ubicación es un poco complicada (recomiendo un auto alto) pero considero que es el precio a pagar por tan espectacular vista al mar y al bosque y por la privacidad que el lugar proporciona. Además, Dave fue lo suficientemente claro para ayudarnos a llegar con instrucciones precisas, comunicación a tiempo y un video que hace más fácil el Acceso. La casa es tan hermosa como se muestra en las fotos; la piscina, aunque pequeña, es ideal para relajarse mientras se disfruta del entorno y del concierto de sonidos de la naturaleza. El pueblo está bastante cerca, a menos de 10 min en auto si se va por el camino corto (colocando ruta a pie) y a 20 si deciden tomar la ruta larga que marca maps con auto, cualquiera de las dos opciones para nosotros estaba bien. Gracias Dave por tu comunicación tan oportuna y por aparecer a la media noche para guiarnos. Mi familia y yo pasamos días increíbles y soñamos con una casa como la tuya. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Nos encantó! Sin duda volveriamos. La estadía muy tranquila, Tania y su esposo muy atentos, Tania nos hizo recomendaciones con las cuales pasamos un buen tiempo en la zona, los cuidadores Andrés y Migdalia muy amables y respondieron muy rápido a nuestras dudas. Ordenado y limpio. Desde el balcón de pueden observar algunas aves. La piscina es genial. 💯!
