This is an older building, but pretty well taken care of. It was a little frustrating having to have a key fob anytime you went outside, but I can appreciate the security of it. The room is exactly as described and cozy! This is actually two units made into one, so we were able to have our own space and so were my parents! It is a quick walk to the beach and to the shops. We rented bikes and rode all over the island all weekend, it was a blast!

Turtle Tracks was exactly as described. The unit was a cozy retreat for me and my two sisters and my 84 year old mother. We drove from 3 different locations and met up there to celebrate mom’s birthday. It was a wonderful weekend getaway that we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed the local restaurants and spent one morning exploring some of the many thrift shops. (We all have bargains that we brought home.). We also experienced a live performance at the Main Street Theater. We saw The Lion King Junior. The children and crew did an amazing job. I would highly recommend taking in a show at this amazing gem of a venue. Finally, I want to thank Jennifer, our host, for sharing her cozy, clean and comfortable condo with my family. This is a wonderful condo that is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is very close by the historic downtown area. If it had been a bit warmer (I was there in February), I would’ve enjoyed the outdoor deck and swimming pool but there was no loss because I loved the indoor hot tub! Brendan was very responsive when I reached out to him , he’s a great host. I also slept really well in his bedroom. It is located in the back part of the house away from the street and it’s extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you come to Savannah!

Even tho we was just a family of five with two pets, the place was spacious and had enough entertainment for everyone to do what they wanted to do. we love all the extra rooms that was available for us, if we was to go back to Tybee Island we will book this house again.

Teena’s place was beautiful -the beds are very comfortable and nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was so nice to be right on the beach and see the sunrise. We saw a lot of birds, including a resident pair of eagles! We were fascinated by the length of the difference between low and high tide and it was neat to experience it all. The indoor pool and hottub was nice to have since the outdoor pool wasn’t technically open yet (even though we did lounge on the chairs and dip in slightly when we got hot.) We enjoyed how peaceful and private this area of the island is. We would go back again -thank you, Teena, for providing a lovely home away from home for us.

James showed compassion during my time of need. I visited South Carolina to attend my brother’s funeral. The location was affordable for my stay there as well as a perfect location. James was very attentive, he also responded right away. I do recommend this location to anyone. I was able to visit the beach before I departed from the location (beach was in walking distance). James made sure he turned a bad situation into a positive situation with hosting a perfect location. I Highly recommend for anyone that chooses to stay here. Thanks James again.

We stayed here for Spring Break with our 3 kids (12/10/6). My daughter enjoyed morning walks on the boardwalk to the beach with her dad. Location was close to shopping, dining and groceries. The staff at the resort were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a bit chilly so having an indoor pool was a great perk. Teresa was very prompt with responding and helpful. We would consider staying here again in the future.

This was our first time visiting HHI and we were not disappointed! Maurice and Marilyn’s place is centrally located, making everything easy to get to during the week. The accommodations are exactly as pictured and perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is so charming and cozy! It’s in an adorable square slightly off of the beaten path but easily walkable to all of the local hotspots downtown. Super easy check-in and parking. Definitely a gem!

This lovely and cozy property, with a particularly magical entrance, is strolling distance to Savannah’s parks and historic neighborhoods. Joyce offered clear and abundant information about restaurants, shops, and activities. The place was clean with amenities as well as interesting with art and charming garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

I adored this location and the house! The house was beautifully decorated and felt open and relaxing to be in. The location was perfect to foot around the area and easy access to the beach.

Stephanie’s home was clean, comfortable, and had everything my group needed. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable! I would return to her home in the future if my travels ever take me back to Savannah.

Amber was very helpful and responsive before and throughout our stay.

This eclectic house is perfect for a big group. The communal areas were sufficient for hosting everyone, and the bedrooms provided privacy and separation. The best part were the plentiful bathrooms which made getting ready easy for our big group. Everything was clean upon arrival. The laundry and kitchen were well stocked and we had no issues making a variety of meals. The host was responsive, accommodating our check in/out times and helping us reclaim some left behind items. Fitting 2 cars at the house would be snug if you have an SUV. But there wasn't an issue with street parking. The house is walkable, but being in a prime location comes with street noise. That coupled with light coming into the bedrooms made it hard to sleep in, so I recommend that travelers pack ear plugs and eyemasks. One other thing that will simply require patience, is the door lock on the front door. It would take each of us multiple tries to get it open.

If you are lucky enough to stay at the Oyster Cottage, you are lucky enough. What a home run find this was. This place is steeped in history and set against a totally serene backdrop in Daufuskie. This cottage is tucked away on what we found to be the much more desirable side of the island. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by natural beauty on all sides. The cottage is tastefully appointed (owned & operated by an artist…) and we found everything we needed and then some. We brought bikes to ride to/on the beach but enjoyed joy rides around the island in the golf cart. My partner and I also both agreed that talking to Chase one morning in his studio next door was one of the biggest highlights of our trip. We can’t recommend this cottage or a conversation with Chase enough, and we’d love to get back sometime. Would highly recommend bringing or renting bikes and riding them down to the southern tip of the beach. It’s a short ride, and we had the beach all to ourselves each day :) cheers!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The size was perfect for me, my wife and 2 adult children. The location was easily accessible to the beach and walking paths. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals rather than go out to eat every night. We really enjoyed our stay, wish the weather was better though, it rained almost every day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was fast to respond when we had a few questions. She was able to let us have a few hours early check in and late check out, which we appreciated. Great shower with hot water, quality bath towels, lots of kitchen supplies for preparing meals, tons of clothes hangers, super comfortable bed and sofas. The location was quiet. Location is ideal with a bike/walking path right there and a short walk to beach and stores. We were very comfortable and thank Jennifer for being a great host.

Absolutely beautiful home! This was our first time in HHI SC and it did not disappoint. I would definitely come back for another vacation. Amy’s place was very peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. If you are looking for a very relaxing vacation place to stay this is definitely one not to pass up. Thank you for having us in your home! Best restaurants that we are at were Smokehouse and Reilly’s.

This place was perfect for my daughter, her friends and myself! Right by the pool and easy access to all places in Hilton Head. Kim went above and beyond and helped coordinate birthday desserts to have waiting in the condo when we arrived. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and there was nothing better than waking up to the amazing ocean view! it was a great location to serve as home base as we explored Tybee Island Savannah and local area. we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The pictures do not do it justice! It did match the pictures posted on the site, but inside the home was bigger than expected. Beautifully decorated in coastal decor. We absolutely LOVED being able to walk down to Harbour Town for treats, shopping and entertainment. Thank you Tom for a wonderful stay!!!

Great family location in Hilton Head! Very easy access to the beach which also happened to be less crowded than down by the main Coligny square (though you can still walk there too!). Outdoor shower was super helpful. Provided some comfy beach chairs and a wagon which was awesome. Fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The pet fee is a little high per dog if you are bringing multiple but overall worth it for the location and fenced yard. Felt private with the landscaping. Inside was well appointed and laid out, really comfortable to relax in every evening. Hot tub was hard to figure out but could have been user error on our part. Overall, would recommend for a great family stay in Hilton Head
