This is one excellent rental. The condo is very spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped. The Pacifico complex is by far the best in playa del coco with gorgeous pools and a shuttle to the beach club. The condo is close to a number of grocery stores and a short walk to many restaurants. Finally, will is an excellent host who assisted us every step of the way. If your looking for a great place to stay in playa del coco this it.

Nice building in a great location with a nice pool area, quiet and just away from the city centre. Furnishings in the unit are a bit dated and blinds are see through so when the sun is up, so are you. Some great restaurants within a 2 minute walk as well.

playa Ocotal is beautiful- we loved the simplicity and natural beauty. There is a fabulous beach bar which served great quality food and live music. The ease of access to the beach by foot was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed a morning swim every day. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities we needed plus extras like beach towels and great big tv. The place was comfortable and clean- highly recommended. We visited the Coco club and enjoyed the gym and pool. We hired a car and found it easy to navigate the national roads and finding places of interest- there were some difficult roads to manage, but we had a 4x4 and found it fun once we got used to it. We loved Costa Rica and the beautiful landscape and people, we will definitely come back one day .

Wonderful place, great size for a family or group of friends. Extremely well stocked and the exterior of the property (pools, bbq areas and location) was top notch. We can’t wait to return.

Place was brand new, the view of the marina and mountains was gorgeous. Very spacious with a nice balcony.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, with the best view of the bay below. Clean, comfortable and cool. Really well stocked kitchen if you’re planning on cooking in. The pool was refreshing after a hot day out and about. Raquel was extremely friendly and timely with communication and suggestions. While you can walk from the condo to the beach, it is up a steep hill along a busy road and you may feel comfortable with a car. Overall we loved our stay here!

This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

great locations and nice pool in the complex. some decent stairs so would recommend a lower unit for anyone who has trouble. the hosts communicated well through messaging and arranged for a golf cart(added fee but worth it) to be there when we arrived. that way we could hop around the whole resort.

Very nice clean comfortable condo. Also feels safe. Beach at Playa Langasto is very rocky and not for swimming but beautiful for a walk as others have noted. The pools are very nice and not crowded at all. We drove to other beaches. Some good restaurants in walking distance. We did an excursion to La Leona if you’re up for an adventure it’s a fun time!

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

Nice place, awesome swimming pools. Beds too hard for me, but husband likes very firm mattress. Easily walk to anything you need. Busy, busy town.

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.

Kirsten‘s place is lovely with a great view of the ocean, terrific deck, for watching the birds and wild wildlife. Access to the Westin and the beach club are a great benefit.

Great complex with friendly residents. Walkable to downtown about 20 mins and grocery store 2.5 km walk. Taxis available low cost beach nice very walkable no vendors on beach but on main sidewalk by beach. Groceries about same price as Canada. Some things better some worse. We did not rent a vehicle just had a relaxing break 2 pools well maintained. Small mini mart about 10 min walk and well stocked. Did not use air conditioner but they did look brand new. We prefer windows open at night and got a great breeze every night although the howler monkeys and birds awake about 4 am. Overall a great place we had one minor issue which was fixed within an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this house . It was really well stocked with kitchen items . Very clean and spacious . Kimberly our housekeeper did a great job . The pool and outside area we relaxing . Location was awesome . A golf cart ride to town . The auto mercado was right next door walking distance . It’s in a gated community so it’s private. Plenty of room for a group of 6 . I highly recommend thus property .

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The sunsets over the ocean from the pool were incredible! The best view of any place we’ve stayed! We had an incredible time as a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including oil and seasonings! Beds were comfy, place was very clean. There were chair floats and noodles for the pool. We have zero complaints— thankful for a wonderful family getaway with our elementary aged kids. Definitely book this place!

This property is very nice! These people were excellent to deal with. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. It is exactly as described and very close to the beach. I highly recommend this place.

My second time staying at this Villa! We decided to bring my daughters and grandchildren so they could experience a part of Costa Rica. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the beach. Best part of our vacation was the Chefs I hired to cook dinners for us, Chef Felix & Chef Arlen. Villa was perfect for multi generations to enjoy!

This was a nice AirBnB. We wanted something off the beaten path, and this worked well. There are multiple other houses nearby, while you are away from the main crowds in Tamarindo, it's not entirely isolated. The driveway is very steep, like others have mentioned, you need 4wd. There are lots of insects - this should go without saying in central America. The pool was nice and refreshing, the beds were comfy enough. the showers and bathrooms were nice. A/C in the bedrooms and kitchen was a nice reprieve from the heat and made sleeping more comfortable.

Awesome place to stay! Located in the heart of town but still secluded from all the busy-ness. Very walkable to the beach and the town. So many great spots to eat and shop. Jacqueline is a great host, she gave great recommendations!
