My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

My friends and I recently stayed here and it was just perfect for a beach getaway. The accommodation was simple and comfortably fit five people. The location was ideal, with the cute town just up the street, offering a cute and quiet atmosphere. Downtown Cocoa Beach was only a 30-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the local shops, grab a cup of coffee and restaurants. The beach itself was a highlight – quiet and not crowded at all, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The resort is beachfront, which made it even more convenient. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The other guests at the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a serene beach stay with easy access to local attractions!

Everything was great and as advertised. The host was very responsive with a few questions we had within an hour or so of checking in. Checking in was easy, just use a pin code on the door when you get there. Checking out was also a breeze. The house has plenty of space, outside balcony, and was right by the pool. The access to the beach is right behind the building. Definitely recommend.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

Leigh Ann’s place is perfect for a couple looking to relax on Cocoa Beach—the location is walkable to many shops and restaurants, and the beach is right out back!

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

I grew up in the area, so I knew the building and location would be great - it only takes a minute to walk to the beach and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at the Shark Shack and it was just as lovely as the first time. Donnetta is very friendly, accommodating and willing to do what she can to make our stay enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem and we look forward to booing again for next year!

This was a quiet place in a condo complex that had everything we needed, including a nice pool. It's a reasonable walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

We loved our stay. Tammy is a great host and her place is perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and many good stores. The condo is very quiet and beautiful. We were very happy with our Spring Break.

We loved our stay. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Loved the assigned parking spot. The complex is dog friendly. The complex manager lives onsite, which was nice. The first morning we were there, he asked me to walk my dog near the grassy area near the fence, which wasn’t a problem. Towards the end of our stay, we noticed some people weren’t picking up after their pets. We’re used to finding information and instructions at most of our Airbnb rentals. This condo didn’t have any, so we had to email and ask for the WiFi password and about trash collection. Email was promptly answered with the requested information. (Not a big deal at all, but a laminated paper with instructions would make things easier.) We plan on returning for another visit, we loved the location and the condo.

Great property, very clean and comfortable! Excellent location,. Quiet and extremely friendly, close to a nice clean beach. This was my boys first trip to the ocean and I wanted to make it memorable. Daniel and his folks accomplished my objectives with their accommodations! My boys had the time of their lives and didn't want to come home. We'll be back! Thanks Daniel!

Loved this place! Super cute, pretty clean, some updates & gorgeous view. Layout is nice. Could use some deeper updating like kitchen items, new couch as some things felt a little worn & outdated. Great communication from the staff! They let us switch rooms when the one we booked wasn’t quite the view we hoped for. The other condo was better updated, but this condo has oceanfront which is what we ultimately decided we wanted more. It was the perfect location on a quiet stretch of beach. Less than 5-10 minutes from any shopping/shops! Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, extra cot bed. Loved our time here!

The view of the beach was stunning. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The place was clean and it was a great layout. I will definitely stay here any time I visit cocoa beach.

Great location right on the beach. We were able to see two rocket launches right from the beach (just steps outside of the condo) during our stay; which was an awesome experience. The beach is very family friendly; relaxing and fun at the same time. The unit was well equipped, and the host was responsive to our questions before we arrived. We were able to enjoy our few days there without any issues or worries.

This is most luxurious, well-appointed rental we have ever had. They have more elegant dinnerware than I have in my primary residence! We even found a first aid kit and Neosporin after a bike wreck! The manager let us park our gear in a space before checkin and called us as soon as the unit was cleaned and ready. They let us leave luggage again upon checkout. Totally a wonderful experience!

Beautiful condo, absolutely gorgeous view. I would definitely recommend to other guests. I took a group of girls for spring break. I wanted somewhere that was safe and I did not have to worry about our safety. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose this condo. Even the people that live there are extremely friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out was one of the easiest experiences that I have had. If we had any questions or concerns, Rob was very helpful and so quick to get back with us. The pool is beautiful and well maintained, it is cleaned every night once the pool closed. Thank you Rob for a wonderful visit.
