Great place on the water, very quiet finger off New River. Walkable to all of Las Olas. Would stay again for sure.

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

This condo was amazing! It had amazing views and was just like the pictures! The beds were very comfy and neat. We loved the easy access to the pool and were only steps from the beach! Parking was easy and only a short walk right to the condo! Golod was a great host and responds quickly!

Did a spring break trip with 11 friends. Place was fantastic, easy experience, Jodi was great and everything went as planned. Resort was very nice, not too crowded. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a last minute work trip so I reached out to Patrizia & Franco before booking. Patrizia addressed any concern or question that I had and was super accommodating so I booked on the spot! The place was very nice and clean, perfect for a solo traveler. I Highly recommend this stay and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. 10/10!!!

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

We had a wonderful stay at Adlene’s place! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. Reese & Kay are wonderful hosts! They were so easy to communicate with and were always accessible if I had any questions. This place was so warm, peaceful and cozy! My sister and I felt right at home and were delighted to stay in a space that was beautifully decorated. It was also so clean and spotless which made staying here very refreshing! It's evident that Reese & Kay care very much about their guests by the level of detail they provide and the amenities they take the time to account for. They have created a space perfect for anyone who's looking to enjoy themselves . This home was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rainshower head had the best feeling. Luis was a terrific host. He was quick to respond to any message. The kitchen has the basic essentials needed for breakfast lunch or dinner. The pool is right outside the slider, slightly heated and well maintained, as are the chaise chairs. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The beach is a five-seven minute drive. We will definitely return next winter.

This apartment is beautiful and clean. If you are looking to be close to Miami Beach but in peaceful area this is it. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Be mindful that there is construction on the buildings on both sides if you go during the week it gets a bit loud by the pool. We loved spending the weekend here. Thank you.

Such a fantastic little hidden gem. Immediately upon our arrival, we were met with the most amazing little garden atmosphere. Walking in from the streets you wouldn't expect to walk into this little piece of paradise. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Convenient off-street parking was nice too. The private hot tub was a great added bonus in addition to the heated pool for cooler nights. Joshua was quick to respond to a few questions we had. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Michael’s place is beautiful and super clean, as well as private!!! The decor is lovely and the bed amazing! Relaxing in the hot tub with the magical atmosphere and lighting is so luxurious. I did not want to leave! I am looking forward to staying again for a special weekend!!! Thank you for being a wonderful host Michael 🙏

Marvin was just a terrific host. I would highly recommend his place. Clean, just as advertised, the cabinets were well stocked, and any additional needs are a stones throw away. Lastly, he is very responsive to your every need. In other words, Marvin's middle name is "concierge". Thanks for everything and be well.

This was a great location and very convenient as it was in walking distance to a lovely Italian restaurant the private backyard added an extra touch and all of the amenities was also great love the modern feel of the home well decorated

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Communication was smooth, and the location was convenient. I especially appreciated the host’s warm hospitality and flexibility. Would definitely stay here again!

Victor's Place was absolutely amazing! It was truly an oasis tucked away in a place you would never think. Totally private. Spotlessly clean and an ultra comfortable bed. All the photos are exactly the way it looks but it's even better in person. The outdoor space is so beautiful and relaxing especially in the evening when you can take a hot tub and lay in the hammock. They have the outdoor space lit up with beautiful lights and it's totally peaceful and private. You can even walk around in your birthday suit LOL. The place was 5 minutes from practically anything you need like a great place for brunch and coffee and muffins and all of the basic amenities like Walgreens and Target Etc and absolutely wonderful restaurants. It's literally 8 minutes from the beach by car. Basically as soon as I walked in I wished I could live there. They were so accommodating and respectful of my space and they were great with recommendations as to where to go and what to do. Just a totally awesome experie
