Emma’s Place was perfect. The photos do not do the space justice - it is even better in the flesh! Every detail so thoughtful, and the perfect blend of modern comfort and antique character. We booked last minute after the hotel we had pre-booked failed to meet our expectations. We decided to find a cozy and inspiration space to stay for two nights, and Emma’s Place did not disappoint. I deeply exhaled as I entered. Sawtell is a coastal gem, I only wish we had more time to explore. Emma was extremely kind, helpful and responsive. A truly lovely person. I’d love to come back and stay again, or visit her other Airbnb ‘Pottery Barn’. Thank you, Emma. We LOVED our stay. M xx

Pete’s airbnb definitely made it top list! It was a very short walk to the beach , spotless everywhere & definitely felt like home. Pete was easy and helpful to get in touch with if we needed help with anything and was very kind. The home is a short ride to CEX stadium so if you have any sport events I really recommend booking with him! Overall, I would rate this airbnb 11/10! That’s right, 11/10! 👏🏽

Matariki is such a special place. We loved staying in this quiet garden oasis that’s still super close to beautiful beaches (Little Bay felt like a private beach! ). The apartment is cleverly designed so that it feels larger than what you see on the photos. Julie was a fantastic host whose welcome basket was superb. 😊 We also highly recommend hiring bikes, so fun being able to ride to everything. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

We booked last minute at this place, and Michelle was quick to reply and accept the booking. We felt very look after, and the place was very clean, and a great place to stay. Close to the beach and town, we loved staying here.

Perfect place for a getaway with a lifetime friend. Beautiful location with everything needed to feel at home. Very quiet. Need to drive for shops and meals but right by the beach.

Perfectly located within cooee of the beach, even the dreadful weather at the time didn’t dampen spirits getting out to explore the stunning coastline and beautiful walks. Such a gorgeous and private courtyard outlook with an open plan internal space, in a quiet street. Contemporary décor and spacious designer bathroom. Thoughtful touches made for a warm welcome and the variety of continental breakfast items were delicious. Will definitely be back for another visit. Highly recommend.

Cheryl's place was ideal for a family get together. The outside verandah, table n chairs was a great n private area. The barbecue was handy n was used a few times. Thank you Cheryl.

Comfortable, welcoming, relaxing home with a great fully fenced backyard for our dog. Spent a lot of time on the spacious back deck relaxing in the beautiful weather. Close to the beach. Pauline was very knowledgable about the local area with suggestions of things to do and places to see. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Pauline.

Our family of four adults had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was fresh, clean, and tidy, with comfy beds that made us feel right at home. All the necessary facilities were available, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the peaceful and quiet location. We loved waking up early to catch the sunrise, taking long walks on the beach, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Dining on the deck with the refreshing seabreeze was a highlight of our evenings. We’d definitely love to return and make more memories here!

The cottage is gorgeous, beautifully presented, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return when we next stay in Coffs.

For anyone visiting Casa Bonita, we highly recommend spending a day at the Wooli Breakwater 🏖️ We also suggest visiting the Wilsons Headland Walking Track where we spotted at least 3 pods of dolphins 🐬 We also enjoyed visiting 383 for dinner where they had musical bingo and a massive indoor playground for kids 🙌🏼 10/10 - one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever 🥂 Wooli is a hidden gem that won’t stay quiet for long so make sure to book in quick!

Was a lovely homely home, great location. In a very quiet and peaceful street. Very easy to navigate and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again when we return to Hat head

We loved it! Unfortunately our plans meant we could only stay one night and we also brought the horrible rain with us. The apartment was fabulous. Wayne downstairs was so welcoming and helpful. Having breakfast on the balcony with the lorikeets coming over to say hello, what an experience. Wayne told us of a nearby place to find the wild kangaroos which were absolutely amazing to see and we can’t thank him enough for his local knowledge. He ate at the Seaview restaurant in the next village - great food and great hospitality. We would all love to return in better weather to see the area at its best. Thanks again for everything.

We had a beautiful stay at Treetops. The view from the balcony across Back Creek and over to Yarrahapinni was spectacular. The unit is top quality with beautiful finishes and floorboards are gorgeous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A bright, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable unit. The views were amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony at breakfast and just looking. Very walkable to some spectacular lookouts and some lovely paths to the beach as long as you don’t mind a bit of uphill exercise getting back. Terrific Thai restaurant a very short walk away.

Neat and tidy apartment in a small, quiet block. Lack of aircon and wifi wasn’t great but for what you pay it’s a comfortable place in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Thanks for a comfortable stay Dan.

We have visited SWR many times and this time didn’t disappoint. The unit was within easy walking distance to everything and had all the amenities you could want. James and Soumah were very responsive and great hosts. Hope to be back next year.
