Merci à Rob pour son accueil. L'appartement est situé en pleine zone piétonne. Toutes les commodités sont à 5 minutes à pied maximum ! Appartement en enfilade, il y a de l'espace.

Très bel appartement, cosy et très bien équipé. Bel emplacement vers l’Imperial, on peut facilement rejoindre à pieds la vieille ville d’Annecy et son lac, en une dizaine de minutes. A refaire.

We have been to Morzine many times over the last 8 years and this has been the best apartment and location we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms warm and comfortable. The A Line bus was very convenient giving us the option of heading up to Prodains or into the centre of Morzine.

Le logement est impecable, refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût. La communication est aisée avec Jacques et Marie-Hélène. La literie est très confortable. Le service de conciergerie qui fait l'accueil et le check-out sont également très sympathiques. Le seul point à rediscuter à été le ménage de fin de séjour; il est indiqué comme "ménage complet inclus" sur Airbnb alors que la conciergerie nous informe que le ménage de la cuisine n'est pas inclus.

This place is extremely well located, being in the centre of Chamonix-Sud amongst all the shops and restaurants, and very walkable through town. It is also slightly set back from the busy shopping street so it is very quiet and peaceful in the apartment with stunning views of the mountains. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed with a well supplied kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bertrand is an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to make the experience easy and comfortable for us. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated. He was kind enough to stock the fridge with local foods including wine, jam, meat, juice, and some fruit. He was always quick to respond and offered many great suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Chamonix. Very short walk to the ski bus (same road as the apartment) and close to all the shops/bars/restaurants. We had a great experience there and would recommend this place to everyone.

Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et super bien équipé. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique. Les stations de ski des Saisies et d'Arêches-Beaufort sont facilement accessibles en voiture. De nombreuses balades sont accessibles à partir du gîte. Cela serait largement suffisant pour justifier une appréciation excellente, mais en plus de tout cela, l'accueil a été exceptionnel. Isabelle et Frédéric sont très gentils, disponibles, à l'écoute et ont de très bonnes histoires à raconter, résultat notamment de leurs également très nombreux voyages. A ne pas rater. Je recommande. 10 sur 10.

Le logement porte très bien son nom "MySweetArcs" est un cocon en cœur de station. Logement très agréable et fonctionnel, proche de tout : remontées, commerces, restaurant. Stéphane nous a donné toutes les informations pour accéder au logement et y passer un agréable séjour et Laurence nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec beaucoup de flexibilité. Merci à eux, je recommande à 200% !!!

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Catherine nous a très bien accueilli, malgré notre arrivée tardive, messages avec toutes instructions, boîte à clés et gâteau sur la table pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. L'appartement était fidèle à la description dans l'annonce, très propre sauf le sèche serviettes poussiéreux. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme, très proche du centre ville à pied.

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. Had a lovely stay for a 5 day break. The apartment had everything we needed and was cozy. The host was lovely and very helpful. Nice location and short walk to town. The only thing I would say is the listing suggests ski in/ski out which wasn’t possible. However, was only a 5 minute walk to the gondola from the apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very lovely apartment in Le Majestic building, with windows facing Plan Praz and the Brevent Range, only a few minutes from the center of Chamonix and less than ten minutes walk uphill to the Plan Praz and Brevent lifts. Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment with great consistent communication with our hosts.

A fabulous ski week in Morzine. Rachel's apartment was perfect for us - 3 mum's each with our own double bed, and 3 sons in the triple room. The beds were really comfortable and each room is en-suite. We ate in most nights and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. I know Morzine well - this apartment is centrally located near great bars and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the 2 main ski (or bike) lifts. Rachel was very communicative before our stay, and Isobel who met us on arrival and departure was delightful, helpful and also communicative during our stay when we had a couple of questions. Fully recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , où nous avons avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité. Appartement impeccable, décorations intérieur et extérieur très jolies. ( surtout la nuit, c’est magnifique) Le jacuzzi est un plus pour se prélasser après une bonne journée de ballade. Tout était parfait. Maud est une hôte bienveillante, toutes ses explications étaient parfaites pour nôtre arrivée. Et réactives aux messages que nous avons pu échanger. Je recommande ++++

Séjour de 2 nuits, nous avons adoré le concept du « nid secret ». L’appartement est bien équipé, décoré avec gout, la résidence est très calme et bien situé. Michel est un hôte sympathique et disponible. Je recommande

We had a beautiful 5 day stay. François was extremely helpful and gave us information and recommendations. He was on hand to help us with any queries we had and went above and beyond. The place was amazing with a great addition with the hot tub and views. It was well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. I look forward to staying again the future!

Superbe week end passé dans le magnifique logement de Laurence. Laurence est très accueillante, attentionnée et réactive. Le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrai plus pour passer un bon moment dans ce cadre paisible.
