I was here alone, for one night only. I arrived late night and I moved on immediately in the following morning. It was a very good experience House is very simple but super cute. Kitchen is wide and provides essential for cooking. Garden has a big potential, I didn't use becouse of short time. In my opinion this place could be very good for a family or a group of friends, which looking for quite place to enjoy together. I arrived late at night after long travel with help of Portuguese friend of mine and GPS as well. Becouse of dark night I needed few minutes to identify. I think wilth day light you can see it immediatly. Beacuse of short time I can't give opinion of car parking, or connections to nearby area and cities

This was an absolute gem! We were delighted to find this unique and intriguing bnb while we traveled throughout Portugal. We had seen countless castles and churches. We needed a place to process all we had taken in throughout our adventure, AND do our laundry. Joao's retreat at Gondramaz is a true sanctuary where we were able to take quiet, contemplative hikes in a beautiful setting. Joao is an exceptional host and we would love to return someday and hike through all of the schist villages, definitely resting at this one!

Gostámos muito da estadia na casa. A Anabela e o seu pai foram sempre muito atenciosos em todos os momentos. Sendo um espaço pet friendly aconteceu-nos termos um cão de grande porte de outro hóspede que ladrava bastante e andava solto, apesar de a Anabela ter chamado esse hospede à atenção e ter avisado do medo dos meus filhos. Adorámos o espaço e tencionamos voltar. Sem dúvida uma boa experiência que recomendo vivamente.

Gostamos muito do espaço, a D. Hersilia foi sempre muito simpática e ajudou-nos com todas as questões. A casa é ampla e tem bastantes quartos/camas para grupos maiores/famílias. Um sitio calmo e com uma boa vista para o rio.

A casa é muito espaçosa, com diversos ambientes e pode receber uma família numerosa tranquilamente. São 4 quartos e diversas salas com camas/sofás, todos os cômodos com aparelho de ar-condicionado/aquecimento. O espaço exterior é imenso e nosso cão adorou explora-lo todos os dias. Comunicação fácil e muito simpáticos os anfitriões 😊

A estadia foi excelente. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa e arrumada. A casa é muito espaçosa e com tudo o que é necessário. O lugar é calmo e tranquilo. Experiência a repetir. Recomendo.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious enough for three couples, with great views and a cozy, family-friendly vibe. Convenient corner stores and a bakery nearby made it even better. Francisco was attentive and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. We’d definitely love to return!

Très belle Maison au calme à 15 min de l'océan, piscine dans la propriété. Proche d'Aveiro, Figueira da Foz, Porto à 1h. Conde est un hôte incroyable, prévenant, toujours disponible. This place is truly exceptional. We were three families (total of 12 people), and none of us wanted the vacation to end. Every detail in this villa is outstanding—from the fully equipped professional kitchen and the stunning pool area to the comfortable beds, stylish design, and air conditioning in every room. The villa is filled with beautifully furnished spaces and hidden gems, making it a place we’ll definitely return to. And we can’t forget Bernardo, our incredible host. He was helpful in every way, kind, and generous. A perfect 10 out of 10.

We stayed as a family of 7 with older teen / young adult 'children'. The house and location are stunning with lots of space and beautiful scenery. We made great use of the pool and BBQ and all felt relaxed and at home straight away. Jessy was very helpful at all stages of our booking and stay. House and host thoroughly recommended!

This was a wonderful location for us to enjoy our stay. Silvia and the team were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The house was absolutely perfect for our stay with the family and we would love to return. We couldn't believe how close we were to all the amenities and the wonderful city of Coimbra. Thank you.

We had a fantast stay Quinta da Fogueira! Probably our best Air BNB experience of all time. The house was simply magical and the pictures do not do it justice. We had a group of nine and had more than enough space including a private bathroom for each of the main rooms. The grounds are amazing including a pool, basketball and tennis court. We also loved the view of the vineyard in the background. The house is also very accommodating to kids with several pack and plays, crib, high chair and plastic plates, bowls, etc. Highly recommend!

Acabamos de voltar de uma estadia maravilhosa nesta casa e não poderíamos estar mais satisfeitos! A casa oferece condições excelentes para relaxar e se divertir. A piscina é incrível, perfeita para passar os dias de calor, e a sala de jogos garantiu entretenimento para toda a família. A localização é outro ponto forte – muito próxima de diversas praias fluviais, o que permitiu explorar a região e aproveitar ao máximo. Além disso, está perto de tudo o que precisávamos. Foi, sem dúvida, uma experiência fantástica que recomendamos a todos!

Dina et Jack sont très gentils et très accueillant la maison est superbe et elle ne manque de rien. Il y a tout pour nous combler le lieu est calme. Dina est très réactive et a répondu à chacune de nos demande. Jack est très marrant et a réussi à nous mettre alaise malgré la barrière de la langue. Je recommande cette maison à 100 % et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Estuvimos alojados 3 familias, 6 adultos y 6 niños y tengo que decir que la casa es amplia, limpia y moderna. Es de las pocas casas que no le hacen justicia las fotos, es mucho mejor cuando llegas. Jose muy amable cuando entramos nos enseño y nos explico toda la características de la casa y cuando nos fuimos muy amable, de verdad que la recomiendo al 100%. Teniamos hasta árbol de navidad, todo un detalle, y la piscina super limpia aunque no nos bañaramos, y hay una barbacoa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Kevin est un hôte très réactif. La maison correspondait totalement à nos attentes et au descriptif. Tout était parfait. Pour des idées d'amélioration une climatisation dans la maison et un toilette extérieur lorsqu'on sort de la piscine seraient parfaits.

Maison idéale pour se reposer en famille : extrêmement calme, a l'abri des regards, possibilité de profiter du soleil ou bien de rester au frais (chambres et salon climatisés), que ce soit dans la maison ou le jardin. La maison correspond tout à fait aux photos, rien a redire !

This is a very thoughtfully decorated and equipped villa. Beds and sofa were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with proper knives and utensils. Appliances were high quality and everything simply worked. Space also equiped for a family, with a high chair, baby bed and even some toys for the garden and beach. Beach is a 30 min walk or 8 min drive and so is the nearest town.. We enjoyed walking to town through the pine forest, so peaceful. The host is extremely responsive and kind and also has Sabene the property manager living in the neighborhood for quick response issues. We had the intercom system malfunction and made a loud sound - Sabene showed up in 10 minutes and sorted it out. To summarize - highly recommended for a short or long stay if you're looking for peace and quiet.
