The location is awesome. So easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. A few things needs attention like the blinds that are in disrepair and the refrigerator door that was very difficult open & close.

We loved our stay here! Kiama Tea House is in a perfect location (across the road from Waub's Beach and just near cafes and shops) and we found it to be a great size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). We look forward to our next stay! Thanks so much!

This was a beautiful location. Waking up the hazards each morning was stunning especially with the quick walk to the espresso bar for coffee and back to bed for the views. A convenient location just a 200m walk to town centre but very private. Would stay here again, but saw some other amazing properties by the same company. 🤩

Great hosts and a great location. Lovely views from the deck and spacious living area. We walked down to Governors for a delicious coffee then walked down Jetty St and along the rocks and beach path. Recommend a walk to the blowhole at high tide. Would love to stay again sometime.

A great place to stay. It was spotlessly clean and spacious with a big backyard and with great laundry facilities. There was a beautiful view of the ocean, walkable to town and well located to national parks. Owen was helpful, offered an early check in and made local recommendations. Highly recommended.

Emily’s place was beautiful! Clean & exact to the images shown. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. The area itself is nice for a peaceful retreat away from your busy life, we were lucky enough to see deers in the backyard!! That was an awesome experience :) Nice little walk right onto the beach as well which was nice. Recommend!

Our stay in Swansea was absolutely wonderful! Our host Cassie was incredibly warm and responsive, making us feel right at home. The property was spotless, and we were welcomed with a lovely cheese platter and sparkling wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pantry items provided were also very helpful. The location itself was breathtaking — the views from the large windows were like an ever-changing landscape, offering a new perspective each time we looked out. It truly felt like we were immersed in nature, which made it difficult to do anything other than appreciate that glorious view.. The worst part of our stay was leaving!! Everything was magnificent Thank you Cassie. We will be back 😊 Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the true beauty of Tasmania!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. Watching the waves and breathing in the fresh sea air was a favorite past time. My husband and I stayed in this magnificent home for 9 nights and it will always hold a special place in our hearts when we think about Tasmania. We had fantastic weather during our stay. The skies were so clear one night we could see the Milky Way from the back deck, it was as if we could reach out and touch it. This beautiful home has Starlink internet, an amazing built in coffee / espresso machine, and a nice TV with premium channels like Netflix. We spent our evenings cooking out on the grill, opening the windows and watching movies. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Tasmania!

We loved staying here! It's a lovely house and a great base to explore Bicheno and Freycinet. The house has so many useful amenities and Fay was so responsive to our questions and requests.

Absolutely amazing house and location. We loved it. We did have trouble finding the house as there was no 83 marked at the bottom of the driveway. We called the number on the air BnB email and never heard from anybody! Luckily we found it. Suggest a small sign is added to the one there advertising no 81

We had a fantastic stay. The house is so cute and homely and had all the amenities and cooking utensils that we needed. The view is beautiful and the beds (and sofa!) were really comfy. Melodie was really proactive, friendly and responsive and check in with us before and during our stay. The location is great - only approx 30 mins to wineglass bay and in a cute town which has everything you need. Thanks Melodie!
