Great communication all the way around. Great experience and convenient location. Parking enough for our group that arrived from different parts of the country. Hiking out the front door as well.

It was a simple, nice place that allowed for a quiet stay and drivable access to downtown Chattanooga as well as many hiking trails. Directions were easy, as were checking in and checking out.

A beautiful setting for this property overlooking the city of Chattanooga. It is surrounded by beautiful rock out croppings and is a very charming home with inspiring outdoor space. Nestled in the trees and rocks. Beautiful all the way around.

Fantastic stay. The house was perfect and the fenced in yard was great. We loved that the deck was gated too.

Had a few bumps at arrival but our host was very gracious and responsive. Very quiet and hot tub was nice. Host provided everything for a fire on cool nights! Definitely would pick this place to stay again. Close to Chattanooga and Rock City!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning—whether enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. We were a party of 7 adults & 2 children. The house offered plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood is nice & safe. We walked to the park and even passed a free little library at someone's home. The area is being revitalized. Close to the attractions. Within 15 minutes you can get everywhere. Ruby Falls, Rock City, Downtown....we had all our meals at the house (small children) kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lexie answers immediately if you need anything. Very nice to have a garage to park. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

We loved to stay here, it is so peaceful, the furniture and the decorations are beautiful and the beds are really comfy. The porch at the river is outstanding to sit there and to enjoy the sunset. Wally Hindman replied always fast and I recommend the place highly and we will definitely come back.

Bonnie was a great hostess and even found a wallet and jacket we left behind and went back for. Her place is very Zen. Everything was decorated kind of cool bohemian. I absolutely loved it. I'd live there if there was a walk-in closet! All was right wirh the space. Comfy, cozy, warm and inviting. Hot water, clean linen and just wonderfully twinkly. Thank you so much Bonnie! Cute apartment overlooking the town. It was the perfect place to spend time in downtown Ellijay. We will be back again .

We are return guests and love it each time. Place is clean and quiet, internet is fast, and we felt right at home. Neighborhood is peaceful and a short drive from the interstate. Will definitely be coming back!

Such a great location if you're looking for a secluded weekend getaway! There's plenty of hiking nearby, but staying and enjoying the quiet nature from the porch is all you need too. Brian and Nola were extremely friendly, and the cabin was exactly what we needed for the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The owner was great about accommodating an early check-in request. She was very responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. The house is great. Has everything a family would want or need. We will be back!

We had such a great time! The cabin was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub and how peaceful it was with the surroundings! It was a perfect place to bring our pup too!! Dan was very responsive and made sure we had the perfect guide to our stay! We had such a good time and plan to come back!!

The cabin was nice and very peaceful. The creek runs right in front of the cabin, which was great, and our kids enjoyed the creek and the bridge going over it. Our 8 year old caught a wild rainbow trout, and we also enjoyed the firepit area and hot tub. It is about 30 min from Ellijay, but we knew that when booking, and it was nice to have the seclusion and ability to unplug. We did have a bit of an issue with the keypad when checking in, but the owner was responsive and wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. Overall great stay and we hope to come back.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful birthday getaway :) Would recommend staying here! The location is nice and not too far from lots of things to do and the host was so helpful and accommodating. We felt very safe and comfortable!

This cabin was not only beautiful but comfortable and so peaceful with the creek running along the side. The bed was so comfortable and the one small issue we had with the shower drain was taken care of immediately! We loved Ellijay and this cabin and definitely plan on going back. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

We stayed at Mountain Rescue cabin for a month, and it exceeded our expectations. All appliances were in perfect working condition, the kitchen had more than adequate cooking utensils and we felt perfectly at home. It was one of the best AirBnB experiences ever.

This was our weekend getaway and let me tell you it was amazing! This cabin is very secluded in a small town with many beautiful sights. We both felt at home. The cabin is pet accessible, but you couldn't even smell another animal in there && there is even linens for the pets! We only utilized one room, but it was very spacious & we enjoyed the board games! The road to get up to the cabin was a hill with gravel and was piece of cake with 4wd. Despite the negative reviews we felt a complete opposite for the cabin. Not only was the cabin amazing but Glenn's communication was very great. We are both very pleased & will be recommending to future travelers! ** AWESOME HOT TUB!!
