The cabin was an absolutely beautiful place to stay after a long day on the slopes! Hot tub was amazing, beds were comfortable, and the whole house was clean and homey.

We love Salida and this location was absolutely perfect - right along the Monarch path and easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants. Also close to parks/playgrounds for my young kids who were traveling with us. The house is quaint, but has everything you need. Lots of beautiful sunlight and a great spot for a quick spring break getaway. Host was responsive and very helpful. We'll be back!

We loved this place so much we came back and stayed again. It provided everything we needed, and was a great place for the kids to play in the afternoon and enjoy a cozy dinner at “home” after a day adventuring.

Very peaceful, pleasing interior that was perfect for our group. It’s of natural light and fenced backyard. Hosts offered snacks and beverages upon check in, allowing us to settle in before heading to City Market/downtown. Neighborhood was calm and a trail with an expansive view of the mountains was nearby. Quick drive to restaurants, gas, groceries, climbing gym, hot springs, and coffee. WiFi set up was a snap. Kitchen had everything we needed and onsite laundry was much appreciated. We enjoyed the warmth of the hot tub on the crisp evenings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house in Leadville! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making this place special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and sipping coffee on the porch in the crisp morning air. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and extra blankets. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or just a quiet getaway, this place is an absolute treasure. We can't wait to go back!

This house was perfect for the two of us. Private yet very close to town. The floor plan is a bit quirky- we slept in the king size bedroom, but used the larger bathroom which is intended for the other two bedrooms (the bathroom closest to our bedroom was tiny). The house has some vintage features which add to its charm. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. There is a washer, which we used. A nice clothes line is in the backyard. The backyard and front porch are delightful for outdoor relaxation. We would definitely stay here again. Gigi was a super host.

The place was perfect for our family of 4. A short drive to ski Cooper and beautiful settings for morning coffee or dinner. Sharon and Sam were so kind to message us about a heard of elk in the valley and the place even had binoculars for us to get a closer look. Our boys loved the games as well! Overall it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we would love to come back again.

Had a lovely time. Loved the game collection but really appreciated the CD collection.. As a 90's kid, it was really nostalgic and pretty rad! Haven't listened to some of those albums in literal years!! Played Green Day all the way home..Would book again.

We had a fantastic getaway (family of 4) at Jenifer’s place! It was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, plenty of towels, amazing hot tub! We saw moose each morning on either side of the house, between 7-8am, which we absolutely loved. The hot tub was amazing all the time, especially at night for star gazing. Our boys loved the reading nook in the second bedroom! Jenifer is very responsive to questions and concerns. We wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Thank you!
