A very special home with beautiful historic antiques and a kind warm host. Our family of 4 with teens had plenty of space and absolutely loved the location. Everything is walkable 3-10 minutes to very good restaurants, 25 minute walk to the coliseum, and everything in between. Tons of beautiful museums and gardens nearby. The secret room is also an added bonus for kids. House was clean spotless and comfortable.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Ylenia per una notte e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa era in perfetto ordine e disponeva di tutto il necessario. Inoltre, l'host super gentile, ci ha sempre aiutato nel caso in cui servisse qualcosa rispondendo subito ai messaggi sempre con estrema gentilezza.

Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo magnifico posto per celebrare Capodanno e siamo felicissimi di aver fatto questa scelta! Il posto è immerso nella natura e offre delle viste spettacolari, dall’alba al tramonto. È ideale per un ritiro a contatto con la natura e sé stessi, ma anche per un soggiorno di gruppo. Pietro è un host estremamente amichevole e che mette il valore dei rapporti umani al primo posto, anche quando si viaggia. Lui e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto con prodotti locali buonissimi ( e ci ha fatto provare l’ olio dei suoi ulivi pazzesco!!) per conoscerci meglio. Pietro è sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza lenta e non stressante. Alla prossima! (Magari d’estate con la piscina aperta :-) )

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Nous avons passé une semaine romaine délicieuse dans le bel appartement de Paola. L’accueil a été parfait, chaleureux ; les conseils avisés, l’appartement à la fois plein de charme et fonctionnel. Idéalement placé entre la Piazza Navona et le château Saint Ange, à proximité du Panthéon, c’est un lieu parfait pour qui aime marcher et découvrir Rome au détour de ses ruelles. À recommander vivement.

La estadía fue estupenda, el lugar tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado. Está a 200m de la parada del metro C que brinda accesibilidad al centro. Es un barrio de artistas y dos cuadras tiene amplia oferta de bares para tomar aperitivos. Domenica se mostró siempre amable y flexible a nuestros horarios sobre todo el último día que tuvimos que dejar las valijas para poder aprovecharlo. Inclusive tuvimos que ir unos días antes de lo planeado y nos consiguió otro airbnb para esos días.

The house is lovely! We were three families and it was definately enough space. The kitchen is well-equiped, and contains two refridgerators. The rooms are charmy and had fans in all rooms. It is a short walk to the pool through a gate. The pool area is wonderful with alot of sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is cleaned everyday. The property contains several different seating areas. Use the pizza owen! Note that the person helping out on site is only speaking italian, so we used google translate a lot. I definately recommend this house!

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Eugenia’s place. The apartment is exactly as described, spotless and pristine condition. The location is amazing, everything is right outside the door I would definitely return!
