Very clean! Nice amount of space. Really liked having two baths so we could get ready to go out quickly. Has everything you need to make meals.

This is a small apartment in a two-story house in a residential neighborhood that looks like it's in the process of being gentrified. Looking one way you see small houses with unattractive yards, look the other way and there are reasonable-looking two-story houses similar to this one. The building next door was being worked on, although we were not disturbed by any noise. The bedroom is very small but adequate with a queen size bed. The living room/kitchen is fine, and the porch is nice although we didn't have the weather to be able to use it. A little drive gets you to the center of Beaufort. Overall this met our needs just fine.

Highly recommend. The apartment is beautiful and clean with stunning views. The location is great as it is next to a restaurant and coffee shop. Downtown is a short drive over the bridge. Tom is a great host and provided lots of recommendations for the area.

Duncan and Jackie are personable and attentive hosts that are obviously and rightly proud of their beautiful property. We felt very comfortable staying there and would go back again.

We had a great time. It was really good to be able to walk to so many great local restaurants on the waterfront. A short drive had us on the beach within about 35 minutes. Thanks for the amenities.

Jackie and Duncan really deserve to be called super hosts. They were very welcoming, kind and attentive to our needs as senior citizens. They also seem to provide their guests with the privacy one may want while on vacation. My husband and I can say they made us feel very comfortable and they seemed to be pleased to be our hosts, The description and the pictures of the property are very accurate. The garden in front of the units is very well kept and makes it inviting. While there, my husband and I walked everyday to downtown through charming older neighborhoods. Bikes are also available upon request and we made use of them twice during our stay. By the way, we slept very well. The place suited our needs very well and is well equipped. I have stayed at Air bnb’s primarily along the east coast and have found one I will look forward to returning to! Ellen and Mike were available on site, literally in the large house on the property, we being in the carriage house, and they helped us right away with such things as supplying a sewing basket for my new embroidery project …. I felt like I could stay extra weeks and just read a book on the porch swing, take a tour of the Old Point neighborhood, over and over again while soaking up Southern hospitality each visit to downtown

Labi was a fantastic host and very accommodating. I ended up needing to stay an extra month and Labi made sure it was seamless.

I love the place very much, it’s cute, homie and surrounding with nature. I’ll be back soon because this time I didn’t go hike on trails on the property yet

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at this adorable condo! We immediately felt at home and the kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The property is clean and looks as it does online. You can park and walk everywhere you want.

What a peaceful place! It is a quick walk, car ride or bike to the beach and it is so quiet and peaceful. Had a small issue with not much hot water, but other than that it was exactly what I needed. Comfortable bed, beautiful scenery and close to the beach—- can’t ask for more. I would live here if I could and would love to return in the future. Lora is very friendly and responsive and allowed me to check in early since I was the first guest. She provided every amenity you could possible need for your stay and anyone would be lucky to stay here. For the price and location it can’t be beat. Thanks Lora!

Great place super clean and nice! Pool is right outside for ease of use. Beach is a little bit of a drive but just a few minutes you could probably walk if you don’t have a bunch of beach gear. Responsive host and easy pleasant check in process!

We loved the place! The view of the marsh was great! The only negative was the stairs but we dealt with it! Would recommend it to others!
