The place is in a great location to enjoy Dataw, which is a lovely island. Walking distance to the club and pool and accessible to everything. The condo is charming, clean and well decorated.

This was our first time to Edisto. We chose this particular listing because it was one of the few that actually provided linens. The listing reads something like, "We still think we should supply linens", to which I thought, "Yes! I think so too!" Bringing my own linens would have never been on my radar if I didn't read details about other listings. So, we came for the linens and stayed for the golf cart. 😆 This home was so much more! Super quiet, comfortable, CLEAN, and packed with cooking supplies. The icing on the cake was being able to bring our fluffy dog Tango. We used a few amenities, like the indoor pool and mini-golf. We did so many things and had a great space to come home to each night. The communication was great through and through. I appreciate when I can communicate directly to owners instead of management companies. We will definitely be back, not only to Edisto, but also to this home if available.

This place is, quite simply put, fantastic. My family lives for a good vacation, which has been hard to come by in the pandemic era. I found this spot by sheer luck. I had never been to SC before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Let’s just say my expectations were blown out of the water. The area is gorgeous. Spanish moss covers the beautiful trees everywhere, which looks like an other-worldly dream. The community is quiet and beautifully maintained by the landscaping crew. I ran the Island Circle just about everyday during our stay with my dad and dog. Everyone we came across were cordial and welcoming. The views of the water and landscape are outstanding from the marina, clubhouse, and even the backyard. The community offers so many activities — we especially enjoyed the pool and kayaking the gorgeous creek (which might as well be a river at high tide). Speaking of the creek, watching the transformation between high and low tide is so interesting and aesthetically pleasing. There is so much wildlife to look out for (make sure you bring your binoculars). We especially liked watching the blue heron who came to perch on a tree in the backyard everyday. The villa was, dare I say, the best stocked place we’ve ever stayed. They had just about everything you need both from a home and activity perspective. Spices, tools/equipment, dishes of every size, lawn chairs, a printer, etc. — you name it, they probably have it :) The living space was so comfortable and clean. Perfect for meals and relaxing with the family. All the beds were comfortable, including the little trundle bed. I’m about 6’1 and was able to sleep comfortably in the twin bed in the slanted roof bedroom for the most part. You do have to mind your head in the slanted roof room, but we were only in there to sleep so it wasn’t that big of a deal (as some folks in the reviews make it out to be). The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the dish washer, but the host called someone right away and it was fixed within hours of us contacting the host. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We could tell the hosts put in a lot of work to make everything easy to find - a lot of things/compartments are even labeled for your convenience. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a family vacation. We will definitely come back if we can!

We loved our stay at this beach house. We rented it for a girls weekend and had a great time relaxing. It rained all weekend so we spent most of the weekend inside reading and enjoying the hot tub. We had an issue with bugs in the downstairs bedroom and we weren’t able to use it, so we let Jessa know so that they can take care of that before the next guest stays. She accommodated an early check in which was so great to start the weekend off with! We plan to rent this house again in the future.

We had a girl’s weekend and the location is fabulous! Right across the street from the beach. The weather was really warm for November so we enjoyed the beach and a nice hike. There were several restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home.

Super awesome location, big house with many extras that pictures don't capture the beauty. House super clean with all the amenities needed. Communication and access was easy.

Everything is in place and a great get away. We used it as a staging area for the kids to meet before I moved to South Carolina from New Jersey.

Very comfortable place to stay, had all amenities that you need. Allen communicated with us right away to make sure we had everything we needed plus gave us some of his personal recommendations of restaurants and attractions to see. Loved our visit!
