Great location and easy access to the marina / boat ramp. Caught a Goliath grouper off of the dock

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Valerie & Blair were fantastic hosts! They were super responsive and accommodating. Their place is beautiful, all recently remodeled, new & clean. We traveled with kids so the most important things to us were 1)being able to walk across the street to the beach 2) coming back and jumping into the pool 3) being able to grill and chill at home. The were several restaurants & shops nearby so easy access to anything. We went 1 direction to Ft Myers and the opposite direction to Bonita Springs! They had all the amenities you'd need and even provided beach supplies (cart & chairs & umbrella). We had such a great stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

This is a great house, in a great location with a great host. Our family had a fantastic week here. Kate is extremely responsive - communication was excellent from the moment we booked. The best recommendation we can give is that we would absolutely return to Kate's house - we wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

We had an amazing week here! The house is beautiful, clean, and very well-appointed! We had everything we needed & felt right at home! I loved preparing my coffee at the cute coffee station looking out at the beautiful pool & canal! We all loved the lanai & pool - everything is so comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the lanai sofa while watching the kids splash around in the pool. The shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches are all close to the house which is great - close to everything you’ll need while staying in Marco Island! But, at the same time, the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A great park & an interesting museum are a short drive from the house as well. Communication with our host was spot on – she made sure to let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed anything. We also loved that our host left a notebook with info about the house, restaurant recommendations & beach info. We would love to stay here again! Thanks!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

Absolutely loved our stay!! The house was perfect, the outdoor space was simple and elegant. Amanda was great about giving us all the details before we got there. We had zero issues while we were there- the house was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with all that we needed! We enjoyed being close enough to walk to the local hang outs or sit on the porch and listen to the music. We love Goodland- it’s close enough to Marco to spend our days on the beaches or shop, then head back to Goodland where we can enjoy a slower pace in the evening. Highly recommend Amanda’s place!!!

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

Dan, The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. The condo is located at the best end of the island near a lot of restaurants. The beach and pool access is right there. All and all my wife and I had a great experience. In my experience this was much better than Hilton Head or Naples. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.

Absolutely beautiful!! With a family of 7 the kids had a blast, there was so much to do between the game room, pool, beach and board games the kids were never bored. The location was perfect and just a few steps from the beach! We will be coming back next year! Johnathan was very responsive and welcoming which made the experience great.

Jamie was a fantastic host! The property was spotless and well-stocked. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at his property and would happily stay again when we return. Jamie was among the most thoughtful hosts I have ever had booking through Airbnb. The home was better than the photos. Endless restaurants and shopping options surround the location beyond convenience. However, we used the kitchen and grill for most of our meals. We were traveling with our 18-month-old daughter and had everything we needed for her. The cabana was great for when we laid her down for bed. We could hang outside without waking her, and the monitor reached so we could still hear her in case she woke up. My only feedback is that I wish the pool had been warmer and that bar supplies were available for making cocktails. Otherwise, my rating is an easy ten out of ten! Thank you, Jamie

Nicole’s place is the perfect location with everything you could possibly need for a family. 5 min walk to the beach, close to great restaurants, and a beautiful home. The pool was an excellent bonus for our child and the family to relax after a day at the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and Nicole has thought of everything you will need for your stay. Can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for our week long family vacation. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the pool and spa and did a lot of fishing in the canal from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed. Located on a cal-de-sac made it private and quiet which we loved. Easy 5-10 min drive to all the Marco Island restaurants and sights. Sarah was a wonderful host. Super easy to communicate with and responded to our inquires. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised!!!! We actually spent a lot of time at the house because it was so peaceful and relaxing! The property was great - clean; kitchen was well-stocked; provided beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, bikes; walk to the beach was about 10 min; lots of relaxing space in the house and around the pool. Allison, our host, was super communicative and responsive. Very easy and relaxing stay.

Home was beautiful as pictured, so spacious, each bedroom had a bathroom, backyard pool area is perfect, pool heater worked fabulously and Ana let us check in early as the house was ready and we had arrived with a couple hours to spare . Thank you so much can’t wait to come back again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and the location was ideal! It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool was clean and beautiful! Upon arrival, there were some stained and sunscreen covered cushions and furniture on the lanai that made us hesitant to sit out there. For the hefty price we paid, we expected cushions and furniture to be clean! The hosts were super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Overall a very nice stay!

Pam was a great host. The unit was clean and tidy. Property is very close to the beach and has a wonderful backyard that sits on the bayside. She has lots of beach accessories including paddle boards that my daughter loved. Pam made you feel like you were staying at a family member’s home.

We almost didn't get to enjoy this wonderful rental. A mixup in the booking dates, however, was quickly resolved leaving practically a whole year to anticipate staying at this incredible property. The first thing that caught my eye when I saw Lisa and David's listing was the abundance of light and the proximity to the water. The next was the three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Honestly, when you get there, the place will "wow" you because it is actually better than the photos and you will realize you didn't book it for a long enough stay. So, want to see porpoises swimming in the inlet next to the pool on the screened in lanai? How about great blue herons and pelicans fishing off the piers and the deck surrounding you? How about a short walk to the white sand ocean? The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable and the neighbors were quiet. We hated to leave, believe me. Many thanks to our responsive and kind hosts for making this available!

Beautiful penthouse condo! We loved our stay at Fred's Marco condo. Everything as described and better -- from comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, beach access and equipment, convenient parking and incredible views. We walked Tigertail every day -- shelling, exercise or sunsets. Doreen's was a fun breakfast spot. Birthday dinner at Deep Lagoon was excellent.

Our stay at Tonya’s place was perfect! The location was top notch! Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of room for parking a truck and boat trailer at Tonya’s house. Launching our boat at the Boat Park was fast and easy. The store at the launch had bait, fishing items, and snacks. Goodland also has a fish market. A quaint town with lots of old Florida charm.

Beautiful fully stocked condo. View was incredible. Would absolutely recommend and return!
