Super condo, always clean and well stocked. Thank you for your hospitality. The resort food has improved, really liked the new Indulge restaurant. Great service. Great location. Oh and the shuttle service could not have been better. We used it for many trips to the beach! Communication with the rental team was great as always. Looking forward to our next visit. The Heyls

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at Mari's place. We love it! Mari's condo is exactly what the pics look like. The place is comfortable and very clean. The decor is nice and bright. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen has everything that you would need if you wanted to stay in and entertain. The pool is awesome! Naples Resort Bay is across the street with shops and restaurants as well. And, of course, downtown Naples is a stone's throw to all of the shops and restaurants. Mari is a friendly and informative host. (And quick to respond!) Check in and check out was so easy. We will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed a most relaxing vacation in this modestly furnished but comfortable condo as was clearly explained to us by Johanna. Johanna is a very accommodating owner and gave us very clear instructions which made our registration very smooth. The beach and sunset views from the wrap around balcony are beautiful.

First class condo and super location too!. The folks at the Resort could not be nicer. Mari's condo had every thing you could want to make for a very pleasant vacation. I would describe the condo as modern, clean, new and zen. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Mari was very responsive happy to answer any questions. The rental is on my favorites now and we plan to return when we plan out next Naples vacation.

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

Ayleen’s house was perfect for our visit to Naples with our daughter, her husband and our two grandchildren. The lovely private backyard was surrounded on three sides with walls of palm trees making the backyard heated pool a lovely peaceful sanctuary and a perfect place for family fun. We appreciated the beach towels, pool noodles and floaties. Lots of toys inside for the kids as well - all tucked away in baskets and neatly organized. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of towels.

Unfortunately I booked this and never got to use it. The night before I left I had spent the night in the ER, with a sick kid. So I didn’t get to go on my planned trip and it was too late to get any kind of refund. I will keep the info for next trip.

We had the best time here, the house and pool were amazing. Super clean and beautifully designed. We had the pool heated and it was worth the extra up charge as we used it often. Very walkable neighborhood, kitchen well stocked, very comfortable!! One of my favorite airbnbs that I have ever been too!

This place was an awesome location with some great amenities. There was a dock to use for a boat rental, kayaks to use, great little hot tub and a lovely screened in patio seating area. Roberto was on top of the game and made sure we were well taken care of. Well equipped kitchen too. Roberto definitely isa superhost!

We had a wonderful stay, and greatly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the most. So much space and very helpful / responsive host. Would stay again. 10/10, great spot!

Tonya went above and beyond making our stay as awesome as possible. We enjoyed the accommodations completely. We would definitely consider a future stay with Tonya at this location on our next overnight stay on Marco Island.

Home was nice, had lots of nice spaces to sit and relax. Lots to do and it was a walkable distance to a few restaurants and things. would recommend to family and friends and would stay there again!

100% a perfect place to stay in south Naples. We are a couple with an 8yo, and this rental had everything we needed. Plentiful beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc for beach days, and the bathroom and kitchen were equipped with anything we needed. I loved the espresso machine; I asked my husband for the same one for Christmas! The unit was so clean and pretty, and it looked like no one had ever used the appliances. We had a car but did not use it other than to/from the airport. Next time we come to Naples, I will contact Andrew to book his place.

We just got home. We had an excellent time. The host was very responsive. The home was comfortable ( well I like a softer mattress lol so the twin bed had that! ) very clean, and everything you need to feel at home. The grounds were beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub when we weren’t playing pb at the NPC. The host gave us great beach recommendations. And there were chairs and beach umbrellas to use. We look forward to another visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

Inga-Lill is a friendly, gracious, responsive host. The apartment is well-positioned on the top floor of a high-rise building; truly wonderful views of Gulf, Tigertail Beach, natural preserve. The pool was a nice bonus and the complex and building were generally very quiet. Inga-Lill even provided a closet full of games, puzzles, everything needed for the beach, including a cart. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing location; beautiful accomodations; gated security. Beach within short walking distance (not too close; not too far); pool proximity great. Amazing sunset views. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet building with very good gym, commons area, security.

Perfect place for our needs! David was a terrific communicator. He clearly cares about his guests and made every effort to be helpful with any questions we had to get oriented. The condo, complex, and neighborhood had everything we wanted so it was relaxing and easy to navigate outdoor activities and walking distance to restaurants. The views from the apt. are spectacular and the people we met were friendly. Tigertail beach is lovely for morning walks and we were lucky to see dolphins and plethora of bird life. Highly recommend this host.

Wonderful sunsets from patio. Comfortable and functional unit. The people (residents and employees) at the building were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice grounds to walk: convenient to beach, restaurants and stores (although need a car to easily get to the restaurants and stores).
