The condo is lovely and even nicer than the photos. The view is incredible. You could see humpback whales from the patio! The pools are also gorgeous and the restaurant service is convenient. The drinks are reasonably priced. I would recommend paying daily (rather than charging to the room), the restaurant doesn’t keep track very well and we had a surprise bill on our way out from early in our stay - even though we tried to keep current. Nothing was improperly charged, but something to be mindful of. I would definitely stay again!

EVERYTHING was wonderful. EVERYTHING. Christopher & Benito are such genuinely kind people. Their dogs, Max & Luna are adorable. The apartment was perfect. They privided more than what we expected, like drinking water, coffee, beach towels. Christopher even made cafe de olla one morning & served a special bread. You walk outside the apartment and you are on the hiking trail to the 5 beaches. Nearby is an excellent outdoor restaurant for dinner, Stephanie 's cabana & bar. Across the beach is the pier for the water taxis. We wish we could stay longer, like forever.

Solo me queda agradecer la amabilidad de Brian, su alojamiento fue fantástico, fotos tal cual, ubicación increíble, el poder prestarnos las cosas para la playa nos ayudó muchísimo a poder pasar una estancia muy agradable, la alberca deliciosa siempre fresca!! muchas gracias por tu gran hospedaje, sin duda es uno de los mejores hospedajes que hemos visitado!!

Nos encantó la ubicación, la vista y el lugar en general! Llevé a mi mascota y teníamos la playa enfrente y un gran jardín para correr. La casa está bien equipada y ordenada. La vista al mar es preciosa y cuentan con acceso a otras playas que también se llega caminando. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y esperamos regresar pronto.

Overall had an awesome peaceful getaway with adventurous hiking, kayaking and beach access. PROS: quiet, clean, looked like the pictures, good wifi, included Costco coffee and saw whales! CONS: poor communication from hosts and at one point never even got a response from any of the multiple hosts in the groupchat. Portable fans are listed in the amenities but were not there. Our advice: you will be on your own when coordinating your departure as well as leaving. There is VERY little food in Chimo. Pack everything you will need for your stay. I will admit there is a language barrier and I’m sure that was some of the problem but the communication of this property with multiple hosts to respond felt challenging.

We stayed at Jessa Rosa’s condo with 4 adults and 3 young children for one week. We had a great time! The unit is large and gorgeous, it worked out really well for us. It was really nice to have laundry in unit and each room having an en-suite + a powder room for the unit was perfect. Getting in was a little confusing but I asked someone who worked at the restaurant for help and they pointed us in the right direction. I do think it’s important to note that this building has access to 2 pools, with one restaurant that services those areas. You do NOT get complimentary access to Xalli beach club, you can go to their restaurant or bar but you can’t use their pool or lounge chairs. I think I had a slight misunderstanding with Jessa because I thought we had access to the Xalli club, but she meant we have free access to the Arco Playa building club. Which worked out great anyways, we had the pool to ourselves and we still went over to the Xalli club for some meals and got drinks to go.

Our family (2 adults and 2 young children) had a great stay! This was our first time in the PV area and we were not disappointed. The concierge made it easy to schedule an airport transfer. The apartment is spacious and the bedding was comfortable. The amenities at the complex were very enoyable, we had a hard time wanting to leave! We did enjoy our tour to Yelapa & Majahuitas. The beach is located in a small bay and was relaxing and had a beautiful view of the lighthouse & mountains. We had meals outside of the complex and ate from the bars/restaurants at the resort and both were enjoyable. Our fav spots within close walking distance were the pollo asado at "Mony," breakfast at Ramones, & Tacos Junior. The tequila "museum" next door was also fun. Little farther away -the view, food, and service at The Marina Bistro was amazing! We also really enjoyed our on the beach dinner at Mar y Sol in Bucerias and more traditional dinner at La Cava de Las Martinez in town. Can't wait to return.

This place is amazing. Beautiful view, very quiet, and free entrance to the beach club aboput 8 minutes walking distance. The hosts Rikriri and Aldo where responding within minutes when we had a question. Thanks for a beautiful stay! Wolfgang and Petra from Canada

Mar gave great recommendations for local beaches and places to eat that were spot on. Whale watching from the outdoor balcony every morning and evening was our favorite thing. Boogie Howard’s, chairs and small cooler to use was great additions. We were 2 couples with good separation of rooms and own restrooms was perfect for us. Walk to one of best beach we visited the entire trip. Thanks Mar
