Leonor siempre estuvo presta a colaborar durante la estancia. El aire acondicionado de una habitación no funcionó al 100% pero fue manejable. Se recomienda darle mantenimiento a los aires acondicionados.

This is a beautiful clean, new, well air-conditioned apartment in an area that is a bit rough around the edges, a 10-minute walk from Casco Viejo. I'm am middle-aged woman traveling alone, and I felt safe and comfortable, but it is not a cleaned-up neighborhood catering to tourists. I booked it because reviews about Casco Viejo noted that it's very noisy at night. I had no issue with noise at night here! I slept soundly. The building is taller than the surrounding buildings, so you have eye-popping views of the sea, the hills, the rest of the city. Bonus: a clear view of a lively local futbol pitch just below. Navigating the neighborhood on foot was challenging at first because street signs are sparse, but with help from friendly locals (having some Spanish helps here) and google maps, I was soon comfortable walking around -- 10 minutes to Casco Viejo, and 15 minutes to the metro. Taking Uber to and from the front door was also very easy & cheap option! I really loved staying here!!

The location was perfect, with the Albrook mall. We enjoyed exploring the multiplaza and found plenty of great dining options. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend Jana and their property. We really appreciated the cleanliness, communication, and amenities. The quiet natural surroundings and easy access made our stay just like home.

Cesar's place is modern and very clean. It has comfortable beds and hot showers. Despite being on the edge of a sketchy area, it is an easy walk to the old town. There is a great rooftop bar and restaurant area in the building and the pool is also a bonus after a hot day. The washer/dryer was a big plus for us as we'd been traveling for over a month. Cesar was a great communicator who often checked in with us to see how things were. Thanks Cesar

No clutter and everything is always well functioning. Simple, yet stylish and practical. Location is unbeatable in the vibrant and eclectic Via Argentina neighborhood. Even better, the units are designed to be quiet and shielded from the local nightlife and street noise. I find myself always returning to Smart Living when in Panama City.

The apartment was exactly as discribed and matched the photos. It was clean and very spacious which was what we were looking for. The views from all the rooms were amazing in every direction. Showers are nice and powerful with great hot water. Apartment was well equip with all the main home appliances needed for your stay. Bedrooms were nice and clean, the beds served their purpose but need to be upgraded. AC in all the rooms worked great, having individual units was gave us the convinience of temperature control for each room instead of having the entire place on one tempertature or off entirely. The apartment for the most part is very quiet but you will hear the occassional dog barking and other sounds. There are grocery stores, mini marts, pharmacies, restaurants and bars all within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. Neighborhood is nice clean and peaceful, I had no issuses walking to and from the apartment. I would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location with a great view! the apartment had everything I needed, and the gym is literally 2 steals away from your front door. the area itself is walkable.. lots of restaurants and convince stores all around. communication with Carolina was great, always willing to help. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

She was extremely helpful and even though there was a mess up on our end she was very patient and helped us so so much. It was a very nice stay in a comfortable area, definitely recommend it.

Clean and spacious apartment with great air conditioning. We had a great time walking around the neighborhood and felt very safe. It was much appreciated to be able to check in last minute. Breakfast at the Crepe Restaurant downstairs was a perfect way to start our day. We paid for parking about 3 blocks away. Definitely plan to stay here again!

The stay was nice and easy. Ahmad leaves instructions that are clear and easy to understand. Lot of things that are walkable, close to transit, or easy to get car service. The views are even better in person. Ahmad was always responsive to our needs and made sure we had a guidebook available for our travels. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

Admittedly, I am a very picky traveler, and Jose's place did not disappoint! It is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Jose was always kind and responsive to questions and attended to any inquiries I had. The location is perfect and the building is very well-maintained and convenient to Panama City attractions. The perfect place to start and end the day! I recently started to pull away from Airbnb and go back to booking hotels. However, 3 out of the 4 Airbnbs in Panama were exceptional, so I think Panama does Airbnb pretty well!

Gio's condo is well equipped and has great views of the Bay and the city. Gio was an excellent host and quickly addressed any issues. The building is located on Balboa Ave between the Hilton and Urraca Park. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area, 24 hour concierge and the area is extremely safe. We had a great stay and look forward to returning next year.

Great location, lovely apartment. Spectacular balcony view. I didn't cook, but the kitchen is well-equipped. Loved the building amenities and the Foodie store. Host was responsive with easy check in and check out.

El lugar es precioso y el equipo del complejo mantienen las instalaciones comunes en un estado impecable. Mi familia y yo fuimos durante los dias de semana y teniamos la playa y las instalaciones prácticamente solas para nosotros, perfecto porque estabamos con un niño pequeño y una bebe. El apartamento es muy cómodo y agradable. Si hay algunas cosas de cocina que debimos llevar pero las indicaciones dadas por Raquel fueron muy claras, ella nos mostró con antelación todo lo que había disponible, asi que con un poco de planificación se puede llevar todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Recomendado.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en el apartamento; estaba completamente equipado y exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. La cocina contaba con todo lo necesario y estaba muy bien organizada. Buenas camas y baños con agua caliente. Sin duda, nos fascinó el lugar. La playa fue espectacular. Durante nuestra estancia de dos días, alquilamos bohíos con asador. Fue un fin de semana lleno de tranquilidad y descanso. Definitivamente, volveremos.
