Absolutely adorable and so clean! We all loved the mattresses and linens! They were amazing! This will for now be our go to for future trips!!

Wonderful place to stay. We had an issue with another residence we were staying at. Contacted Christy with short notice and she was not only able to accommodate us that day but she also was able to get us in early so we had a place to go. Next time we will be booking only with Christy. She was also very quick to respond with any questions

A very special place to stay in Fredericksburg! Very clean with very pretty decor. We enjoyed the location and the s’mores kit that we were given and used at the outdoor gas fire pit. Very responsive hosts made for a great stay, thank you!😊

Wow. Just WOW! We stayed at this amazing home with our fun, game-playing (slightly-competitive) family for our son’s wedding. Everyone from age 22-92 had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the spacious, comfortable, single-story accommodations and made wonderful memories there playing mini golf, foosball, darts, Connect Four, and casting wedding photos to the the large TV to relive and tell stories. The home had everything we needed and much more! It is very thoughtfully appointed. Isaiah was a wonderful, thoughtful host who responded quickly and kindly. We would recommend this home with no hesitation and hope to return! Thank you so much, Isaiah!

Our stay at Gerardo”s backyard oasis was exactly what we were looking for. The space was ample, clean, with a beautiful backyard. The quiet location was ideal, and also close to nearby convenient stores and HEB! A plus whe you have a big family. Gerardo was quick to answer any questions we had and very accommodating, providing us with what we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

OH. MY. GOODNESS. This place is beautiful! A wonderful location and all the great amenities. Super clean and a great layout. The house has been updated and has anything and everything you would ever need. I personally loved all the detail that went into decorating the house. It was very nostalgic and reminded me of my childhood. Every single tiny detail was attended to. We wanted for nothing. Great location and close to everything. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Jeff is an amazing host! Very easy to contact and talk to about EVERYTHING. The cookies were a great added bonus! We ate every single one. I just really can't say enough about this awesome place! We will DEFINITELY stay here again and again!

My wife and I happened to visit during an unusual cold snap for Brownwood. Lisa and William were proactive with informing us on the heating systems and their operations. I was hot, my wife was cold. Imagine that ! The water pressure was fantastic and plenty of hot water available ! We made use of the outdoor seating area only once due to the weather, but all propane tanks were full so the fire table was very comforting. Very comfortable for two people. Everything functioned as expected. The "old downtown" is an easy walk with train related attractions close-by.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

Well equipped, comfortable, and spotless place… location is very peaceful and serene… Overall we had a great stay! Few nitpicks to note: 1. Hard to comprehend from pictures alone how low the lake is. There really is no lake access at this time. 2. Not sure I would call “private”. Hosts live upstairs and have a full view of the patio area. Not an issue for us (and hosts are unobtrusive and very friendly) but could be for some 3. I’m very picky about light bulbs so this is a personal preference, but the light bulbs are very bright white LEDs which, in my view, takes away from an otherwise warm space.

Fantastic place and fantastic host. Responded almost immediately when I had questions. The space was great inside. Bed was super comfy. The location was great. A half block to the left was a trolley pickup spot. A half block to the right and down the stairs you were at a river shuttle pickup spot. We didn’t have a car and these made it so easy to get around. The rooftop deck was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice and quiet spot. Pictures matched the description and it was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Cameron was super responsive and easy to communicate with.

This place was a fantastic getaway from the city. The area was peaceful, and the residents are very friendly. Loved that the place was walkable to the lake, and there was plenty of nearby trails as well. We forgot to bring a lot but the airbnb came with everything you could need. I was very impressed with how well stocked the place was. The hot tub of course was the cherry on top of it all. Rodney was so kind to allow my sister to visit as well. I mean really couldn’t have had a better experience, would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here while visiting for SXSW. Clean. Close. Comfortable. It was the best stay and bang for buck in town that week.

Phenomenal experience. The house was so clean, cute and perfect for what i needed. The bed was very comfortable & she even had a diffuser going when i arrived- which i absolutely adored. The back yard area was cute & i enjoyed my time out there as well visiting with my soldier medic. 10/10 would definitely stay again if back in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!

Peaceful and private getaway perfect for ringing in my girlfriend’s 30th birthday and leaving work stress behind for the weekend. We loved the quiet in the country, walking the property, the hot tub, sitting on the porch, having s’mores by the fire pit, and literally everything else about this place. The cabin is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Great size for the two of us. Mary is amazing- she left decorations, cupcakes, and champagne to celebrate my girlfriend. As awesome as a time as we had, our dogs had an even better time. The cabin and property were so dog friendly. Our dogs ran and roamed non stop. We felt bad bringing them home to our small yard haha. We can’t wait until our next booking!

Wild Oak Ranch is at good location, where has an easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maple State Park. Also, the ranch has 10 acres lot, where you can enjoy sunset at patio and watch deer in morning and evening. This Wild Oak Ranch is prefect location for hiking in the Hill Country and State Park.

Thank you for letting us stay, this place was awesome. lots of land and the pond was fun to fish in. She did come to the airbnb and check up on us periodically so that was nice!!

Omg, the place was great! Ashley was a great host made our stay extra special when she didn’t have to. The place was awesome and even though it was bit of a bad weather we still made the best of it. We couldn’t let bad weather get in the way of the hot tub which we really enjoyed and the fireplace inside made it perfect for staying indoors and enjoying time. Thank you Ashley for hosting us. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful cabin and a perfect spot for fishing and stargazing. They have all the necessary things stocked for the stay. I really liked that we didn’t have to rush during checkout. The hosts are very responsive
