I’ve had some not so pleasant experiences with lofts in the past since the narrow spaces are more difficult to keep clean…and this tiny home with a loft was not like that at all. The space was clean, larger than I expected, and everything I needed for a few days exploring the Sedona/Jerome area. They have a nice trail to walk on, a dog park, a quiet community, and easy access to different national monuments and restaurants and fun activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at the hummingbird house. Loved the firepit and stargazing! It's not the fanciest place, but it was rustic, quiet, peaceful, and such a great getaway. If you're super tall you might have a bit of an issue with the loft bed. Super cute little house and definitely worth it!

Such an awesome stay! The property is great, the hosts were extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. They had fore wood ready for us ams gave us great recs on the area. Its very private and a great property overall. Thank you to Kara for the hospitality!

This was my 6th stay and I continue to love my time here. The location, scenery, privacy, true desert and wonderful host make for a winning combination! I will be back.

Great rental company and very communicative. As a first time RV renter, I had no idea what I was doing but they were very patient with me while explaining all the hookups and such. My RV did not survive the trip to the speedway, and the bumpy dirt roads caused the septic pipe to jostle. It leaked and we had to get it emergency pumped by event staff on the first full day. Because EDC blows, they wouldn’t let the RV repair man LV Rentals would have sent onto the premises to fix it. So we went all weekend hiking to the portapotties. Unfortunately the wind was terrible as well and caused a myriad of issues, none of which was LV Rentals fault. Long story short, I will be RVing again, but never in Vegas (weather is awful for it) and never EDC (they’re too strict if you need help). If LV Rentals had locations elsewhere I would definitely rent from them again, they are awesome!

Had a great stay at Rio Rancho Verde! Carmela greeted us on arrival to the new RV which is near the edge of the ranch close to the friendly horses that are always ready for a visit. Morning coffee on the patio is very peaceful and evening sunset walks on the nearby trails are breathtaking. Gracie the ranch pup will stop by often to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Will definitely be back year to thaw out from the Midwest winter!

Our party of 7 found this to be a fun way to start our start our spring break trip. We spent 3 nights in the Tipi and made lots of memories. Days were filled with hiking in Sedona and this was a great space to hang out at night at the fire after dinner in Cottonwood. This was a convenient location to everything we wanted to do and being able to hike up to Tuzigoot National Monument by crossing the river near the back of the property was an added bonus. Vicky gave great recommendations and was extremely responsive with any questions we had.

I highly recommend this stay, so many nearby adventures! The camper looks bigger inside than the pictures. The yard is very peaceful, and has a nice aesthetic. Would stay again!

This place is amazing love how it’s fenced off and I allowed my dogs to run around without me worrying if they’re gonna runoff at night it’s extremely quiet. I have it highly recommend this place.

This site exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay here. The RV was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were in good working order. Vladimir was a kind and easygoing host. If you are interested in visiting Bombay Beach and seeing the strange and unique sights around the Salton Sea, we definitely recommend this place.

We simply adored staying at the Sombrero Peak Mini Ranch with Lynn and Cathy as our host. From the Emu's, pigs (Hi Lizzy) and their dog Coco which made quick best friends with our dog. To the beautiful scenery and access to the National Park within walking. The RV was perfect for us, with plenty of privacy. Within a short drive there are all the modern amenities one would expect. We look forward to staying here again.

We loved staying at Michal's place, it was so cozy and charming, private and quiet, the patio is beautiful and our doggies loved it too. We appreciated his flexibility to allow for an early check-in and keeping good communication with us. Thank you for your hospitality Michal!

I liked Debi & Deacon's Airstream so much I stayed a month! It was an amazing experience. The desert at its most beautiful and authentic. The quiet, dark, and stars can't be beat anywhere. Equally important, Debi and Deacon go out of their way to make you feel welcome, with lots of extra touches. (Their dogs are pretty awesome too.) I will definitely be coming back again and again!

We had a lovely stay in Patrick's RV. The check in was easy and the accomodations were as described. We were extremely warm and comfortable with the heating system and our host even had a YouTube video explaining how to operate the controls (extremely helpful)! Would definitely recommend!!!

We loved being able to pet the animals. The property has nice private sitting areas. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Absolutely a five star experience!

What a gem of an Airbnb. The location was quiet and lovely - garden incredible, good pizza restaurant just a couple blocks away. Hosts very very generous and helpful: we were greeted as we arrived, though there is key-code self-checkin available, and we were welcomed kindly, and given a nice tour and local ideas. Very tasteful decor, inside and out, comfortable bed, good WiFi, and tasty muffins awaited us when we checked in (they were still fresh for breakfast).

Was looking to relive my childhood memory growing up on a ranch. This was a place to remember. Highly recommend. Thanks Edith, you overdid yourself!
