The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

Very clean and comfortable home. We were beyond satisfied I literally have no complaints. The backyard felt like we were in an oasis. Plenty of room to move around and feel at home.

Beautiful home; the pictures don’t do the backyard justice. I wish we had a longer stay to fully enjoy the amenities, but the home was gorgeous. Be wary of the neighbor’s dog—this was the only issue that affected our full enjoyment of the backyard. Other than that, the property was very peaceful, gorgeous, and clean.

We had an amazing stay. The house was as described and had everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. The pool and outdoor space is amazing! Highly recommended.

Fantastic four-night stay for three adults. Home is clean and comfortable, with a fully-stocked kitchen. Pool was perfectly heated for the 65-75 degree days. Restaurants and other amenities are close with a pleasant walk around the lake. Very enjoyable holiday!

We had an amazing stay. It was a stress-free vacation and we loved the direct access to the trails. The location of the house was perfect for launching all of our adventures in the Phoenix area. We will definitely reserve the beautiful house for future Phoenix vacations!

Shannon's place is so cute! It was a great place for us while we enjoyed the snow in Flagstaff. Our dogs loved the huge backyard. If you like firm beds, this is the place for you!

Absolutely Magical Stay! This charming cabin was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled among the tall pines, it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it was just a short drive to downtown Prescott. The recent snowfall made our stay even more special—waking up to a blanket of fresh snow covering the trees was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the wrap-around deck, watching the snow gently fall, and cozying up by the propane fireplace in the evenings. The cabin itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen to a super comfortable bed. The natural light pouring in during the day made it feel warm and inviting, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation. We also loved how close it was to hiking trails and Goldwater Lake—ideal for a little winter adventure! If you're looking for a peaceful, cozy, and romantic getaway, this is the place. We had a great stay. Layne was friendly and helpful. We lucked out to get snow which made the trip. House was clean and had everything we needed. Large property gave us lots of privacy. We hope to return again.

We loved staying at the Three Bears Bungalow! We loved the quiet at night, especially after the kids were in bed. The husband and I curled up next to each other to read on the deck, enjoying the weather and the peace (as Phoenicians, we revel in the cold). The house was so comfortable, and everything was as described. We can't wait to return!

Well cared for property. Pride of ownership evident throughout the home. Getting into and out of the home was very easy. The house was warm and the water was hot. Carrie’s instructions were clear and she was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was peaceful. (We had gone up to Munds Park to enjoy the recent snowstorm.)

We loved our stay! Meghan’s place was clean and homey and had everything we needed! I loved all the vintage touches in the decor. Our kids thought the loft was so cozy and fun. We came to find snow and were happy to find that there was snow right in the yard and we loved watching the elk pass through. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Amber’s beautiful home was the most perfect backdrop to our winter girl’s getaway! The home is even more stunning in person and there are so many luxe little details throughout, from the surprise of fur coats in the closet, bath salts by the tub, to a well-stocked and clearly-labeled kitchen. My family and I loved our stay at the cabin! Debbie’s communication was outstanding—she even offered us the option to arrive a night early to avoid heavy snow,. Thanks to her kindness and foresight, we woke up safe and sound in the cozy cabin, surrounded by a breathtaking blanket of snow. Considering the intense snowfall that day, it would have been quite challenging to get there otherwise. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for an incredible stay, and we couldn’t be more grateful.. Her thoughtful gesture made a huge difference in our trip. Throughout our stay, we noticed and appreciated her attention to detail. The chocolates were a favorite, and the wood-burning fireplace setup was perfect, with ample high-quality wood, kindling, lighters, and fire starters readily available. Debbie went above and beyond, turning a good experience into a great one. We’re so grateful for her exceptional hosting and can’t wait to return!
