Great place to stay with gorgeous view. It was remote yet close to small town amenities and restaurants. We used the kitchenette each day and had all that we needed…including a blender for our protein drinks! 😊 Hosts friendly and helpful - ensured we had what we needed.

We had a magical time at Trout Creek! The house and property feel very secluded, but it’s just a short drive to town for a grocery run or dinner out! We went out on a few day trips to enjoy some of the local attractions, but we mostly enjoyed staying on the property - the kids didn’t want to leave! They played in the snow, sledded, and tried a little ice skating on the pond! It was such a fun winter getaway!

We booked Aspen Lake cabin during the fall season and it was perfect timing. There were acres and acres of turned Aspen trees. It made for a beautiful backdrop and family photoshoot with our Iphones. The cabin itself it very roomy, clean and both rooms with a king size bed are big and have great views. It is nice to have two separate levels with living rooms. We did not need to turn the heater on as it was very warm during the day and cooled off just right at night. The only unfortunate part of the cabin was that the dishwasher may need some service as it did not wash the dishes properly even after rinsing them beforehand. Overall, it was a great stay for two families.

Book. This. Airbnb. You won’t regret it. Cannot express how wonderful the experience was for my group of 10. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful from the moment we booked to our check out day! The house was perfect. Extremely clean, private, spacious, and great location. Pictures somehow don’t do the house justice—it’s more spacious than you could imagine and the views are just gorgeous. Packed with all the amenities you could possibly need. There are endless bathrooms for a big group. The hot tub was 10/10. We were snowed in one evening, but had so much fun in the house, no one minded. The only issue we had was some overhead lights didn’t work upstairs, but the host was notified & it didn’t affect our experience whatsoever. By far one of my favorite accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you again for hosting us!

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

This place is very cute and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area! The only complaint I have is that there was no laundry detergent available for use.

Our family Thanksgiving was wonderful because this place allowed space and tranquility for the family to enjoy quality time together without having to feel cramped.

I can not express enough how awesome this stay was! It is SO secluded, you would never ever even think it is attached to Anita’s house! It is in a great location and only 15 to 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou springs. The place was very clean and organized. It has every possible kitchen attachment you may need. I was able to cook a thanksgiving meal for my family of four while staying here. If you are unable to leave due to weather conditions or you would rather stay in. This Air B and B has tons to do! We loved the media room and pool table. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Anita, this was such a wonderful stay for our family. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

I live in Tx. Whenever I want to feel the winter season I come to Colorado. This is the best place I've ever been!! Everything was just perfect! The house is very clean and comfortable. Its is in a safe and quiet place. What really made our trip there special was the attention to detail and how much the hosts made sure we were comfortable and happy. I wish I could give 6 stars:)

The bedrooms were perfect nice beds dark curtains. The living room had a huge couch and tv. My family loved cuddling into the couch to nap and watch movies. The kitchen had lost of amenities. Very nice and clean.

I booked Lorena's unit because it was one mile from a conference I was attending and I wanted a kitchen and privacy. The unit was PERFECT and was a peaceful sanctuary every time I returned from the busy and crowded conference space. It was wonderful and Lorena was so responsive and helpful in many ways. I would stay there again without hesitation.

This is a gorgeous property in a great location. Lots of great things to do with in a close distance. The home is very comfortable and clean. Hosts are very responsive and friendly.

The home is very clean, spacious, peaceful, fully-stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies, and laundry detergent. David is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The best Airbnb I've had.

I had a great visit in Green Mountain falls. The cottages are right across from Beaver Lake. The hot tub was amazing and there’s a nice restaurant/ bar right across the street. I will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful, off-grid cabin! My husband and I had such an amazing stay! Chris was awesome, proactively reaching out with great recommendations. We felt so at peace our entire stay! We even got snow one of our last days which made everything so magical! The beds were so comfortable, like a warm hug; we wanted to sleep all day! Everything was easy to use, including the off-grid toilet. Definitely would stay here again!

What a great little cabin to unwind and relax in and enjoy the lake and beautiful surroundings. The cabin was neat, clean, and cozy. it's not huge, but it's well appointed and would sleep quite a few folks. It's very close to the lake and general store, and just minutes from the boat ramp and good fishing spots. Setting is peaceful and quiet with good parking and great views. Check in and access was easy peasy, and Benjamin's communication was on point. Very responsive. Judging from the movie collection, he's my kind of people. We brought our Starlink, so the no Wi-Fi and low cell signal was no issue at all. There seemed to be good cell signal down by the lake too. Highly recommend this property, and we would stay there again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in the eagle cabin. It was pretty quiet and peaceful. We used the communal hot tub and got it to ourselves both nights. The cabin has exactly what you need for a short stay. The stairs are no joke, ha, but not a deal breaker. The town is cute and has a couple restaurants and shops.

This is a cute cottage right in the center of GMF’s. The host have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and cozy. There are plenty of pillows and extra blankets as well as a fully stocked kitchen for any of your cooking needs! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

My husband, son and I were in town to visit family and to take in the Hot Air Ballon festival in Colo. Springs. What fun we had. The house has a wonderful view. The best in town. Friendly deer, not afraid of people. Easy to get around. Good outside patio. My only complaint was the kitchen. I am a foodie and have to cook most of my meals for myself and son. We are gluten free/dairy free and low sugar. Not having a well-stocked kitchen made it a little more interesting to cook some meals. awd
