This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Had a wonderful stay with the family - lots to do nearby with Garden of the Gods & Colorado City, and just a few minutes to anything in The Springs. Hot tub was wonderful, with a big yard as well. Rudy’s BBQ is very close and was a big hit. Gabby was a fantastic hostess, letting us know what to expect every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Well kept place with great amenities - hot tub & massage chair were amazing!!! Very clean & comfy hot tub & great couch for relaxing after a busy day. Nice to have a fenced yeard for our dog too!!!

Highly Recommended!!! We had an amazing time staying at Michael's place. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet and safe neighborhood and plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Michael was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. We had troubles with the blinds in the master room and he quickly fixed it for us. Truly appreciate that! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again on my next trip!

This was our second stay at this location and we love it! We lived in the area for a decade and this house makes us feel like we are home again. Easily walkable to some of our favorite places and a short drive to Manitou Springs or downtown. OCC is a quirky place full of charm and this place is perfect for us. We can’t wait until our next visit!

We have been staying at airbnbs now going on 12 years and owned and operated two and Teresa is by far the best host we have had on any of our stays so far. She genuinely cares about your needs and is quick to meet them with exceeding expectations. This beautiful 3 bedroom was the perfect little cozy nook for our family to land. We have animals and kids and it worked GREAT for us. The yard was wonderful for our golden retriever and the walking trails are perfect, happy pup! We would walk to the park down the street for the kids to play at also, happy kids! The king size beds were SO comfortable, happy parents! Loved the propane stove top and the water was always hot in the shower. after a cold walk. We came in the winter so the view of Pikes peek from all of the bedrooms was beautiful! Teresa is thoughtful in her attention to detail. From the board games, to the kids toys, to the beautiful Colorado literature and artwork, this place was wonderful and a place to call home. Thank you!!!

The house was a perfect place to stay. Very family friendly with lots of extra amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Catherine was great and let us have early check in as no one was there that day.

Tim's place was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was super close to all the outdoor activities we planned to do while there. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Nice backyard and hot tub to relax in. Overall a great stay.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

It’s a great place to stay. Really nice floor plan with a huge walk-in closet. Lots of hangers provided unlike a hotel room. This is important to me! The location is very convenient to a lot of places such as the airport and my grandkids in Parker. Easy drives to destinations you want to see in the area. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s very accommodating, clean, and affordable!

We stayed here for 2 months in between selling our house and the completion of our new house. The condo served us well for that purpose. All the amenities, laundry, kitchen, bath rooms, closets, garage and TV worked great and had everything we needed. Nice dining area with 6 seats. Shawna was very responsive when the garage door opener quit working and got that fixed quickly. We've lived in Castle Rock for 47 years and the location is very convenient to downtown and shopping. Although this is a large condo complex it's well kept and quiet. Pool was great to for the grand kids. They do allow pets in this condo so expect pet hair. Our only suggestion would be to replace the couch which was pretty tired.

My and my family of 12 booked this home for our new years get away and it was more the accommodating, clean, spacious and lots of fun with the pool. The host were very communicated and welcoming. We would definitely book back here again

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved it. The hosts were professional and polite. Made it easy to grab a few items I left there. The cabin was amazing with deer just running around. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was very clean. There’s a lot to do in manitou springs and Colorado Springs as well. I highly recommend this place.

We visit Colorado Springs once or twice a year to visit relatives. This is our go to place to stay. They accept our cat as he travels with us. Close to the relatives and a comfy place for the night. Really soft sheets!

We had an amazing time for 3 nights at Black eagle ranch! We had fun walking around in the 3 feet of snow on the enormous property. We came with 4 adults and 1 child to go to the ice castles and check out ice fest. We loved how easy it was to get to and from cripple creek. Karen was super responsive and very kind to us. Her checkout process was especially nice since we had so many people and a child. Everything was definitely worth the price and would love to come back again.

We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The location was perfect! Close to the south gate, convenient access to the local park with a playground and the many tourist attractions. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. They even had a deluxe umbrella stroller for our use. Our Granddaughter loved the mini “roller coaster” and especially the children’s swing in the front yard. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests.

Place is great and closed to most of the tourist attraction.would recommend to others.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Barb was such a fantastic host. It took her no time at all to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay. She was very friendly and kind wether it be thru text or phone call. We had our two dogs with us and it was set up great for them both inside and out. The yard was very well fenced in with two separate sections if needed. My family and I would absolutely recommend Barb and her place to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, at home stay. This will be our go to for the future.

Great location, very safe and comfortable. Sharon was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. It was the perfect size for 3 adults.
