Fallen Timber Ranch was magical for our family — we loved walking in the open woods and all of the outdoor activities, views, and friendly farm animals. The home was immaculate and yet warm and comfortable. My granddaughters and the adults very much appreciated the extensive library. We enjoyed our time there and made wonderful family memories — we can’t wait to go back!

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

This spot was super convenient for pulling a trailer around without the hassle of navigating through town. We chose to stay at the base of the mountain to easily enjoy downtown nightlife, which was just a quick 15-minute drive from Steamboat. The ‘shack’ exceeded expectations with an amazing mudroom, complete with plenty of glove and boot warmers to dry out all our gear. While the living area was a bit tight but cozy, it worked perfectly for the five of us for a short 5 day getaway.”

Great for those who love simple living and natural settings! Wendy and Paul were so kind and hospitable. The breakfast that they made for us was incredible! Every ingredient was so fresh and tasty, made with care. My girlfriend and I spent a lot of time with the animals, walking with the goats and feeding them a bit was such a blast. The room itself is small and cozy, enough room for two but the outdoor area was beautiful and spacious! We were the last guests of the season but we will for sure be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Lazy J ranch. The space was really comfortable with all the amenities and extras to make the stay feel like home. Jason is a superior host, let us have some time with new baby lambs, and his family graciously invited our son to play. We are already hoping to be back!

Great space, large enough to accommodate a ski team getting ready for nationals. All the kids were comfortable and stoked on the place.

The cabin is a great deal, priced very reasonably. Beautiful area, interesting surroundings with dogs, cats, cows and horses, which our daughter loved. The cabin is uniquely built with lots of interesting design touches. Definitely rustic and maybe not a great choice if you have allergies, as it is dusty. We really enjoyed our stay.

One of my favorite Airbnbs. It’s perfect if you have kids. There is a park that is so close that feels like it’s their back yard. Nice for kids, we were able to go take out our toddler while one of us gets ready then switch. Their house is equipped with things for kids like toys, booster seat / high chair, stroller etc. It was very clean, roomy, cozy and close to Manitou, garden of the gods, restaurants etc. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing place nestled at the heart of wine country! Candace was super helpful giving me instructions for check in. The place was a dream, with picturesque views of the vineyards surrounding the property. The place is smartly renovated. I would come back again!

Such a lovely stay.. and a stunning location! The place was so clean and spacious, it was easy to sink into when I arrived and cozy on the rainy days while I did work. I even got to watch the sheep come in from the pasture one evening! Would definitely stay again and recommend Colby's place :)

My stay was wonderful! Everything was clean, worked well, and was as described! Pamela was kind, helpful, responsive, and generous in sharing her farm animals for pettting and fresh eggs for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place! Julie was quick to respond when there was an issue and we appreciated the quick communication. Her place is easy to bike into town from too. I will say it may be best for a weekend getaway rather than a week stay, but we made the space work for us and enjoyed the views, wildlife and quaint lovely town!

This was a large home and it was very unique. The home was clean and has a great back yard. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a blast running around . Sat by the fire pit and relaxed . This would be a nice place for a large family to stay as well .

We had another wonderful stay at Carrie's beautiful and relaxing cottage in the mountains. The cottage was immaculate and we felt right at home. It is so comfortable, quiet, and private, and the central heating works well for wintry, snowy weather. Very cozy! And we sleep so soundly in the big comfortable bed upstairs. Loved seeing the horses and the mountain views and getting friendly visits from their two beautiful dogs, Chiara and Hadley. Still my favorite Airbnb location of all time! Thanks Carrie and Mark!

Brigette's home was the perfect base camp for our daily mountain bike rides. When we weren't riding, we enjoyed the quiet beauty of their land, read our books on the porch, cooked together in the light and friendly kitchen, and sat by the fire at night. It's in a great location because you can get to three different mountain bike areas in half an hour or less. The beds are super comfortable, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus for us. We loved being able to have our dog with us, too. Brigette is a wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay at Kameron & Alyssa’s place while doing a few things in the Denver/ Arvada area. It was very clean and a good place to relax. Our little girl loved the chickens in the backyard as well.

This location was extremely convenient for our work trip to Fruita. We were < 5 minutes from our client site. It would be an equally good place to stay for a vacation trip. Access to the 2 car garage is great for parking your car and safely storing bikes. It isn’t fancy but it is comfortable, cozy, and clean. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking. Beds are comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms is nice.

This was the best vacation we're had in years. What a beautiful place! Inside, and outside both! And Carol and David were wonderful, and were always giving us feedback and good tips for things to see and do. Don't know what else to say, except God willing, we'll go back there again! We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The four bedrooms and three full baths were a huge plus for our group. Location was perfect, close to vineyards, close to town, peaceful and private. The backyard was a great hangout spot! Do yourself a favor and take the gravel road down to the river. There you’ll fine a nice sitting area. Highly recommend this place!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. To my pleased surprise, the kitchen was better stocked with equipment than I expected (e.g., waffle iron, cheese grater, hand mixer). And Karie was extremely responsive to all our questions and comments. I have no hesitation in recommending Karie's Hideaway to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay as it really felt like a home and we wanted to stay longer. We gave it 5 stars overall, however there were a few things we wished were better. The best is a bit older and sunken in, fairly comfortable still but obviously nearer the end of its life, so it would be nice if it was replaced soon as it doesn't work as well for stomach sleepers. We did find a couple cockroaches inside which we were not used to dealing with, perhaps it's fairly common for this region so we weren't offended by it. The internet worked but was quite slow. The place was clean and quiet, and it was great being able to ride to some river trails right from there. The garage was great and we loved the size of the place. Nice looking hot tub, though we didn't end up using it.

If you’re searching for an amazing stay, stop a book Chad’s place right now! If I could rate this 20 stars I would. We stayed 6 days, party of 3 adults, one 4 yr old. The house was extremely accommodating. I can’t stress enough how comfy the beds were. It literally had every essential item. We loved walking into town every morning, through the tunnel, my 4 year old enjoyed playing the xylophone fixtures near the visitors center. We walked to Kind Coffee, Ravens Roast and my child enjoyed spending time at the Public Library as well. We saw Elk in the back of the property, had to have been at least 200 Elk. Chads house had fun games, TVs, lots of cooking items. I can’t stress enough how accommodating this house was. The only thing to note, we had two nights of extremely intense winds and I had to buy earplugs, so thats one thing to note if you’re a light sleeper. Of course my husband had no issues sleeping. 15 minute drive to RMNP, Chad was a great host. 10/10 Would stay here again!!

Megan’s house is great. Only about 20 minutes drive to the Snowmass Town Park parking lot and very close to shopping in El Jabel. We used the outdoor hot tub every night. House was very comfortable for our group of friends and kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! The house was beautiful and beautifully decorated too, and everything was extremely clean. The house had everything we needed for cooking and everything else too, it was very well stocked with supplies! I loved that there was a washer and dryer and also a dishwasher. The beds were super comfortable. Our friend brought his dog, and the fenced backyard was amazing for that. The tv in the living room is very nice as well. The views outside are so beautiful, seriously the best view of the mountains. You’ll see lots of deer and birds and horses too. The host was also always very quick to respond to any questions, and was extremely helpful the whole time. So happy with our experience, definitely would stay again!
