This place could not have been more perfect for my friend and I’s stay for Masters weekend. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 fulls baths with a large outdoor patio to grill and lounge. The location is right off the main strip yet feels secluded and completely private. While it is possible to walk to Augusta National from the house, there are no sidewalks so the walk can be a bit daunting. However, we had no problem calling an Uber to and from the course. The host was kind, responsive, and provided easily understood instructions. I highly recommend this place for any time of the year!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming townhome. The Christmas decorations inside and out were really appreciated. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with quick access to the river walk. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive.

The townhouse was perfect for stay It is in a nice area with many good restaurants nearby. David was kind enough to let extend our checkout time due to us having a funeral to attend.

Chris was such a nice and helpful host. We will definitely book his home again.

It would be impossible to express my absolute amazing experience staying at this property for a month and interacting with Rose’s team of absolutely fabulous people! The townhouse is in a perfect location with plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by, at the same time being tucked away in a very quiet spot. Inside the place is pristine! It is so beautifully decorated with lots of charm and Augusta flair. This is not the standard temporary rental with the small, hard and replaceable furniture! It absolutely felt like home from the minute I walked in. I stayed at this property while house hunting in the Augusta area and Rose became my realtor. To say attention to detail on every aspect of both her properties and those we looked at for my purchase wouldn’t be enough. Simply put, she is spectacular!!! Not only do I recommend any of Rose’s properties from my experience here, but if you need a realtor - her group (special shout out to Candy!!!) is exactly what you want!

We found Luis is to be a very friendly and accommodating host and the townhome to be immaculate! Our stay was just what we needed for some rest and recuperation!

I've stayed here at least five times. The house is extremely cozy. The host are nice and always respond quickly. My dog and I feel like it's a home away from home. It's the best AirBnb in the Grovetown area for me. The neighbors are also very nice and speak when they see you. It's a small neighborhood with walkable convenience stores and restaurants. Very much worth the price to stay.

It was a great location. Easy access to main roads and any shopping needs. The home was very clean and well-maintained. Had all the necessary amenities. Quiet and peaceful.

The Unit was very clean and close proximity to where we were gathering for the holiday. Bedrooms were spacious and each had a nice en suite. Loved the fact there was a powder room on the first floor. This was my first time using airbnb so Overall it was a nice experience! Thanks Phuong for making our holidays happen!

Great place to stay for the Masters! Comfortable beds and we appreciated having multiple sinks in the bathrooms.

Veena was super responsive and helpful throughout our employees stay, she was very understanding as well. Compared to where our men were working this was within 10 mins so it was wonderful for them!
