This is a gem of a place to visit with family or a group of friends. The house is beautiful , aesthetic & has all the amenities. The views of the lake are breathtaking & the community has a lot of facilities as well. A 10 mins drive & you could get to the next town or a hike.The hosts were very responsive as well.

This was my second time staying at this beautiful home on Copake Lake and this stay was even better than the first! We had two families of 5 and found the home to have plenty of space to all come together as well as spaces for quiet time alone. The road to the home was well maintained despite snowy/rainy/icy conditions. It was a breeze to get to and from Catamount ski resort. We cooked all of our meals in the home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. My kids are now begging to go back during the summer when the lake is not frozen solid. We will definitely recommend this home to others and hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful trip at this house! We were a group of 6 adults and 5 small children and it still felt very spacious. The house and view was beautiful. And the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host was wonderful and even instacarted us paper towels when I asked if they had extra. The surrounding area is pretty quiet but we were 45 minutes from hunter mountain which wasn’t bad! Would visit again.

An amazing house for a family stay in the Catskills area. Antonia has designed a beautiful home, with so many unique retro nods and details. The basement is an awesome additional space for everyone to hang out in. The backyard set up is also great- with easy access to the hot tub and a few steps to the lake. 15 min drive to great restaurants and things to do-Loved our stay here!

We had a lovely stay. House was very clean and pretty. Kitchen was stocked with everything we need and there were lots of games to play. Host was very helpful and easy to work with.

Twelve members of our family stayed here for our annual ski weekend at Jiminy Peak. It was exactly what we needed as our home base -- plenty of room for all of us, good amenities, and the living room gave us a large gathering space where we could all sit after a day of skiing and swap stories, play games, and just enjoy being together. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and the owners were really responsive. We highly recommend it!

This lake house blew our mind. We had the best time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette party hanging out in the lake, sitting by the campfire star watching, and spinning records and dancing in the vintage rock and roll disco den. The house was was immaculately clean and the decor leant a fun but chill vibe. Cherisse is an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure we sent our friend out to marriage in style. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon!

What we needed was really just a "heads in the bed" type situation as we had plans that were to keep us away from the house most of the day but really the place was very homey and lovely to come back to. Everything was just as described. The hosts were flexible and offered early check-in/late check-out unprompted which was nice to have some time to relax the day we checked out. Overall it was a great stay!

I cannot thank Joyce enough for opening her lovely home to us. We felt relaxed and refreshed from the minute we arrived. Whether it was sipping coffee and reading by the pond or watching our beagle explore the grounds, I don't think the smile left my face. Joyce was so helpful with recommendations and available to answer any questions we might have had. The proximity to Great Barrington and Stockbridge was fantastic but the local Hillsdale attractions should be missed. We'll absolutely stay here again! Love this house.

The lake house is truly gorgeous, especially with the fall foliage. We fell in love with the location and plan to be back soon.

We loved our stay at Julie and Russel’s cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for- cute rustic cabin with plenty of room for us and our dogs. Loved the home-y decor, and it was fairly well equipped with miscellaneous kitchen and bath supplies (even board games!). Very private area during our trip in the fall, and would love to come back in the summer and make use of the beach!

Tom’s place was exactly as described! All descriptions and directions provided were amazingly helpful and accurate. This place was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my dog. Another great part was the farm visit! Kathy and Tom were super friendly in showing me all the animals. I would definitely recommend this place and am looking forward to potentially visiting again in the summer!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It was very spacious and we had more than enough room for the 7 of us. My favorite part was the lake and I very much enjoyed the scenery every morning. Vivian was very responsive and was a wonderful host throughout the stay. I would love to be back!

Loved our stay at this lovely Copake Lake house! Such a great spot for us with 2 teen/tween boys and a dog. Tons of space for us all to spread out--though as hard as I tried to keep the porch swing a secret, the kids found it... And it was a battle over who got it for the rest of the weekend. ;-) Really, such a creative, cozy, thoughtful house--amazing and fun art, excellent books to browse, comfy furniture, and all the things you need. As cold as it was outside, we were v comfortable with the heaters and the fireplace, which we used every night. Great reccos from the owners as well. Loved the general store and the excellent wine store that were just a 2 min drive (or a nice stroll when not 20 degrees). Fantastic location, just 20 min from GB, 30 min from Hudson, and 15 min from Catamount. Look forward to going back in the spring/summer to take advantage of the lake. And thanks to Austin and Nora for letting us check in early with the dog, much appreciated!

My husband, our two elderly parents and I stayed at Oriole Cottage with our young dog during a winter break. Cheryl had been Hannah really friendly and proactive in their communications with us, and when we arrived we found Oriole Cottage cheerful, warm, clean, and with good bedding (fluffy duvets and quite comfortable beds). The living/dining area and kitchen are bright, nice and sunny. We found the kitchen very well appointed, and we each enjoyed the different coffee-making choices available to us (French press, drip, Nespresso etc)… something to suit everyone’s taste. Bathrooms had good hot water and shower pressure (!) Overall, the cottage is a sunny, warm, comfortable and clean place to stay. We’d love to return during a summer month when we can try kayaking and all the activities of a summer lakeside stay.

After renting about twenty places in the US this was the most homely, comfortable and well equipped house so far. It has a lovely vibe and we instantly felt at home. The kitchen was great, very well equipped and we appreciated the honesty system. It was so great to have the piano and guitar to play. Both got huge thumbs up from the musicians in the family! The instructions for all the amenities were super helpful. Really appreciated the sauna and hot tub. We used the kayaks to explore the lake. The views over the lake were great and the house was always bathed in light. The fire was wonderful and easy to light. House was warm and no shortage of hot water. Hosts super responsive and kind.

Tobye’s place was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving trip. Had all the amenities as listed and is a very responsive host. Was flexible to add a day as well and we so appreciated that! Kids loved the Xbox and we loved the coffee and peaceful view.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! This house is super clean, great layout, and has everything needed for great stay. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Orlando was very quick to respond to all of our correspondences. He was always kind and professional when communicating with us. We stayed in the house during a snowy, chilly week in December. The house was nice and warm upon our arrival and we immediately felt right at home. The lake views are beautiful from inside the house and deck. Comfortable bed, nice furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. Airbnb photos accurately represent this lovely home. There is plenty to do in the area or you can just stay at the home and enjoy! We already booked another stay for the end of December. Thank you Orlando for sharing your home and making us feel safe and comfortable.

What a great chill stay for Thanksgiving! Absolutely loved hanging on the deck with our baby and dogs (deck is enclosed), listening to the river and watching people fish. The cabin was very Scandi and it felt super peaceful and clean! We walked our dogs on some of the trails and they loved it. It felt cozy in the winter and can’t wait to try it out in the summer. Samuel and Catherine were super helpful and communicative. Loved it! They also left fresh eggs and a bottle of wine! 🧡

Sherri and Team put a nice offering together with this home. Easy to find, stacked with items to make you feel right at home, and close to a lot of good food, activities, and shops. All of the rooms were nice and set up for instant relaxation. The two family rooms had different personalities - one for chill and one for play. All of it together just made for the making of memories whether you’re a couple, group, or family. Would definitely love to stay again in a different season of the year as the lakefront location is probably gorgeous in the spring and summer. Very satisfied customer here. Thank you!

I highly recommend Tina's yellow cabin by the lake. We had come to Hillsdale as a family for a wedding. I chose Tina's cabin because there was something for the different members of my family. Fishing for my brother and husband. Swimming for my Sister in law and my self. Beautiful big porch to sit and relax. Unfortunately we got stuck in the cabin for the first day and a half due to heavy rain. Never fear we played board games and visited. As the weather broke we were able to fenture outside and enjoy our stay even more. Tina checked on us several times through our our stay, she wanted to be sure we had all we needed. If you are looking for a cute quiet place with plenty to do...check out Tina's yellow cabin by the lake.
