This was our second time staying in this special house. Waking up in the cozy bed and feeling like you are sleeping in the beautiful woods with deer just outside the giant expansive windows is really something. The property and surroundings are gorgeous, private and serene. The house itself is perfect for our family. The bedding and linens are quality. The space is charming and magical.

This was the second time staying in this house with another family. Can't beat the convenient location to local mountains for skiing. House is spacious and plenty of room for two families of 4. Shiyrah is friendly and communicative.

Home is in a beautiful setting, and larger than it appears in the pictures. it worked out perfectly for our family of four. We would definitely come back next time we are in the area!

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Stony Hill in Pine Plains. The house was beautifully designed and well equipped for a winter jaunt with cooking at home and sitting by a warm fire. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would love to come back again!

My friends and I just stayed this past weekend and we had a great time. What a wonderful cozy home. All bedrooms were very roomy. The bathrooms were fully stocked with ample amount of towels and products if you needed. The kitchen was also huge and had all your basics plus more! Lyle was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly and politely. He was so easy to communicate with and helpful as well- reccomending food options to order from since there was a storm this weekend and no one wanted to leave the home. Highly reccomend this stay to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of NY and just have a nice relaxing staycation.

We loved our cozy, unique stay at the cheerful Catskill village cottage!! Such a cool lil spot. Bed was sooooo comfy too! Walkable to the town of Catskill. Margaret was a super host, responsive, friendly and lots of great recommendations! Would stay again!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay in Athens and the surrounding Hudson and Catskills area. The home was plenty of room for the five of us and we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub amenities.

Antonio and Yoon's place was perfect for our large group and dog. It's a very spacious home that is thoughtfully designed and in a lovely residential community. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, the backyard huge with a large patio and a fire pit. The six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living rooms, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and finished basement gave our group of ten adults more than enough room to both gather together and enjoy time on our own. The location is near wonderful hikes and great restaurants and shops in Athens, Catskill, Hudson, and more. Antonio and Yoon were proactive, friendly, and clear in all communications. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at Stone Hill. The house is absolutely perfect, literally a dream house. The pool and landscaping are beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for cooking big meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the basket with s’mores ingredients and the fire pit. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and look out at the scenery and pool. The ping-pong table in the basement was fun for the whole family, as well as a great selection of games and cards in the TV room. These came in handy on our 2 rainy days. The owner was super responsive to a few questions we had. It’s the perfect location, only a short drive to Great Barrington and grocery shopping at Guido’s. There’s also a great dog park in GB if you’re traveling with a dog. We hope to come back to Stone Hill many times in the future.

I had an incredible stay. The house is tucked away in the woods and feels very peaceful. The house itself is beautifully and tastefully decorated. It’s spacious and comfortable. The host was responsive and welcoming. I would most definitely return!

Such a beautiful winter getaway, my bf and I came here for VDay weekend. We loved the private quiet area for just two of us the space was perfect. Can’t wait to come back in summer to utilize the natural pool.

The Little 9 guesthouse is home away from home for our family. The house is comfortable, the kitchen lovely to cook in, and the hosts are friendly, responsive, and gracious. It is our favorite weekend spot for a break, with bonfires, star-gazing, walks in the fields, sledding in the winter, and the kids (and I) love Magnolia, Razzle and Dazzle, the 3 goats.

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s Airbnb! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tina was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and stay longer. We loved the large windows, high ceilings, and especially the glass door that opened to fresh air. My wife particularly enjoyed the bathtub. We had a wonderful, restful time and will definitely be visiting again!”

We loved staying here with our family. It worked out perfectly having our daughter’s family on the one side of the house so if the baby cried it wouldn’t wake anyone up. A pack and play was also provided by Justin so we had a place for the baby downstairs as well. The house was roomy and comfortable for everyone. The hot tub wasn’t working right away but they let us know and had it fixed so we were able to use it during our trip. We would definitely stay here again and try it in warmer weather so we could use the pool as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay

Adam’s place was beautiful, spotless and super convenient for walking to all the great shops and restaurants in Hudson. Easy parking right out front. We really appreciated the coffee setup, as well as the granola, oat milk and wine he graciously left for us. The light and decor in the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. thank you!

Everything was exactly as it was in the Description. It was a bit tricky finding the exact location reason being it was dark out when we arrived. However, Ann & Francois were great and responded quickly and stood on the phone with us and guided us until we arrived at the front door. all-inall it was a very pleasant stay and experience. We will definitely look forward to another visit. I recommend this place to all who enjoy these types of experiences.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was just as described and it was a perfect little getaway for a night. Tons of little surprises in the dome! Worth every penny!

We stayed at Jill and Kate’s beautiful home for 2 nights. They were very easy to communicate with, and even offered us late checkout on the final day to compensate for a brief power outage during our stay (totally out of their control - some repairs were happening in the street). The house is located on a quiet street and it really does feel a world away from the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Jonathan's place was exactly what we were looking for in a Hudson retreat. We needed to base ourselves somewhere in the Hudson valley region and the location was perfect. Being less than 10 minutes to the town of Hudson, and 15 to Catskill, it could not have been more convenient. The home itself was pristine and they clearly put a lot of thought into the design as it has been newly renovated. All of the appliances were top of the line (stovetops, technology, sonos speakers etc.). Yet it was still very inviting. The home is stocked with absolutely everything you need. In fact it was one of the best stocked Airbnb's we had ever stayed in, and we've stayed in over 50! Jonathan and his partner live downstairs and were incredibly sweet. They are also very knowledgable about the area and very communicative. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and for extended periods of time, it certainly felt like our own little home away from home.

I loved this getaway. It was very much needed and the fall foliage was perfect. You really feel like you're the only one that exists out there. I definitely want to come back! The host was super considerate and amazing at communicating.

Great stay! We spent most of our time at Hudson's restaurants & breweries. Beautiful hikes all around as well. Place was very clean and cozy.
