This little cabin was a beautiful, & cozy little getaway. Even though it was foggy/rainy during our stay the view out the windows was so pretty. The rain on the roof was very calming. The walk to the river was not hard to find and the hot tub is just in the most perfect area. The kitchen also had spices and just the right amount of stuff for making dinner. Cooking on the stove was also great. We were just there for the weekend and didn’t get bored at all between the historic pictures on the walls, cooking, relaxing and reading books. Overall great stay! I would highly recommend for a little weekend getaway!

The cabin fit the description perfectly. It was easy to get to and had everything we needed. Unfortunately a tree fell and took out a local power line. The host went out of his way to get a generator for us and kept it running until the power came back. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone that is interested.

The cabin is quite spacious, very quiet, ideally situated — conveniently close enough to Hwy 26, but secluded nevertheless. For us skiers in particular, it was an excellent location, less than half an hour from Hood Meadows and Tcup. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the beds were deemed comfortable by all, and some of us enjoyed the hot tub outside. The only aspect I might view as less than optimal is the fairly antiquated heating system (electrical wall units) — it took a long time for the house to warm up from the set 40º F (it ultimately did), and the units are somewhat noisy. Of the various places we’ve rented on Mt Hood over the years, this was probably the best — one we’d definitely come back to.

This place was absolutely awesome. It had everything that I was looking for. Tranquil, super cozy interior, amazing view, the perfect place to get away from the busy city. Thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and the hot tob and especially kayaking on the lake, a must do! If exploring Olympic national park, this place is a must stay, its perfectly located. 11/10 will visit again :)

Absolutely perfect basecamp for Mt Rainier.

Great stay! We enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and comfortable furnishings. One thing to note if you have young children is that the drop-off from the lawn to the beach area is pretty steep (with the water all the way up at high tide). But we were happy to keep a close eye on our son and use the beach next to the parking area.

This place is absolutely magical! It's tucked within the trees, cozy, quiet. You couldn't ask for a more peaceful get-away. Love it!

This was such a great stay! My husband and I along with our 2 pups stayed here for 2 nights. It was absolutely relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, had a comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, and a lot of helpful/useful recommendations. Absolutely recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at the A-frame. We especially loved being able to play Monopoly.

The house is warm and inviting, the dog is absolutely charming, and everything we could possibly need was provided. The host was incredibly responsive whenever we reached out—always quick to reply. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Icicle Creek. We were nervous about the showers but they were clean and hot as promised! Our only regret is that we did not have time to try out the hot tub.

Our stay at Seagulls Nest was amazing. Great communication from Melinda and James. The cabin was beautiful and clean. We saw deer in the front yard every morning, the beach was beautiful, and the hiking trails were amazing. Doggie beds and food bowls were even provided for our lil dog. This was my first time staying in an air bnb and I appreciated the binder that was provided with clear expectations, important information, and local attractions. We had an amazing time and I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks so much James and Melinda.

Breathe taking views, thought design of the cabin, and attention to detail. My stay was wonderful and I felt right at home. The cabin is secluded, but still very close to town. If you wish for a getaway in the gorge, these cabins are for you!

Perfect experience- tidy accommodations that had everything I needed. The shared kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern with nice rustic touches. They are cleaned regularly. I will definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful cabin and a convenient location to both Leavenworth and skiing at Stevens Pass

We came here for the birthday of one of my best friends and it was SO beautiful! The cabin is so adorable and clean, the wood fireplace makes the vibes so cozy, and the warm outdoor shower adds to the whimsical fairytale energy. When I am up on the island again I will definitely be coming back!

This is a lovely cabin, nicer than photos. Great for two couples. A spacious side entrance next to utility room that made stowing boots, coats, etc convenient. Comfy, well appointed furniture and linens. Nice kitchen.

It is by no accident that this cabin has become a Christmas tradition for us and the memories are adding up! The disconnect from the world to connect with eachother is a beautiful byproduct of the setting and ambience of this place. A very charming and cozy cottage. Ashley was very communicative and helpful with lots of good info in advance. We brought our two young kids, 3 & 5, and found the space just big enough (not so if they were much older). There was fun stuff for them to do, which is always a huge plus. The ladder for the upper two beds could be sketchy for younger children, so be prepared for an adult to use one of those beds in the event a smaller kid should stay downstairs (this is what we did). But it's upfront and obvious from the photos so not a surprise to anyone. They offer use of sleds and other outdoor stuff in their shed, and the house had everything we needed to prepare food and enjoy ourselves over a rainy weekend getaway. Also worth hiking to the river through the DNR land right down the driveway.

Great spot to hit the slopes! And yes, the WiFi and mobile network work well :)

I came along looking for a nice peaceful place to stay for my fiancés birthday, just one night and came across this very cute cabin. It’s amazing and had everything we needed for one night, could also see us staying here again later for longer! We love how it all works and instructions are very clear. Host was nice and we didn’t really have any questions, everything was pretty clear already. Definitely recommend staying here for a nice relaxing getaway. PS they also have the cutest robes and warm blankets, space apart from the other cabin was the best!! Made us feel at home since we’re more antisocial together. Thank you thank you ! 🙏🏼
