We love staying at Schuit’s place! It’s easily one of our most favorite airbnbs. The house is amazing for little ones and families. Lots of room and the backyard is amazing. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful. Would 100% recommend this place!

Heather was a fantastic host! The house was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of seating, beds, and linens! When asked if someone could sleep on the sofa she went above and beyond to set up an air mattress complete with all linens! The property was beautiful and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This is by far our favorite airbnb we have ever ever stayed in - hands down. One cannot describe the feeling of peace you have when you walk into Stephan's beautifully appointed cottage - it was part spa, part europe, part forever home .. simply perfect. Everything you would need is at the home and it really felt like a refuge. Stephan was communicative and helpful and responsive and we plan to recommend his place to anyone we know who needs a place to stay in Nashville. Looking foward to another excuse to stay! Gabriela's place was literally less than a mile from where my office is going to be and her place was really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and her place was a home away from home. Thank you!

Rick and Candy went over and above all expectations I had for hosts. They were very quick to respond, and you can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable. From the sign outside welcoming us (and wishing my husband a happy birthday!) to all of the extras inside, we felt that they really wanted us to be there. They even stacked firewood and kindling in their outside fireplace so we could easily start a fire! It was a great fire! They aren't in this business just for the money, but because they truly care about their guests having an amazing experience. I am so glad that we were able to book this home at the last minute. We had never been to Nashville before, but they were so welcoming that I know we will be back. I can't wait to stay in their home again!

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

Wonderful cottage and conveniently located. It was super clean and very accommodating with a fenced in yard for our fur baby. the master bed and linens were very comfy. I highly recommend staying Herr and will definitely be back!

Instructions were very clear and everything was in place upon arrival. Parking and all amenities are available as listed. If you're staying in this particular neighborhood, I would highly recommend reserving Kjk's space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was such a nice relaxing retreat while we were at a Marriage conference. There’s plenty of space. It was so peaceful and we were able to get such good restful sleep. Very nice place!!!!!

The place itself is great and honestly looked better than the photos! If you're planning on spending a lot of time downtown, the distance does cause the cost of ride shares to really add up. But if you want more of a retreat and plan to mostly stay in the room (or have a car), it's a great option!

Kelsey was a great host. This quaint older apartment had a lot of personality and was decorated tastefully with a lot of amenities and special touches. We had a few internet utility company outages due to the cold snap/snow and Kelsey was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending the best coffee shops in the area to work if needed. The location felt very safe and walkable and we would visit again when in Nashville.

We loved our stay at the Eagle’s Rest! Jaimie had the cabin in perfect condition when we arrived. The welcome sign and the farm fresh eggs made us feel at home. The full kitchen made it easy to cook our meals and the bathroom (with a deep tub) was very nice. The neighborhood is in a quiet area with lots of trees offering privacy. Our favorite part was the wood burning fireplace! We spent many evenings relaxing in the living room. We’ve already booked another stay soon!

In the 15 years I’ve been using this platform, I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve had the experience of staying at a place like Stuart’s. There is a real sense of integrity to everything in the house, from the thoughtful handwritten quotations to the gorgeous landscape art. This is a needle in a haystack find. Don’t miss it!

We can’t say enough about Margaret Ann’s place. She is such a wonderful host, making us feel like we are truly at home. Beautiful cabin with amazing views in such a peaceful setting. It is truly one-of-a-kind. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Nice cabin, comfy bed, had everything we needed. Easy drive into Broadway in Nashville. We enjoyed staying out away from the city for our stay. Would stay here again!

This was a cozy, welcoming cabin tucked away in a serene, peaceful setting. We loved relaxing here for an evening after a long day of driving. We wish we could have stayed longer to walk around the beautiful setting. It was fun seeing cows grazing out in the pasture in the morning. What a idillic place to recharge!

Such a lovely cabin in the woods. Beautiful surroundings and a quick drive to nearby cute towns and the city.

My second time reviewing for Cheryl because her place is worth visiting again. Very clean, fun little personal touches throughout the house, nice lake to hang out at, a lot of open space to enjoy. Would recommend and will likely visit again.
