I spent NYE / My 35th Birthday in this beautiful home. It was perfectly described in the listing. The host was proactive with instructions and expectations. I really wish I had more time to enjoy the hot tub and I will definitely be visiting in the summer to enjoy the nice pool. Overall my guest and I were thoroughly satisfied with our experience. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for a girl's weekend with family. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and checking out local businesses. The food was fantastic! It was also a great location to feel like you were on vacation, even if it was less than an hour from home. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful house super close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to Nashville. Modern amenities and comfy beds. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Liz's place for Valentine's weekend with a group of girls and I can't say enough good things about our stay! The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and makes you feel right at home. The decor was fabulous and so cozy! We just wish it was summertime so we could have taken advantage of the wonderful pool and backyard! The neighborhood is beautiful and an easy walk to downtown. It is centrally located in Franklin, so close to lots of shops and restaurants, but also a 30 minute drive to downtown Nashville. The only hiccup during our trip was that the fridge stopped working, however Liz called an appliance man as soon as they realized it wasn't working, and also compensated us well for the groceries that were lost. I would highly recommend staying at Liz's place if you are ever in the Franklin/Nashville area, and we are already trying to find time to come back during the summer!!

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

We came into town to celebrate our daughter’s engagement. This was the perfect location and the perfect place for our family to stay with our pets. We loved the home - it was spacious and had everything we needed. The yard was huge and great for the dogs - the creek was pretty and peaceful. Meghan was great and we will stay here again when back in the area.

This house was perfect for 10 ladies gathered for a girls’ weekend. Enough beds for everyone. Fun decor! Nice space for everyone to hang out and eat together comfortably! We felt right at home. Host was very responsive and answered all of my questions, even those that shouldn’t have had to answer because the info was posted throughout the home. I’m so glad we found this gem. Everyone in the group loved the space.

My friends and I adored Karen’s beautiful home. From the moment we turned into the driveway we were impressed with the well-maintained space. The home itself is beautiful and all the “necessities” like great water pressure, comfy beds, gathering spaces for conversations and meals, and plenty of parking. We had easy access to Franklin and Nashville and it was quite easy to navigate to restaurants, stores, and parks. Thanks so much, Karen!

Thank you to Lynda and Jennifer for taking such wonderful care of the House of Lyrics, which perfectly met our needs. The cleanliness and the effort it takes to keep this house in an impeccable state is not easy. We greatly appreciated the beautiful toiletries, soft linens, cozy blankets, and plush pillows that made our stay so restful. We will absolutely return and stay nowhere else. Truly the best spot for a restorative getaway.

Liz was kind enough to host my mom and her 3 besties celebrating 30 years of friendship! The home matched the picture description exactly! As others mentioned, it was very clean and had plenty of times to use for a comfortable stay! They loved that it was a one level home with plenty of space for them to lounge and enjoy each other. Grocery stores and some eateries were close by. About 10 minutes to major interstate but nestled in a quiet neighborhood! We’d love to use Liz’s home again!

This is my second time staying at Beth's place. It is such a great location, and we felt right at home. We had everything we needed, and Beth was always available. Great communication! We loved her house because the bed was comfortable, we slept great, and we had all the amenities. There's plenty of room to move around, and the scenery is beautiful, from the living room to the kitchen area—lots of cardinals in the yard. We were close to the grocery stores and restaurants, but it's also very peaceful at her place because it's not right on top of the neighbors. We will be staying here any time we come to Brentwood. I highly recommend Beth's house!

Our son lives in Nashville so we travel frequently to visit. We have been searching for that ‘home away from home’ vibe…. Amy’s place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood near Crieve Hall / Brentwood area. Close to 12 South plus quick trip to Franklin. Cute retro style home. Would recommend.

Andrea was very responsive. There were a couple of minor issues out of her control that she handled and took care of immediately! Will definitely stay here in the future! Very positive experience!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times have been a treat, no complaints at all! Great location for what we needed and plenty of space to relax in the home and on the back porch.

We came in from out of town to visit family and this home exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, organized, styled well and very welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful and having access to appliances were key for us as a family. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make meals and make a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The yard was clean and you could view a water fountain from the fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was nice and location was fairly accessible to everything you need! To be honest, I wish we had spent more time in the home but we didn’t have the opportunity until the last day. Each one of our family members had their own bedroom; 2 of which joined bathrooms. This was our first experience in an Air bnb and it was fantastic. The booking was easy, hosts were very responsive and clear. Thank you for opening up your home!! We will be back!

Lindsay was attentive and responsive. Property was clean and ready for guests. Property was close to great restaurants and shopping while in a private and welcoming location just outside of downtown Franlkin. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Franklin and Nashville.

The house is immaculate and decor is adorable. It is close to downtown and shopping is not far. Hot tub was so relaxing and I got to see lots of beautiful birds and was visited by a squirrel. The beds are very comfy and I loved the record player!

This place is wonderful! I stayed as a local and it was truly a refreshing place to be. Everyone enjoyed the space and felt it was very homey. No disappointments if you book yourself here!

The house was great! Not too far from the highway to get to Nashville. The backyard was bigger than we expected & was a great place to hang out since the weather was nice out!
