This is truly a diamond of a place! Our second stay here and it is just fantastic. Location is obviously the best—right on Kirkwood in the middle of the action. But the place itself is outstanding. Beautifully decorated, with so many wonderful details and touches to make the guests feel at home. The best beds! And bedding! Everything feels top quality and well thought out. It’s a wonderful place to come back to after a day or evening out! Dori is a terrific host and great at communicating. We will be back!

It was such a cute condo, so homey and pretty! The kitchen was really well stocked, I was able to cook a meal and had everything I needed. Great hosts, and great condo! I would stay here again for sure. We were there to hike on our way home to TX, so it was nice to have a nice place shower and sleep it felt like luxury!

Had a Great stay. Was easy to get to and could walk everywhere. If you wanted to Uber it was super easy and affordable. The space was perfect size for us and our trip. The instructions for getting in were easy and clear.

Over the Rainbow was a great place to spend a week. Easy for people to come and go as I was visiting family for Thanksgiving. First floor location means zero hauling up and down stairs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Yard space was nice to have when weather was warm.

Another repeat stay. I will do it again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay on Anna Lee Lane. Convenient location and not far from campus. We will definitely be back. Spotless and very comfortable!!!

Darci has gone above and beyond at the Green Haven. If we could rate higher than 5 stars we would. The place is impeccable. Darci has thought of everything to make this feel like a home. The Green Haven is stocked with anything you may need during your stay. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Growing up in and around Seymour it was great to see someone take interest in revitalizing the downtown area. We will be planning return trips to Seymour and will book the Green Haven again. If it's not available we will change our schedule until it is!

Very nice upscale house! We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. We were surprised that there wasn't an oven in the kitchen. However there is a small pizza oven that we were able to use to heat up the items we intended on putting in the oven. That was not a big deal but just something to know and plan for. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. My kids were sad to say goodbye to the sweet cat who visited!

Jordan’s place was extremely comfortable and an amazing price. The bed was a king and so comfy. I only stayed one night, as I was just passing through, however this place would be great for a longer stay as well. I got to park directly in front of the unit which was a bonus.

Jeff and Ambers place was immaculate. We stayed for 2 days, there was a change in our plans due to hurricane rain. Their little place was comfy and cozy for 2 people. I reached out to Jeff with a couple questions over the weekend and he was quick to reply!! They had little snacks to get you by and little things you may have forgotten!! We would 100% stay with them again in the future!! Thanks for hosting us!!!

Great place to crash for two nights while visiting our daughter in Bloomington—and much more affordable than a hotel room! Very clean and well-stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Eugenia's place was wonderful. It was a last minute booking for my wife's birthday and the entire experience was excellent. We enjoyed everything about the property - quiet and secluded, easy to find and get into, perfect location just north of Nashville with an easy drive to anywhere in the area. We will definitely be back!

Peter and Suzanne are great hosts! Easy to get in contact with, had clear instructions, and the location is in a great spot to get away from the noise. Big plus for the hot tub and the continental breakfast ◡̈

This place was amazing and perfect. If I could’ve given it more stars, I would the decorations and furniture and everything about the area was so cute and Homie! The little patio and was very private. Loved the hot tub! There was a binder in the living room that was very helpful with directions and great places and things to do in the area! And loved all the board games. Communication was amazing and very easy!! Overall amazing and best stay I’ve had.

Very clean and cozy. The view from outside was also very nice. The owners downstairs kept to themselves and were very quiet so we didn’t really notice they were there.

This is the ultimate penthouse. Perfect in every way. Book it and you won't regret it.
