It was such a cute condo, so homey and pretty! The kitchen was really well stocked, I was able to cook a meal and had everything I needed. Great hosts, and great condo! I would stay here again for sure. We were there to hike on our way home to TX, so it was nice to have a nice place shower and sleep it felt like luxury!

Shannon's place was close to the highway, only 5 miles so it was so convenient for an overnight stay. It's a small space, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Shannon was very responsive. I'll stay again if I'm ever travelling that way again!

Apt is as described. easy to find love that The Vault was w/n walking distance not even 2blocks great place to check out. Good location close to restaurants/ bars. needed body-wash josh brought it over early in the morning.

Had a Great stay. Was easy to get to and could walk everywhere. If you wanted to Uber it was super easy and affordable. The space was perfect size for us and our trip. The instructions for getting in were easy and clear.

Another repeat stay. I will do it again in the future!

We were in for the weekend for our daughter's ballet performance at IU. The property was not far from campus and walkable to the square. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonder place. Probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Great location, close to the heart of Indy. Very private and easy to access as well as park. I recommend to all. Bill

A nice stay. Convenient location. We had 3 couples and my husband and I were in the basement. My only two draw backs were, Very Basic walking on the main level was really amplified and pretty loud over the lower basement bedroom but once everyone went to bed and got quiet all was fine. Everything was clean and comfortable; beds/mattresses seemed new but just mediocre for me and a couple of others but everyone else seemed to sleep fine. Responsive host and easy instructions.

This place was really cute, and I really appreciated Heather giving us a slightly earlier check-in to accommodate our son’s naptime. The kitchen and dining area are spacious which is nice, and I loved the big windows and back patio. Overall, pretty kid friendly/nothing too breakable or treacherous which is a plus! I do wish it had been a bit cleaner— we noticed some dust bunnies around. Which, with all hard floors and so many travelers, is inevitable and not necessarily a huge red flag. The bathrooms were clean. But there were dust bunnies on my son’s bedding which was concerning given he has some respiratory issues, so we had to wash them before letting him sleep on them. I did tell the host about this and she did apologize, but it would have been nice to get a small discount on the stay or on the cleaning fee, given that clean and fresh bedding for your kid is kind of a non-negotiable and to be expected when paying for a nice AirBNB rather than hotel. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Perfect for our weekend to visit family. The toys in the basement were a hit with the kiddos. Had a great nights sleep. Would return if we are back in the area.

I’ve stayed at this Airbnb twice now, and each visit has been fantastic! The host has made thoughtful additions to the home that made my stay even more comfortable this time around. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into maintaining and improving the property. The house is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for a large family like mine. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, and the layout is ideal for spending quality time together while still offering privacy when needed.

We had a great relaxing time at Sharon’s Cozy Condo! Her hospitality was impeccable down to a T! Every little detail made the weekend even more perfect! We will be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

We went to a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and Amanda's place was perfect for that. Easy walking distance to the stadium. There are also a couple of very nice restaurants on the same street. We will definitely return when we go to any other event at the stadium.

This was the perfect house for my friends and I to come visit! Highly recommend. Communication with the hosts was easy and we always got a very quick response. The house was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The directions provided were very easy to follow and the property seems very well maintained. We were so close to the stadium, campus and lots of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
