Perfect. Extremely convenient. Nice modern apartment above a better than average strip mall with multiple restaurants, grocery store, drug store.

When we had to vacate our home for restoration purposes, we were lucky to find this sweet, cozy space to make our 'home' for almost a month. Bryan and Phyllis were prompt and attentive to all that we needed. On top of that, they were such a pleasure to meet. Simply good people. We couldn't have asked for better.

We had a wonderful 16 day stay and will certainly come back. Front desk staff were always available, newspapers and brochures were available in the lobby and excellent underground parking with plenty of space! Apartment is clean and well appointed. Thank you!

The place and area we stayed in was great for being central, right on the ocean, walkable, safe, clean. The suite was suitable and clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes. The areas that I would like to see improvements are: a better idea of what suite you will be assigned… our suite and the pics in Airbnb where quite different, instructions as to what is expected at check out, more towels for 5 people and the discrepancy between the resort check out time( 11 am) and the Airbnb checkout time (10 am).

A beautiful, very clean apartment in a wonderful location. The only wish would be is Air conditioning but large fans were provided and that was very nice

Going to Peter and Janice is like going to your great uncle and auntie. They make sure you have all you need and feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delightful and the hot tub experience with the deers running around was a must do. We’ll go again for a nice rest on the island. Thank you for everything!!

We had a great stay at the Chi Retreat! It’s a beautiful house, and the landscaping is super unique and beautiful as well- if we had been there in the summer would have been even better! We enjoyed putting on the greens and using the outdoor gas fireplace. The home is well equipped, would be great for a larger group. Aaron was very responsive and communicative, when it snowed he had the driveway cleared early in the morning, talk about service! We stayed for a prolonged time due to a flood at our own home and Aaron made sure we felt at home at the Chi Retreat! Location is great with cute coffee shops, red barn market, hiking trails etc near by.

We had an amazing time! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of activities and games for the kids to play. We would definitely stay again. Thank you! 😊

What can I say.... this place is fantastic!! Our large group of 7 had ample rooms to sleep in, Matt and Kyrstle were responsive, welcoming and informative. The house is well appointed with everything you need, and was very organized. The location was perfect, quiet but close enough to great attractions. They are super hosts for a reason, this place and experience was super. Some of our guests also enquired about booking it for themselves another time. Fabulous stay all around. Thank you Matt and Kyrstle for a fantastic stay at your beautiful home.

A very nice house in a beautiful private location. The host was very responsive and everything was as it was described.

Our stay at the Oceanfront was lovely. We spent most of our time enjoying the wonderful view of the water. We saw hawks, eagles, seals and otters. As in previous reviews the house has anything you need for your stay. We had Christmas dinner and had everything we needed. There were 8 of us and the home accommodated all of us comfortably. Derek was a great co-host responding to all of my questions and providing detailed instructions for check-in, security, etc. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone staying in the Sooke area.
