Great location! The condo was very nice!

We had one child at day camp and one child at base camp at T Bar M and it was super convenient being so close! We loved the condo. It was immaculate at check in and we felt very safe. My husband and I worked remotely from the condo all week (thanks to the speedy internet) - neighborhood was quiet, trash dropoff convenient, a few games to play, comfy couches, Roku TV in living and bedrooms, kitchen stocked with utensils and plates etc, new coffee maker. Tennis courts and pool nearby and a cute little porch with Adirondack chairs. Affordably priced. We love Peachy’s place!

The location is perfect if you prefer not to be in the center of the city. It is super close to Gruene Hall and the river. It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs. I will definitely check for availability of this property on my next trip to Gruene.

We had a great stay. Clean place with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Clear expectations of amenities and grounds. It is a little complicated to get to but the instructions were very well written and crystal clear. Friendly prompt communications.

Very Blessed to have a place to lay my head. Hosts are receptive and respect privacy. NO WiFI / NOR CABLE. I put it in caps due to the fact that I missed it in the trip details ( it does state). I needed WIFI for business, otherwise great if someone was on VACA. I was however not on VACA. Host was accommodating and offered their back patio to use WIFI and approved a gracious late check out She also provided coupons to fairview coffeeshop ( I forgot;((). Oh well next guest can enjoy..

Annie’s cottage was the perfect stay for our quick trip to San Marcos for a wedding nearby. The cottage is decorated thoughtfully, and Annie was a thorough host.

Very comfortable beds! A/c worked great in the condo, it was a hot weekend and the condo stayed cool. Easy to park at the facility and easy to get around Gruene and New Braunfels.

Excellent place to stay very roomy. Everything was as explained in the post. Perfect place for me I will be staying again.

This apartment met our needs for a family of 4 and 2 dogs for a short term rental. Celeste was responsive when we had questions or needed things. She was also flexible with extending our stay due to our next house not being available.

The person working for the company really insured that I was happy and at home. The washer/dryer did not work appropriately and so I just did my laundry at a laundromat but other than that, it was perfect

If you're looking for the perfect place for a weekend getaway filled with historic charm and character, this is the one! The unit was centrally located, well-appointed with everything you need, and exactly as described. The hosts are great with communication and make checking in and out a breeze. In addition to the unit itself, there's plenty of parking and several great outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay again!

Suzanne’s place was exactly as described. The checkin was easy and she was very flexible when we needed to adjust our show up date. The condo was clean, conveniently located by the pool but o. The second floor with a private balcony. It made coffee in the morning nice and peaceful as well as easy to see if the pool was open for hanging out or crowded. The second pool on the property was a short walk and real close to the river, which was real nice too. The condo was space with plenty of room for my family of 4. My wife and I shared the master room, while my oldest had the spare room, and my youngest took the sofa bed. The location was a 3 minute drive to SCHLITTERBAHN and 11 minutes to Greene, super convenient! Suzanne was very responsive when I reached out and I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking. To spend some time in new Braunfels whether you’re looking for a place to relax after a day out on the water or at water parks, or if you just want a nice relaxing stay

We were warmly welcomed & thrilled to be there. We made the most of our stay and even added an extra night after arriving. Host was extremely gracious and provided quick responses to our questions.

Had a fantastic stay at Bernice's beautiful condo! The unit has a lovely pool and is located within walking distance to everything we needed. Bernice was an excellent host—super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
