Stayed for a quick weekend, but everything was fantastic. Communication was terrific and the space is outstanding. Front the treats at checkin to a few bare necessities provided in the fridge, Karen and Robert take great care of you. If I could have stayed longer I would have!

Place was nice and comfortable. The deer would walk right to the back patio. Neighbors were very friendly.

What a relaxing experience, we loved everything about our weekend, the warm welcome, including fresh baked cookies! Great communication, the peace and quiet the wonderful cabin and deck, with every amenity you can think of. The area is great to just wander and discover things. This is our first stay with Georgia, Eric and Dakota, but it wont be the last!

This place was great! Group of 5 friends, and we were comfortable the whole stay. This place was perfect for people who don't want to spend too much time inside and want to explore what New Braunsfels has to offer.

Our family loved staying here for 4th of July! The house was beautiful and Johnny was a great host. Even thought the house is on the 3rd floor, having an elevator made it so easy to transport our stuff up and down. The location also offers carts to help with taking your belongings up to your house. We loved the shuttle to the river was close by. Overall a great experience and hope to be back!

This place worked very well for us, as it was near our family in Fair Oaks Ranch. It took a minute to find the address, but from then on it was simple. Allison is great to work with. It's a cute place. In warmer weather, the deck would be a nifty place to sit. One needs transportation from this place, so a car or family to pick you up and drop you off. The upside is no traffic. You feel out in the country. Being from downtown in a big city, that aspect is quite fun. Thanks, Allison

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

We had fun feeding the 2 to 9 deer on the property. Location near points of interest. Paul came over twice to check on us. Property was very quite both day and night. We really enjoyed our visit.

Christina’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay! The pictures truly do not do it justice—it’s even more beautiful and welcoming in person. From the moment we walked in, our family felt completely at home. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even feel the need to go out for entertainment. The space was perfect for spending quality time together as a family, which made our stay even more special. The community is quiet and safe, and check-in was a breeze. Any time we have a large gathering in San Antonio, we will absolutely be staying at Christina’s home again. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

The home was easy to find. The deer led us right to it! They are everywhere in the neighborhood and we loved it! It was peaceful, great for walking, and had some pretty scenery. Perfect location to multiple parks and lots to do, while still feeling secluded and hidden away for quiet evenings. They had a well-stocked kitchen supplies, a perfect back yard, grill, and games for the kids 😊 Our kids loved their bedrooms. We enjoyed the time we spent here, love this area, and cannot wait to come back! The hosts were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay!

Zohaib was a gracious host and super communicative. Didn't message him much, but he always responded within minutes. The house is modern and spacious and laid out well. There are modern TV's in every room, including the office space, which he converted to a sleeping room. There are enough amenities to be comfortable and the kitchen and moderately stocked. I would recommend bringing high volume kitchen supplies if you are entertaining a large group, but for the two of us, it was just right. Everything was as described and functioned as it was designed to function. The garage is locked and cannot be used by guests, but that was not a huge deal. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located around a lot of restaurants and retail space. I would stay again.

What a property! Absolutely beautiful! Details matter and this place nailed everything. Everything was stocked up. There were waters and snacks. The kitchen was stocked. The towels were soft. The bed was comfortable. The whole entire place was spotless. The bathtub...oh it's just lovely! The host answers very quickly! Very spa like feel! Thank you for sharing with us.

Beautiful house! Went for a couple of nights for a family gathering and we had a great time. Happy we could bring our dogs, too. It’s peaceful, everything seemed new, and we saw LOTS of deer. The kitchen was comfortable, the yard was nice and we also enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend staying here.

Great stay! Home is exactly as described and looks just like the photos. It’s actually one of the cleanest air bnbs I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a Starbucks about 5 mins away. Host was also accommodating to my reservation requests. Would definitely stay again!

Great clean spot right by the river and all the amenities of Gruene. It is a bit weird because it’s 2 completely separate apartments which I thought were connected. You get 101 and 102 and they are Nextdoor but not connected

This condo is a fantastic choice for staying close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. It provides convenient access to downtown, the Creekside shopping center, Gruene, and more. The community is exceptionally quiet, which we found to be a major plus. We also really appreciated the host's flexibility in accommodating our last-minute request to extend our stay—they were responsive, helpful, and willing to assist. The only minor drawback was the tight parking spaces, but aside from that, the condo met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Angela's place was exactly as described and made for a wonderful stay. The location was our favorite part—so many birds and deer that we ended up having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The entire complex felt safe and really relaxing. Angela has been a fantastic host, extremely responsive with clear instructions. My family and I agreed that we would 100% stay here again when we come back to Canyon Lake. The only minor issues we noticed were that there could have been a bit more toilet paper stocked, and in the master bedroom, turning off the light switch also cuts power to the outlets. It wasn't a big deal; we just charged our phones in the living room while we slept. I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests. Thanks again for a great stay! ☺️

Canyon Lake is a nice place to visit. The condo is perfect and Lisa was very responsive. We appreciate our trip and we will certainly consider reserved with Lisa if we comme back in the area.

Great spot! The condo furnishings were fresh and very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location - It was just a short walk (2 minutes) to the river bank and about 5-10 minute walk to downtown Gruene. Brooke was very helpful and easy to reach. We would stay here again!

Excellent stay. We saw fox& deer every night. Roy left us deer feed. My mom was able to feed carrots to the deer right out of her hand. Great water pressure in shower. The bed& pillows made for an amazing night sleep. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Very peaceful & quiet. Host was responsive in a timely matter. Would highly recommend this rental!!!!
