Perfect location right next to the cathedral of Granada, like literally a min walk away from the entrance downstairs. Cute little balcony overlooking the vibrant street and part of the cathedral (you have to lean out a bit). There is no elevator since it is quite an old and narrow building, so you will have to carry all your luggage by hand to the third floor, which is no problem for me. The room is exactly as described, a studio with a comfy bed and a huge couch. Clean bathroom. Even though it is right above a busy street, when you shut the window, you won't hear a thing from outside, so 10/10 for the soundproof. You might want to bring your eyemask if you are sensitive to light, since the curtains can't block all the light, and the only way to block all the light is to manually pull down the shades outside of the window on the balcony, which could be a bit of work. This place is perfect for a quick stay, can't comment on longer stays since I did not get to use the kitchen at all.

Staying at Richard's Casita has been an absolute delight and a perfect choice for my trip. I'm completely enchanted by this wonderful village and its warm, welcoming people. He was incredibly helpful throughout my long journey from California to Andalucía, offering invaluable advice on transportation, airport options, and always staying in touch. El alojamiento de Antonio es igual a las fotos. Estuvimos muy a gusto y tenia todo lo que necesitábamos. Antonio es muy atento.

A great place accessed by lift or stairs. Set on a traffic free edge of the plaza with quiet bars nearby but bedroom at rear has no sound from them. Easy to access all areas of the town, vehicle access close by. Perfect large windows at front of flat opening onto the plaza letting in morning sun and fresh air

Todo estupendo, Arturo muy atento. La casa está junto al telesilla, pero hay que saber que este remonte es sólo para las viviendas, no para las pistas de esquí. Si miras el mapa de Sierra Nevada lo verás, nosotros fuimos "a lo loco" sin mirar bien la ubicación de este remonte, y pensábamos que daba acceso directo a las pistas.

La estancia en el apartamento ha sido excelente. Cerca de toda la zona turística pero sin mucho trasiego de gente. El sitio estaba genial, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Destacaría la cama por su comodidad. Siempre accesibles si necesitábamos algo y con recomendaciones de sitios de comer y beber que fueron un acierto. Si vienes en coche, dispone de una cochera muy cómoda que facilita mucho la estancia.

Todo muy bien. Apartamento limpio, bien equipado y en buena zona. Muy recomendable.

Amazing stay! We had such a nice time and it fit the five of us perfectly. Our host was so attentive and greeted us with recommendations of the area and directions on how to use all the mechanisms in the space. The space had everything we needed and was very walkable to restaurants, attractions, and everything else. She went above and beyond would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Really nice apartment with good bathroom and excellent shower. Super comfortable bed. Great location because it was 5/10mins walk away from the main tourist locations. Really clear communications with Olty. I would stay here again.

This is a lovely spot in the heart of a very walkable city that feels inviting, safe and friendly. It was easy to get to this apartment from the train station and easy to leave to the airport using the buses. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops, including groceries nearby in very walkable streets. We walked everywhere, including the Alhambra. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for two couples (although only one gets a on-suite bathroom). What this apartment has that you will not find elsewhere is the most friendly and hospitable host - Anastasia. We were about to knock on the door when she looked down and said, “I’ll be right there”. After explaining the apartment she took out a map, shared a google map list and gave us a step by step walking tour form our three day visit. Her restaurant tips suited us perfectly. Throughout our visit she provided helpful tips, was always available to provide assistance at every stage - she even walked us to the airport bus st

I wholeheartedly agree with previous positive comments. One thing I’d emphasize is the great location. The Alminares neighborhood is super convenient. There’s a bus stop a half block from the apartment entrance. It is well worth the 10 minutes needed to figure out how to use Granada‘s buses. A bus card cost two dollars and allows you to go just about anywhere in the city for 40 cents! Highly recommend Pilar and her apartment. A great stay in Granada!

Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Alhambra. If, like us, your main reason to visit Granada is Alhambra, this is a perfect place. Danny was super responsive and helpful, and was kind enough to order a cab for us for our day. Would love to stay again if we get back to Granada!

Everything was great. The heating worked and kept the place warm. Just FYI: there's only 1 bedroom and a kitchen/dining area, so not much space to sit and relax when our daughter went to sleep.

A wonderfully peaceful apartment hosted by a helpful and welcoming couple. The large pool area has seating for large gatherings (we had 14 over, with room to spare) with sunbeds, seating and tables all thoughtfully arranged in a spectacular garden. There is a pool house with fridge, cooker and toilet and showering facilities as well as a seating area with games table. The apartments are a stone's throw from the pretty town of Serón where you can find bars and groceries, but there are many activities and sights to experience within only a short drive, from castle towns and picturesque villages to the seaside and Cowboy theme parks. All in all our stay was as good as it gets. A+

Great property and location. We enjoyed the in house Spa treatments. Kitchen was not stocked. There was nothing, not even salt or coffee!

Apartamento fantástico y limpio , hasta nos dejaron cápsulas de café! Después de la jornada de esquí, el baño en la piscina sienta genial! El garaje cerca de la casa tb es un plus. Tuve un incidente y Jaime se mostró colaborativo. Es muy bien anfitrión.

Mi pareja y yo hemos pasado una estancia magnífica de la mano de nuestro anfitrión Francisco, el cual ha sido muy amable en todo momento y ha estado pendiente a nuestro bienestar. Añadir también fuera del tema estancia, que a mí se me olvidó el cargador de mi móvil en el alojamiento al terminar nuestro viaje e irnos, y Francisco muy amablemente lo empaquetó y me lo envió por Correo, creo que era digno de mencionar ya que es un detallazo que aprecio mucho. En resumen, experiencia para repetir, 100% recomendable!

Estuvimos muy bien, la casa muy limpia, como en las fotos. Solo tuvimos falta de comunicación a la entrada, pero al final nos organizamos.

Felt like home, the kitchen was well furnished with different cooking tools. Beds were comfortable and also pillows.Really appreciated the Turkish bath. Great sun exposure. Will definitely come back!
