Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

Fantastic getaway. It is exactly as pictured plus more. I cannot express the details of decor. In addition, well equipped. We did not need anything. Highly recommend. SipSipHooray was perfect for our 2025 Girls Roadtrip to Fredericksburg. My sister, niece and I had a blast shopping like crazy and wine tasting for 4 days and 3 nights. We appreciated the living space particularly in the evenings after an early dinner, and watching romcoms together. The hot tub was pristine but we only used it the first night due to sunburns from outdoor wine tasting. Thank you Amber for sharing your place and for helping us out with finding gluten friendly options in the area. If you are an ice cream aficionado, do not miss Austin Creamery, a block off Main on W. Austin. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay, and the backyard was huge - definitely would be staying there again

We had a great weekend at the house. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and it was a really convenient location for exploring downtown Fredericksburg.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

A nice quiet place to stay for the last night of our eclipse trip!

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

This was a really nice place to stay for those who love nature and “Glamping” The cabin was really nice. The compost toilet was actually nice and did not smell after usage .The host were really friendly and provided us with the few items we needed *kichten knives, cutting boards, plastic cutlery, and butter. Would love to go back and stay here again .

Fantastic getaway in Fredericksburg! The cabin was darling and we enjoyed saying hi to animals in the mornings. The location both to town and the Wineries off HWY 290 was perfectly in the middle. King beds were luxurious, kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tub was toasty in the evening! Ryan was a very communicative host.

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

This little cabin was AMAZING! So cozy, temperature control was perfect, and the bath house was SO CLEAN!!! My husband and I appreciated how private the cabin felt despite there being others just a few yards away. We were also well stocked on snacks and water! 100% would stay again. The area was gorgeous, check in was easy, and we even got to watch a few deer adventure around the property. CANNOT RECCOMMEND ENOUGH.

Me and my wife came down for our honeymoon, the cabin was magical. We had an amazing time in the remote little getaway with downtown still being accessible. We spent time relaxing at the cabin and enjoying the fishing! We’re already planning a return trip! Definitely worth everything!

The views and stars from the porch were the highlight for me. We spent plenty of time relaxing at the cabin but Johnson City's brewery, moto museum, and LBJ settlement were so close by we had to explore them too. Perfect peaceful weekend getaway from the city.

We loved staying at Patty's place. The cabin was just the right size for us, had great amenities, and was very comfortable. Outside, the animals and nature were perfect after spending busy days out. We loved having coffee on the veranda in the morning while the kids enjoyed the goats, donkey, and wildlife. Most importantly, Patty made us feel like family. She was so kind and friendly, giving us great recommendations for the kids and showing them around the property. If you are looking for a great place away from it all that is still within driving distance of San Antonio, Austin, and Fredericksburg this is the place to stay at a great price. We hope to be back!
