There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the bedroom sheets but Nina was super responsive and took care of us quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay again on my next trip to Colorado.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

We had a great one night stay at Berenice and Jese’s place! Close to Golden and Red Rock, it was the perfect spot for us to be able to explore the area before flying out the next day. Beds are very comfortable. Hostesses did an excellent job of providing what we needed and even had welcome snacks! They were also responsive and gave us great recommendations for donut places.

Wonderful place! We really enjoyed the location (close to Sloan Lake, some restaurants etc.). Fast wifi if you need it for work. Great backyard. Would definitely be back!

Great stay! Loved using the hot tub with my friends. Derrick was very communicative and helpful. We rented a car but could have walked to Lohi in addition to a few restaurants and coffee shops around the house.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Would stay here again if I ever came back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment itself is comfortable, decor was really cool and interesting, comfy bed, convenient location. This place had everything I was looking for. Hanna is friendly and helpful. I got to meet her doggo in the hallway, what a sweetie! I would highly recommend this Airbnb, and would stay here again without hesitation.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

Rebekah place was great! I mean it was very small but I am 6'4 so yeah that place made me a giant lol all in all it was a great place to stay! I will definitely have to book another stay at this place in the future!

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

We loved Brandon’s place. We stayed for a month to snowboard at Copper and all the trip was just 1 hour 15 minutes (no traffic) so great location to get to the mountains. The beds were really comfortable we had a great sleep every day. There’s just one TV in the Living Room. For long stays and kids in the house an extra TV in one of the bedrooms will help big time! The place is on broadway so you have great places walking distance to eat or drink. If you like vintage style. It’s the right place to visit all the vintage stores nearby!!! I totally recommend this place.

My husband and I had a great three-month stay at Ling’s home! Ling and Nicholl were very friendly and responsive hosts. The internet worked well for both of us to be on video calls throughout the day as we both work remotely. We are runners, and the neighborhood is safe for jogging. The bed is comfy. Quick drive to grocery stores. We recommend this home.

Jen was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay but especially loved the live plants and sound machines for sleeping. It was literally across the street from the best taco spot and chill wine and food spot ever! We walked to 16th street mall and all over the downtown area. We would definitely recommend this spot!

Kayla was a fantastic host and the space was beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean and there were plenty of snack and drink options in the cabinet- perfect for if you forget something before the trip up! I’d recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back. :)

The property was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very easy and fast to check in and out. Gina was great to work with. Three of us stayed there for a professional conference. Gina set us up with a caterer, so we could host clients for the Super Bowl. The experience exceeded our expectations.

Mark's place was extremely clean, most impressive was the spotless bathtub. Smaller details like a clean, fresh shower curtain made me very appreciative. The walls are thin but luckily the neighbors are super quiet, I did not have any issues with noise at any point of the stay. Parking was super easy to find in the building. Be warned that the condo is on the 2nd floor but you also have steps to climb from the parking lot to the stairs. Mark was also super flexible our arrival time and check-in. The wi-fi was sufficient for 2 people taking meetings throughout a workday. I'd highly recommend Mark's place for a stay in Denver.
