Lovely house - very spacious and close to everything. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

Fantastic getaway. It is exactly as pictured plus more. I cannot express the details of decor. In addition, well equipped. We did not need anything. Highly recommend. We loved our stay. It was great for our family of 5. We were able to get to Garner State Park and Leakey very quickly. We enjoyed grilling out back and enjoying a fire in the fire pit on a beautiful evening. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we pulled up, we knew this was going to be a great place to stay for our daughters Air Force graduation. The home was very clean, cozy, and inviting. Our children loved finding places to play hide and seek. The amount of space was perfect for all of us. Communication with the owners was very fast. They're very nice and respond quickly. The neighbors are very kind and even invited us over to visit. This home made the time we had with our daughter more relaxing and created great memories for our family. We highly recommend staying here.

SipSipHooray was perfect for our 2025 Girls Roadtrip to Fredericksburg. My sister, niece and I had a blast shopping like crazy and wine tasting for 4 days and 3 nights. We appreciated the living space particularly in the evenings after an early dinner, and watching romcoms together. The hot tub was pristine but we only used it the first night due to sunburns from outdoor wine tasting. Thank you Amber for sharing your place and for helping us out with finding gluten friendly options in the area. If you are an ice cream aficionado, do not miss Austin Creamery, a block off Main on W. Austin. We’ll be back!

Great little house for two couples. One bathroom was a bit hard to navigate with 4 adults but we knew that when we booked. Beautifully decorate. Close proximity to Main and great restaurants. Nicely stocked and provided plenty of linens and extras like box fans (nice and loud for road noise), pillows, towels, etc. Love the little things like portable mirrors for applying make-up and board games. Only con would be that the hot tub did not go above 95 degrees and the drawers in the kitchen needed handles- I could barely open the drawers to access silverware and other items. Overall, great place and I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

Fantastic place and fantastic host. Responded almost immediately when I had questions. The space was great inside. Bed was super comfy. The location was great. A half block to the left was a trolley pickup spot. A half block to the right and down the stairs you were at a river shuttle pickup spot. We didn’t have a car and these made it so easy to get around. The rooftop deck was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

We got a great deal on this place and ultimately that’s what made this 5 stars for me. It’s a great location, not really walkable but very close to everything and feels safe. Love that it had a pool, nice views, clean and open layout, and the ready to use streaming services were a nice addition! The bed, pillows and blankets were not great but honestly the couch was much better and we were fine with that!

Johana was a great host and we enjoyed our time here! The place was so cute, and was stocked with everything we needed!

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

The cabin was equipped exactley as described. Enjoyed the firepit and sitting in well appointed outdoor furniture. Shower was tricky to adjust, but had hot water and plenty of linens. Anna and breakfast she served were both a real treat. Quiet, rustic and very comfortable.

Such a cute and fun little house! Private and exactly what I was looking for on a getaway weekend. Bedroom was nice and dark for sleeping but the natural lighting was great in the main living room of the house. We enjoyed the hot tub and host was very nice and gave clear instructions and great recommendations!

Wild Oak Ranch is at good location, where has an easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maple State Park. Also, the ranch has 10 acres lot, where you can enjoy sunset at patio and watch deer in morning and evening. This Wild Oak Ranch is prefect location for hiking in the Hill Country and State Park.

It’s was clean, nothing leftover from previous guests, and ice tray was full good so good stuff.

Beautiful stay with awesome amenities and so many animals. Waking up in the mornings to them in the backyard was always a treat. Clean and comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Ryan was very responsive and really appreciated the early check in. We loved the location private but close to Main Street. Overall a wonderful stay and would totally recommend and stay again ourselves.

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

We've stayed at many different homes in South, North and Central Texas and in Colorado. This is by far the most cleanest and best described home with a great selection of DVDs, board games, outside patio games and a hockey table. My niece enjoyed watching the deer and birds. We've recommended this home to our friends and family because it was literalllllly the most peaceful stay we have had in a while. Thank you Nora & Raul for keeping us informed from start to finish. We enjoyed your home and hospitality.

Lovely spot. I enjoyed the nature and serenity of the place. The room was nice, and so was the bathhouse (bathroom area). Very comfortable. On a note of character: We had a morning where there was loud neighboring yard work being done and Covita wanted to acknowledge the noise because the neighbor's work was unexpected. It was considerate to have acknowledgement of that, even though it was beyond her control - so thank you. (The noise eventually ceased. It is not work that is a reoccurring event).
