Everything was clean and had plenty of beds for our group. Great value.

We stayed at La Hacienda Rio for 7 nights for a spring break trip. We loved the home and the location. It was homey and clean - and so peaceful. We especially enjoyed the river and the wildlife! We spent most of the week horseback riding in and around Bandera, which was about a 25-30 min drive - but staying outside of town and near the river was so worth it! Thank you Laura!

This place met our needs. It is very spacious and clean. It is close to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Jose’s place was spotless and looked better than the pictures. It’s loaded with amenities and everything is labeled and extremely organized. You can even connect to Bluetooth speakers with quality sound inside and outside of the house. We wish we stayed longer to relax in the house a bit more but if I’m back in San Antonio it’s no question that I’ll be staying here again.

We loved the place! Not only did we walk into a beautiful clean home but there was relaxing music playing and goodies for the guests. The home was beautiful, clean, and even more amazing than described. It was a gorgeous place with a nice large backyard and the pool was amazing. The weather did permit us to be able to enjoy it several days. There was lots to do close by and we referenced his list of recommended restaurants to enjoy. Mauricio was very responsive to any message I sent and so pleasant to work with. We would recommend Mauricio’s place to anyone looking to visit the San Antonio area and will definitely keep it in mind for all future visits.

Our stay was lovely! We loved watching the sun come over the hills in the morning. The view of the stars our first night was great. Night 2 was a bit cloudy due to rain earlier in the day, but the rain also created a much-needed break from the July heat, and we got to enjoy the winds sweeping in through the valley. The porch - both itself and the view - is gorgeous. Trees nearby give nice shade to the fire pit area, and I really wished I brought a hammock to hang on them! Kitchen is well stocked with tools etc. AC was great. There are also a couple of fans in a closet that we could have brought out on the porch if we wanted a breeze. I think this place would comfortably sleep 6 (1 on each of the two bunk beds, 2 on each of the 2 large beds). Couple of nitpicks: could use comfier mattresses, and if we had more than 2 people we would have wanted more cozy seating in the living room (the Longhorn chairs aren’t great for lounging, so the couch is it). Would definitely recommend this place!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Our boys loved being in a separate ”wing” of the house where they could do their homework and gaming whenever we weren’t out and about. The house is in a safe area, and we were able to walk to Main Street very easily. It’s also located on a quiet street, which is so nice. Ashley made it easy for us to check in and check out by sending us texts when needed. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

Super nice place, you can walk to a bunch if different food or stores nearby! Hosts were super friendly and responsive!

My son and husband stayed at Juan's place to go to the Spurs/Celtics and to hang out in San Antonio for a few days. They really enjoyed their stay! They felt it was exactly as advertised with no surprises. Very clean & they were able to pretty much able to walk everywhere they wanted to go. There's a brewery and restaurant nearby and a couple of great coffee shops that they went to many times. Everything was great and they really appreciated the bottle water in the fridge. Thank you!

Such a wonderful historic home!! really enjoyed the "right at home" atmosphere that she has set up for her guests! Everything you need is there for you! Katherine definitely puts a lot of thought into making sure her guests have anything and everything they should need. She's extremely helpful and quick to respond, should you need anything at all. Wonderful value. Great Location. Beautiful Home. Comfortable bed! 5 Stars.

Ron was an excellent host- responsive and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. The home was clean, welcoming, and in a great location, conveniently close to the airport, Fort Sam Houston, and downtown San Antonio. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend the spot.

Beautiful property and very convenient location to both downtown Fredericksburg and area wineries. The house was very clean and well suited for two families with four King bedrooms, two on each side of the house. We drew straws for the primary room! :) We wish the pool were heated so we could have enjoyed it more, but the backyard is great and fenced in (do take note that the pool is not fenced, which may be a concern for those traveling with young children). We had a great stay and would recommend it. One more note is its close proximity to their wedding venue. No events were going on, but there are always people on the property and others staying at adjacent yurts. It was no problem for us and very quiet, but wanted to mention that. The grounds are well kept and our friends enjoyed walking their dog and exploring the property along with the neighborhood deer!

Amazing hosts with a beautiful home! Lots to do even if you want to stay in. Definitely a great stay!

This was a great place. It was not walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants for us. Maybe for a younger person it would be. We had no problem driving or parking on Main Street. Would stay again.

We rented the townhouse for our family members since our house did not accommodate all 21 family members that came for Christmas. Shawn’s place is in our subdivision so it worked beautifully. The group that stayed there were very happy with their accommodations.

We recently stayed at Jose's large family home and had an incredible experience! The heated pool and hot tub were excellent, providing the perfect relaxation spot. The home is located in a private and quiet mature neighborhood, nestled on a cul-de-sac, which made for a peaceful stay. I don't typically rave about the shower pressure, but the master bath shower head and water pressure were the best we've ever had, and the place was very clean. Jose and his management company were very responsive and provided clear instructions for a worry-free stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the San Antonio area!
