Awesome place to stay, paradise in Guatape, jet skies, and kayak available to rent on the private dock, Jacuzzi and beautiful colonial style house with comfortable beds. Noelia welcomed us at the place, she was awesome, helped us with every need and quick responses every time, she showed us all the property and was very helpful even carrying our luggage when we arrived and leaved the place. She even gave us tangerine, oranges available on the property. Definitely coming back for our next trip to Colombia

La casa es tal cual las fotos, no pudimos meternos al jacuzzi porque lo llenaban y salía el agua amarilla casi negra, Norelia y Danilo siempre dispuestos ayudar para todo, excelentes personas muy serviciales, el agua caliente funciona de vez en cuando, el acceso al lago es lejos, la vista espectacular, en general todo muy bueno.

Great stay at Sergio’s. Very responsive and helped us with a last minute extension. It’s a beautiful home with great views. Would certainly come back.

The location is the main star, it's in the end of a distant water branch ("Primavera", north from Guatape). ~0 tourist boats, neighbors' are barely visible, all quiet & filled with birds. The land is large & gorgeous, different orange & banana trees +vegetable garden. Direct access to the lake (down ~20 m hill). Water is comfortable. I rented kayak (Casa Encuentro) & bicycle (Bicirenta). Kayaking & fishing was magical. Cycling to Guatape is ~45 mins 1-way (11km, 400m ↑/↓) + u can cycle to Peñol via village roads. House inside is simple but functional. Kitchen well equipped. Sturdy mattress. Cons: on arrival electronic lock wasn’t setup, 1 window was broken, main door had no glass. I had to set up the lock myself, the windows were fixed in ~2 days. On the last day they’ve sent in lawn mowers at 9:30 am, with check out time at 12:00 & next guest coming in 2 days… But I got a later check out time. But now the house is all set, everything is fixed, you can enjoy the stay safely :)

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Spotless spaces, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was clear and responsive. Great location close to a lot of places yet peaceful and relaxing. The garden it's amazingly designed. We felt like home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Un lugar perfecto para descansar en familia. Amplio, cómodo. Una cocina súper amplia. Lo mejor de todo es la vista tan hermosa. El clima de día es cálido y de noche es frío delicioso. Por la ubicación tan en la montaña, el Internet no funcionó, pero no importó al tener todo lo demás. Se puede hacer fogata, disfrutar del paisaje y la tranquilidad.

Cozy, comfortable, clean, and PEACEFUL!!! The view is spectacular. Sadly, we were only able to stay one night and so we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the kitchen but it appears to be well equipped. The hot tub was a highlight and Sebastian could not have been more helpful. Five plus, plus, plus experience.

Nos encantó el apartamento, perfecto para conocer Guatape. Cerca del parque principal y de las calles turisticas. Un lugar muy tranquilo con una vista increible para un café tranquilo en la mañana. El apartamento es dotado de todo lo básico. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Excelente lugar! Ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido en un Airbnb, desde el hecho de que me permitieron dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de entrada, el recibimiento y la amabilidad de Norelys, el desayuno, la limpieza/decoración del lugar y todas las recomendaciones que dan de lugares para visitar. Definitivamente, si visito Guatapé en otra ocasión, volvería.

The place was very nice and clean. Very close to La Piedra El Peñol and the town. Camila and Mateo were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. They were amazing hosts, very polite, kind, and always willing to make my family and I comfortable and welcome in their Airbnb. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at this Airbnb, and I would stay at Casa Berlin if I ever come back to Guatapé

stellar location! we could walk everywhere. the views from the airbnb balcony were incredible, and we loved looking out the windows. the hosts were great about letting us leave our bags after checkout while we walked around, they were very responsive. a lot of people had negative reviews about the lock, and the hosts seemed worried about it, but we had zero issues with that - if you watch the youtube video, you should be fine! would definitely stay again and would make all my friends stay there if they went to visit. :)

This place was prefect location for Lleras Parque and all the shops. The jacuzzi was the center peace for entertainment. There’s even a cool balcony that is perfect for a cup of Colombian coffee. Also, the cleaning Luisa came everyday and kept the place tidy. Thank you for an awesome vacation.

This place what's remarkable, very quick to respond. Great suggestions for restaurants. White glove, They actually planned a romantic setting for me in my room. When I arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better host and the place was amazing. Very secure and safe. I will be back , 100% recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Claudia's and Andres home was exquisite and very beautiful. The view is nothing you can imagine! worth every minute when waking up to see the whole city at your bedroom window. I enjoyed every night in this private luxury home. Very attentive, services provided just a message or phone call away. Anything I needed, was looked at. Their Driver kept me safe, and was close by when needed. I could not ask for a better experience but having it at this location, and hospitality.

Muy bonito el espacio, check in flexible y cómodo ya que es por clave, nos dieron una cesta de bienvenida, nos recomendaron un parqueadero, respondían rápido, el jacuzzi funcionó bien y el calentador de agua también, el internet en el televisor era rápido y había Netflix, pudimos prender el baffle pero no conectarlo a Spotify sin embargo la música que sonaba era buena, el baño es hermoso, muy grande, en la habitación no se siente ruido exterior, en la terraza se puede ver la gente pasar pero hay privacidad, es un cuarto piso. Muy recomendado, nosotros hicimos una experiencia de cerámicas en Terra cerámica y nos fuimos caminando.

No hay palabras para describir lo increíble que fue quedarnos en este bello apartamento. Es el mejor airbnb en el que hemos estado. Súper limpio, comodo, grande y con una vista que te deja sin aliento. Carlos es el mejor host, se preocupa mucho por uno y se asegura de que te sientas a gusto. El lugar es hermoso y es un area muy tranquila. Uno se siente en paz. Si vas a rentar este lugar, no lo pienses. En mi opinión el mejor area para quedarse en medellin. Tiene todo cerca. Farmacias, supermercados y restaurantes. Gracias por la experiencia Carlos. Definitivamente volvemos ☺️
