Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Concepción

Cozy, comfortable, clean, and PEACEFUL!!! The view is spectacular. Sadly, we were only able to stay one night and so we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the kitchen but it appears to be well equipped. The hot tub was a highlight and Sebastian could not have been more helpful. Five plus, plus, plus experience.

Excelente elección, a sólo unos metros del parque, a la represa y la calle de las sombrillas. Las camas muy cómodas y los baños muy limpios, Cuando necesitábamos algu siempre nos respondían de inmediato. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.

Nos pasamos dos noches aquí en familia y nos encantó. Es igualito a las fotos y está muy cerca al centro de Guatepe. La única recomendación seria tener instrucciones en el apartamento para usar el jacuzzi y el agua caliente de la casa, qué nos costó configurarlos.

El apartamento muy acogedor, súper aseado, muy lindo! La anfitriona muy amable y pendiente.

The place was very nice and clean. Very close to La Piedra El Peñol and the town. Camila and Mateo were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. They were amazing hosts, very polite, kind, and always willing to make my family and I comfortable and welcome in their Airbnb. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at this Airbnb, and I would stay at Casa Berlin if I ever come back to Guatapé

Lugar de ensueño, Kiel es un excelente anfitrión y sus palabras aún resuenan en mi oído ‘un día no es suficiente para disfrutar mi casa’, cuánta razón tenía. Si se quieren desconectar y sentir un pedacito de cielo sin dudas alguna este es el lugar.

Great nature experience in San Rafael!! The house is beautiful, the garden superb. Be prepared to take an adventurous tuktuk ride (we were 4 people with luggage in one tuktuk)! The tuktuk driver was always quick to arrive and very friendly and helpful. The house is close to the river and you can hike to a waterfall. We would have loved to stay longer. Thanks!

Nuestra estancia en la cabaña fue muy agradable. El jacuzzi en el deck con vista a la piedra del Peñol es simplemente espectacular, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje. Todo el espacio estaba impecable, muy limpio y bien cuidado. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Leidy, la anfitriona, fue excelente. No solo estuvo atenta y servicial en todo momento, sino que también nos envió recomendaciones muy útiles de contactos para domicilios y actividades acuáticas. Un detalle a tener en cuenta es que la entrada es empinada, por lo que se recomienda llevar una camioneta para mayor comodidad. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Great stay at Sergio’s. Very responsive and helped us with a last minute extension. It’s a beautiful home with great views. Would certainly come back.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Spotless spaces, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was clear and responsive. Great location close to a lot of places yet peaceful and relaxing. The garden it's amazingly designed. We felt like home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

La atención es excelente, muy atentos, en cuanto a la finca todo está muy bien amoblada muy organizada, cuando llegamos todo súper limpio y bien puesto, los espacios sin muy cómodos y agradables. Totalmente recomendable

El lugar es increíble, tiene una vista espectacular, la casa es tal cual como la descripción! Nos encantó estar allí porque está rodeado de naturaleza y eso hace que sea un lugar demasiado tranquilo! Our stay at this one-bedroom AirBnB condo was absolutely fantastic! The highlight was the private jacuzzi on the balcony — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. The condo was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sergio and Manuela were incredible hosts, super responsive and genuinely welcoming. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and we appreciated having a well equipped kitchen. The location was peaceful and easy accessible via Uber. We felt completely at home and taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again — thank you, Sergio and Manuela!

The apartment was fantastic, just as described in the posting. The photos matched the actual apartment perfectly. It was well-secured and had an amazing restaurant on the first floor. The food was delicious, and it was very convenient. The pool was as described and has an amazing view. The location was okay, it was quite safe. However, there weren’t many walkable establishments (cafes, restaurants, etc.), but they are just a short Uber ride away. Getting an Uber was easy. There’s a grocery about a block away. The biggest draw for my family and me was the number of young women who came and went from the complex. This had nothing to do with the host. It’s just a heads up for families traveling together to be aware of.

Carlos communicated well, and the condo was very clean and perfect for a group stay. 5/5 — highly recommend.

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. It’s in a perfect area where you can walk around to cafes, restaurants, and stores. It’s a short cab ride away from the train station, and very central if you are traveling to other parts of the city. We made use of basically all of the amenities and everything was great. Juan Pablo was super responsive and very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this Juan Pablo's Airbnb in Medellín! The apartment offers breathtaking views of nature, making every morning and evening a truly special experience. The building itself is extremely secure, with 24/7 security and controlled access, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. Juan Pablo was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Medellín and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment infront of gardens within walking distance of restaurants etc. Very helpful and friendly security at entrance. The host Jorge Luis replied quickly to any requests and gave suggestions on what to do, where to eat etc.

Place was absolutely amazing. If I could give it more stars I would. I felt right at home and I’ll definitely be back. Restaurants right down the street “Amsterdam Plaza” amazing place and you have everything you need here. Thank you again for letting me stay at your home

Muy bonito el espacio, check in flexible y cómodo ya que es por clave, nos dieron una cesta de bienvenida, nos recomendaron un parqueadero, respondían rápido, el jacuzzi funcionó bien y el calentador de agua también, el internet en el televisor era rápido y había Netflix, pudimos prender el baffle pero no conectarlo a Spotify sin embargo la música que sonaba era buena, el baño es hermoso, muy grande, en la habitación no se siente ruido exterior, en la terraza se puede ver la gente pasar pero hay privacidad, es un cuarto piso. Muy recomendado, nosotros hicimos una experiencia de cerámicas en Terra cerámica y nos fuimos caminando.
