I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

we just spent a wonderful week at Milary's apartment. she was an incredible host and offered us lots of tips and was responsive to our questions. the apartment is spacious and clean, even a little bigger feeling than the photos. we enjoyed being able to walk just a few blocks to the beach.... as well as lots of nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. we look forward to another stay!

We were nervous visiting Puerto Rico for the first time but this Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The house matched the photos perfectly - everything was spotless and clean. We really appreciated the booklet of food recommendations they provided. The neighborhood is fantastic with a great selection of restaurants and amazing food options. It's super close to a beach where we spent much of our time. The neighborhood was quiet and the natural airflow in the apartment helped us sleep comfortably despite Puerto Rico's heat. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Demi and Andrei were wonderful hosts - very friendly and responsive whenever we needed to communicate. Highly recommend staying here!

I love love loved this location! Everything was about 15-20 mins away! The house is so beautiful and in a very nice and cultured neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and the bar down the street was fun to walk to. I loved being here. Definitely felt like home! Can’t wait to rebook when I return!

Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

El lugar espectacular, igual que en las imágenes. Bien tranquilo, bien familiar. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacerle los 50 de mi madre y nos llevamos la mejor experiencia. Anfitriona siempre bien atenta y amable. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados y volvería una y otra vez. El lugar es bien cómodo, y la vista de la piscina impresionante.

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

This house was absolutely amazing! The pictures does not do it justice! This house was gorgeous. Loved every single thing about it. We went to celebrate my daughters 15s and had a great time. Anytime I had any questions, Adelina was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Great place to spend with friends or family a lot of room to do activities in a great location close to everything

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

Loved our stay. The location was central to many of the things we wanted to see and do. The place was clean. I traveled alone with my 3 kids and felt safe staying here. The host communicated clearly regarding the location and it is a short 10 minute drive from the airport which was very convenient. They even accommodated a late check out which made my kids very happy because we were able to fit in a visit to San Juan on our last day. The best part was meeting Jorge’s mom, Aida. She was so loving and welcoming. Really made us feel like we were visiting family. She greeted us on our first morning and made sure to say goodbye on our last day. My kids asked if we could stay there every time we visit Puerto Rico because Aida felt like their Abuela. She sent us off with a blessing and prayer and waived goodbye as we drove off. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a warm welcome!!

We had a great stay! We felt very comfortable and happy. We lost power (well the whole island was out) and she was so great- bringing chargers and other things to make us feel so comfortable. We would recommend this place and would visit again! Amazing Host !! Don’t read the negative reviews I highly doubt it is true . Sady was fantastic!!

Vincent was very kind and helpful during our stay. The house was in a safe gated community which gave us peace of mind. We had an amazing time thank you!

We had a short stay but we loved it. Very clean space and the attention to details like the little chocolate on the bed and the AC on right when you walk in! Location was great with lots to do in the area. Orlando gave us spectacular treatment he was very responsive and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. Would definitely book with him again on a returning trip !

Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

Ivan was super kind and let us check in hours in advance. The airbnb provided all essentials. The location was beautiful and the locals in the nearby area were so kind and friendly. If you are not from a busy area or used to outside noises, bring earplugs as there are many roosters in the area. They also stop serving food in the area relatively early and many places are closed on Sundays, so be prepared to do some grocery shopping.

Comfortable and accommodating stay with easy beach access, and you can walk down to the beach to get to town easily! We would absolutely come back again. Very comfortable stay for two couples, and it seems like it would be quite comfortable for six people as well.
