Our third stay here. Spotless accommodation and great communication from Jamie. Great location also with just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Poulton. Would happily stay again.

Lovely spacious period property which is in a great location. Close to train station and Lancaster center. Situated on a quiet street with parking and parking permit supplied by host. Contact with the host was faultless throughout our stay. I would definitely return if in the area again.

Beautiful little house, it was the perfect size for me & my dog. It was quiet with private parking. The host had a little welcome pack for the dog, which was so cute and perfect! Thank you so much! Hoping to return in the near future, and will definitely be recommending to family & friends!

Great place and close to the city. The place had everything we needed and instructions for everything were really clear.

My second stay during February but this time i rented upstairs and downstairs as our party was bigger. The upstairs apartment is Even more special, with a beautiful, spacious reception room and lots of light from two big windows. The bedrooms are on an upper level. Everything well appointed and stylish. Very much at home here.

amazing stay! we stayed as a group of friends and had a lovely time at Elisabeth’s home. It was a super cute, warm and cosy house, which was very clean and had lovely decor. It was very easy to find, we travelled by train and bus. would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you!

we had stayed here once before many years ago and after many years we found this visit just as enjoyable and relaxing as it was on our first visit. It was so welcoming and it was almost like time had stood still as everything was as we remembered it . If you like good food and drink with a gentle stroll around excellent shops and attractions then this is the place to stay.

Look no further. We’ve been regular visitors to Keswick for over 30 years and this accommodation is perfect for two people …. Great location, great facilities and spotless. Thank You.

A beautiful property with magnificent views of the sunset across open fields. Easy to find and well positioned for visiting Windermere.

Beautiful place in gorgeous surroundings. Elizabeth was very quick at responding to any queries I had and very helpful. Great facilities and bonus to have swimming and free activities on site. Very comfy bed and spacious living area. The only downside was that usually when we've stayed in AirB&Bs there are condiments such as salt/vinegar and sauces, so deffo don't forget to pack them. But other than that, it's an amazing place and we really enjoyed our peaceful stay. Thankyou

This accomodation is really a home away from home. It is very well equipped and the location is great. Communication with Janet and Mark was excellent. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday.

Spacious ground floor apartment with everything supplied that a visitor could need for a few days. Very comfortable bedroom, quiet and black out rollerblind on window appreciated. Good location for access to town and the lake or country walks. I'm sure the patio doors leading to the garden would be very useful in the summer although we didn't use as our stay was November. Would definitely book again if staying in Keswick

We loved our stay at the rural retreat over Christmas, made more special with some cute decorations and a little gift on arrival which was a lovely touch. The place is set back from the road in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Our dog loved it too, especially as it’s so close to many convenient walks. Cath and Simon were amazing hosts and so accommodating and friendly. We hope to be back soon when visiting family again!

A very smart first floor apartment, overlooking Morecambe Bay, with views towards The Lakes ... beautiful! We liaised with Tom on our arrival in order to gain access (a little earlier than anticipated) and to help us figure out how to use the tv! Our host was very quick to respond to our queries. This was our first visit to Morecambe and it certainly won't be our last. There is a vast, stunning beach and many shops and eateries to enjoy. Whilst we visited 'out of season' some shops and facilities were closed, the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we also appreciated. During our stay we took a train ride to the nearby historical town of Lancaster for some site seeing and retail therapy. In short, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY use this facility again! Upper Mint Mill is a beautiful place to stay, we had such a lovely time there. The space is really well decorated and maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. It’s within walking distance of Kendal town centre (along footpaths), and worked really well as a base to explore other parts of the Lake District. Sophie and Mark were both friendly and super helpful.

Our third or four her stay and we are coming back again later this year. The place is our second home in the UK

Stunning apartment, in quiet surroundings and great for exploring the lakes. Little extra touches with comfortable, well decorated rooms, fantastic kitchen. Glyn is a fantastic host. Would recommend staying here and we would definitely come back.

A great wee find and as nice as always. Lots of eatable’s to tide you over, comfy bed and a warm room. Shower room is great too. Happy to recommend.

Lovely. clean and comfortable apartment, very central to shops, bars and restaurants of Bowness, only a few minutes walk. Bus stop at end of street for hop on/off tour bus. Would highly recommend!
