We loved our stay and can’t thank Jennifer enough for everything. Her communication is outstanding, she’s so helpful, friendly and always goes the extra mile. She kindly had a high chair delivered to the property just to help us out. No question was too much and she replied instantly. The holiday village is exactly what we were looking for as it had so many facilities to entertain our baby. We loved the pool, duck pond, park, hot tub and children’s game room. The accommodation is fab- super comfy bed, and all the amenities that you need. Balcony had lovely views. She kindly provided thoughtful gestures including coffee, tea, jams, and shower/dental kits too. We can’t thank you enough for everything, and we can’t wait to come back in summer!

We stayed at Ian’s Airbnb, It was spotless and came with everything we would need for our stay, everything was great however during the night it can get very warm but there is a fan and doors that open up to outside to help cool down. Swimming and other activities were included which was great, and there are slots for adult only swims and such. Would definitely visit again.

Don’t book!!! You’ll end up not wanting to leave once you arrive, it’s got everything you need. Heated flooring, modern lighting soft touch fridge/freezer and draws, modern lighting, walk-in shower and a walk-in wardrobe. Even the bin has automatic features opening and closing by itself. Great hosts! they do really care about their guests. Greeted with a folder for all the previous guests to write in and share a message, they left a leaflet with tons of places to go.

A beautiful apartment in a stunning setting, as we have family in the area we will definitely return.

This is a homely house near all Lancaster amenities. I’d highly recommend and defo book again. Anke and Matt are just next door. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided hots drinks, milk and home made marmalade when we arrived. The garden was sunny in the evening, despite the Lancaster rain mostly being the order of the day

Spent 3 days at the cottage. Perfect for the 2 of us. Really clear instructions provided beforehand on how to find the cottage as it is tucked away. The cottage was lovely, peaceful, and full of character, and the beds really comfortable. It's location is superb and central. Six pub/restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the start of the Cumbria Way walk is around the corner. The WiFi is strong, (as I needed it for work). Would definitely stay again.

The photos don't do this property justice—it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every detail attended to. Jane was incredibly welcoming and made sure all the information was clearly communicated, which made check-in and our entire stay effortless. The location was excellent, placing us within walking distances to numerous restaurants and hiking trails. The property was not only great value for money but also wonderfully family friendly. We truly hope we can stay again sometime soon!

This was a lovely little place for a relaxed weekend in Windermere! Great location, lots of bars and cafes within walking distance. The lake was close by. The cottage was very cosy and had everything you need for a weekend away! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Very comfortable home from home from quality of furnishings, bed linen, decor and facilities. They have thought of everything including different sized dog bowls just right for my little dog. Loved the art work on the walls. The house is very well located for the beach and close to the shops in case you need anything. Great place to stay for our 2 night trip. Thank you for making it so comfortable.

Was a lovely stay. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Felt very at home as soon as we arrived. Very peaceful area, convenience store only a minute away. Kim the host was very friendly and responsive. Would 100% stay again if I was in the area.

A very smart first floor apartment, overlooking Morecambe Bay, with views towards The Lakes ... beautiful! We liaised with Tom on our arrival in order to gain access (a little earlier than anticipated) and to help us figure out how to use the tv! Our host was very quick to respond to our queries. This was our first visit to Morecambe and it certainly won't be our last. There is a vast, stunning beach and many shops and eateries to enjoy. Whilst we visited 'out of season' some shops and facilities were closed, the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we also appreciated. During our stay we took a train ride to the nearby historical town of Lancaster for some site seeing and retail therapy. In short, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY use this facility again! We’ve just had the most amazing stay at the apartment with our 6 month old for our “mini moon”. The apartment was spotless, had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location - it’s a great base to explore Bowness and Windermere. The apartment is up a hill, but we found this manageable pushing our daughter in her pram. Julie was an amazing host with quick communication and even decorated the apartment with balloons , flowers, chocolates and Prosecco for us which was a lovely surprise. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying again next time we visit the Lakes.

Excellent and cosy stay in a comfortable basement flat. Very quiet setting with lovely views from the door and a beautiful quiet garden to utilise. Walking distance to Grasmere and onto the hills. Everything of good quality in the flat and easy to access and park. Highly recommended

Great stay, Kevin was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The only downside is that the kitchen has no heating and therefore it got very cold. Kevin brought a portable heater to help. To get to the bathroom you have to walk through the kitchen, so make sure to bring your cosy slippers!

We’ve stayed here before & I can’t recommend it highly enough. Incredibly comfortable & immaculately clean & great value too. Excellent hosts.
