Una casa linda, amplia y cómoda, totalmente equipada para una excelente estancia y considerando que es una casa muy grande el internet con una muy buena recepción, el estilo es muy propio y bonito acorde a Mérida, la alberca muy bonita y limpia, ampliamente recomendable y en todo momento estuvo ayudándome mi anfitrión respondiendo y orientándome sobre cualquier duda. Gracias a Manuel por la recepción y agradezco mucho su bienvenida

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s since it our son’s wedding in Merida, we needed room for the grooms family and a place to relax. The home was spectacular and unique. The rooms all had AC and were huge! The bathrooms were amazing and the courtyards were peaceful and the pool area was perfect at the end of a long day with families. Highly recommend!!

Excellent host and place, Jesus was always taking care of us, and always providing advise and recommendations.

Muy recomendable! zona super tranquila, la casa es tal cual la anuncian. Carlos y Helga han sido muy atentos desde el primer momento. La casa esta en buenas condiciones, y es muy espaciosa, sobretodo si van con grupos, familias o niños! Espero repetir proximamente!

Casa ampla e silenciosa com todos os aparelhos funcionando. Roupas de cama limpas. A jacuzi do lado de fora também em ordem. Rodrigo é extremamente profissional e muito educado. Suas dicas em relação as redondezas foram importantes e pertinentes. Em nenhum momento demorou a nos atender e sempre o fez de maneira cordial e objetiva. Perta da casa tem o Estádio Salvado Alvarado, onde fazíamos musculação, corríamos e nadávamos. Também havia uma frutaria a dois quarteirões. O Wall Mart distava 1km. A localização é ótima e para chegar no Paseo Montejo é 1km e para o centro são 2,5km. A cidade é toda plana. O calor diminuiu, chegamos em setembro e saímos em dezembro 2024. EXCELENTE ESTADIA, RECOMENDO !!!

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

Excelente casa, muy amplia y muy bonita, cómoda y en una muy buena ubicación, además la comunicación con Faustino fue muy buena y el muy amable , nos gustó mucho, seguro regresamos , la alberca muy amplia , los dormitorios también, muy agradable en cuanto al clima puesto que tiene una buena arquitectura la casa. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar un buen descanso .

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

We had to leave another place on short notice and Oscar had a place available. When we arrived he informed me that he had made an error and the 2 bedroom listed wasn't available but we could stay next door. I was floored. It had a large open foyer and was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and was more than I expected He met us at the place even though he was supposed to be at a party. Very attentive, even wishing me happy birthday. I would definitely book with him again. The location couldn't be better in my opinion as it is walking distance from everything you may want to do. It was a great stay

We loved our time at Neil’s place in Mérida! Neil seems to have thought of everything you may need or want for a comfortable stay. It was an easy and interesting walk into the center. We loved the back garden and pool area. The internet was fast and reliable (I was working remotely and easily took many Zoom calls without connection issues). Would highly recommend Neil’s place and I would stay again on a future trip to Mérida!

Magnífico alojamiento. Impecable y muy cómodo. El anfitrión estuvo muy al pendiente y nos proporcionó las instrucciones muy claras. La alberca estuvo limpia y en perfectas condiciones, al igual que toda la casa, que cuenta con espacios muy accesibles, me hospedé con mi hijo de 3 años y él fue quien más disfrutó el área de la alberca. Adicionalmente está muy cerca del zoológico centenario, así como del parque de Santiago, lo que es un plus! Sin duda la recomiendo y espero en un futuro poder alojarme ahí de nuevo!

Una casa muy cómoda, excelente para pasar unos días tranquilos, muy silencioso los alrededores. Cerca de las mejores plazas de Mérida y restaurantes igual.

Great home, it felt like it was my own very comfortable. The views from the top floor were amazing. Every bedroom had its own amazing spacious bathroom. The A/C units all worked well and kept us nice and cool while we slept as well during the day when it was at its hottest outside. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the city, the swimming pool was nice and cool perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any messages and questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

Casa Santiago is a true oasis that our family enjoyed to the fullest. Benjamin's communication was always timely and easy-going and he gave us a thorough tour when we arrived to ensure we knew how to work the washing machine and refill the water tank, etc. The house is lovely, the courtyard is stunning day and night, the pool provides a welcome respite on hot afternoons, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. We also really appreciated the finer details like the welcome flowers, fruit bowl, and beverages as well as the separate shower and pool towels. And finally, the house binder is definitely worth reading through as it has some great recommendations for your stay in Mérida, which is a great city and a perfect jumping off point for any number of fun activities!

This home is luxury comfort, offering a blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces that captures the essences of Mexico Yucatán living. The center courtyard has a great wall water feature creating a tranquil ambiance and all spaces have multiple ceilings fans which keeps air moving and the house comfortable. The three bedrooms are nestled on the second floor with two of the bedrooms boasting private patios. With 3 adults and 2 kids we comfortably enjoyed our stay with easy walks to the city center for amazing foods and shopping. Communication was great with easy check-in/out. The house truly has it all and we’ll definitely book again without looking at other places…Superb!!

We had a wonderful stay at Flor's place. The place is small but very charming and it's perfect for 1 or 2 people. The glass ceiling really gives it a unique feel. What really shines are the 3 amazing terraces with all kinds of plant life. A lot of thought and sweat equity was put in to create such a fine and peaceful place. The dipping pool is an added bonus after a day of walking around in the Merida heat. One caveat: the spiral staircase requires that you are mobile and not too wide. The location is a 5-minute walk from the Santiago Market and 12-15 minutes from Santa Lucia Park or Plaza Grande. As for hosting, Flor was very helpful and quick to answer all messages we sent and in person, she is truly a delightful person and her family is as well. Our conversations with Flor were always a pleasure. She is the kind of person that you would want to have as a friend. Additionally, she has a fantastic eye for design as can be seen by the way she decorates both inside and out.

El lugar ideal si vas con tu familia, la zona es tranquila y está bien localizada. Los anfitriónes son muy amables y responden rápido si tienes alguna duda. Y nos dejaron un garrafón de agua de bienvenida 💖

La casa es tal cual la descripción, todo estaba muy limpio y la llegada fue fácil, la casa se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Mérida, se puede caminar en pocos minutos a la plaza principal y a paseo Montejo, además la casa es muy cómoda y la alberca muy grande, nos encantó sin duda volvería a hospedarme de nuevo !

Fantastic tranquil spot in the heart of Merida. The courtyard area is stunning and allowed us to relax in our own private area, with only the beautiful birds for company. The building has been well preserved with stunning 19th Century large doors and high ceilings. The place is enormous and we only used a fraction of the space. Myr and Sam were very helpful and responsive, including when we had problems with our flight which meant we checked in late. The grand plaza is around a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute taxi) away so it was a great base to explore the city. Thank you Myr and Sam for letting us stay in your beautiful house.
