From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The view from the property was simply breathtaking! Whether it was enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise or winding down in the evening with the stunning scenery, it truly added something special to our experience. Great weekend stay. Loved all the wood in the place and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the night. We grilled, played games and hiked in Bethel. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a medium to large size group. We stayed at the house for a week of skiing at Sunday River and could not recommend the house more. Easy 15 minute ride to the mountain, great hot tub on the deck, large bedrooms upstairs, plenty of bathrooms. All around 10/10 experience!

Barry and Nia were great hosts to our large group! Very responsive to messages and questions about the listing and the house was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of space inside and out and a great location! Hope to be back again next year!

Proche des États -Unis donc frais si ont fait des Pour le chalet voie Lactée, je m'attendait a ce thème a l'intérieur aussi. Mais trop de décoration qui na aucun rapport, coq, loup, papillon, etc. Parcontre dans le spas sa valais la vue, le ciel qui représentait vraiment le nom du chalet. Est-ce que je retournerais ? Oui sans aucune hésitation. Pour le prix ca vaut la peine. La plage pas loin est un plus ;-). J'ai aimer mon séjour ;-)

2nd time staying here for a guys ski weekend! everyone was stoked to stay here again! it is in great proximity to sunday river and 2 doors down from the matterhorn ski bar! hot tub was awesome and the ping pong table in the basement was fun! we did alot of cooking at the house and the kitchen and dinning room where very spacious! we all loved that log cabin feel and being in the mountains!

This was our second year here for our annual ski trip and love the home! It’s close to the mountain, the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect, and the living room and kitchen are perfect for our group! The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and gadgets you need when cooking away from home. We love the hot tub too! Can’t wait to be back next year!

The chalet was perfect it was clean and the property was beautiful the host was exceptional great place to go looking forward to going back !

Chalet rustique mais très bien équipé et chaleureux ! Un bel équilibre entre le confort et la tranquillité loin de tout. Carol nous a bien accueilli et vous pourriez passer un week-end à juste découvrir les trésor qui tapissent les murs. Endroit parfait pour décroché et marcher en forêt avec pitous Je recommande sans hésité !

The weather was unlucky, so we spent more time inside than we had planned. Even so, we had a wonderful time. The property is exactly like the pictures, and the big windows are special. Just watching the snow fall through them was an event for my kids. The kitchen is equipped which everything you need and the shower is a plus. We traveled with two children and a baby, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair and playpen already set up for us. Dogs have plenty of space to run a play.

Great location, very easy to get to. Ample parking for trucks and trailers. House was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessities. Lots of sleeping options, definitely good for families and groups. Peter was nice and responded quickly when we messaged him. We had a great stay :)

Tout était parfait! Le foyer était allumé quand nous sommes arrivés. C’était une belle attention! Bien que le logement ne contienne pas d’eau courante, il a été facile de se débrouiller grâce à tout ce que l’hôte avait mis en place. Marilyne a été présente pour nos questions lors de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement à tous ceux qui désirent passer un moment mémorable en nature! 🥰

Beautiful cabin in a very cool location. Top of the mountain and right on the snowmobile trail! Plenty of space for the two of us and our dog. very cozy!

Our third time staying! We love the location! the views to east, west and south just a short walk down the dirt road are amazing and it’s very private. Alexis is super easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond to provide a nice stay. One day my husband and I will get to her other a-frame without the whole family:) We ski at Burke (12 min), wander around willoughby and sentinel rock and grab a beer and slice in town. We keep saying how we want to go in the summer. Definitely recommend.

loved the place. we were there to snowmobile so it was perfect. we trailer our sleds so I can't comment on trail access from there but I was told there is access. The only thing I have to mention is with the heat set on 65 degrees it still kicked on at night and made both bedrooms warm and woke us up. it was nice and cool in the rest of the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Shannon & Adam’s home, perfect location in that it was quiet and private. Love the layout of the house and had everything we needed. Great hosts, thank you!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Kadie's place. It was clean and comfortable with spectacular views from the back deck. We even saw a bull moose out on route 16.

Stayed twice now as this clean and cozy cabin suits us perfectly. Im sure well be back.

Rustic cabin but very comfortable. Very private location but close to Lake Willoughby. Lots of hiking in the area. Loved sitting on the deck after long day hiking, very peaceful, relaxing. Don't miss Sentinel Rock State Park just down the road. Short loop hike and great views, great place to watch sunset. Would definitely come back!

The property is beautiful. It has its own private lake access. It is very beautiful and peaceful. Tom was a great host, he had a fire already going for us when we arrived. The house runs off a generator that is very easy to use. The views in the evenings and mornings are something out of a Bob Ross Painting. It is an amazing place and well worth a visit.

Earlier in the year, I had a dream of being in a remote cabin in the woods surrounded by snow with a bear rug and a cozy fire. Bear Cub Cabin made that dream come true right down to the bear rug!! Surrounded by the comforts, peacefulness, and tranquility of Bear Cub Cabin I was literally more relaxed than I think I’ve ever been in my entire life. The gas stove was so warm and inviting and the central heating made sure the temperature was just right even when it was negative 6° outside. I am an adventurer at heart and the surrounding areas allowed us to enjoy snow skiing and snowmobiling. The hosts were very responsive and kept the driveway cleared of the tremendous amount of snow and even appreciated the snowman we built outside the window. I highly recommend Bear Cub Cabin. Rob Further, the cabin was beautiful, the kitchen well-stocked to prepare any meal, the space was smartly laid out, very clean, and the access/ exit was very easy. What a great place to relax and play! Ria
