We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

Mitch has a lovely home with beautiful surroundings (Lake Champlain for kayaking and listening to the water lap on the shore, view of mountains across in the Adirondacks), local walks in the area are nice. Hiking not far away. We went into Burlington for a concert. Nice to realize that Mitch is related to a close friend of mine. A very peaceful spot,

Paul was awesome to work with super responsive. The location was AMAZING walking distance to everything you could possibly need. We will for sure be back again!

June’s place is nice and cozy, great amenities including washer/dryer, beautiful views of Lake Champlain and Adirondack mountains. June was a responsive host and helped us get in to her place last minute with ease.

The location of this spot is amazing. In walking distance of the center of Burlington. Perfect space for the weekend, we loved it!

I spent two nights at Scott's place in early March, for a girl's weekend and it was absolutely stunning! The space was exactly as described, with breathtaking wharf views from the main living area and views of Commercial Street from the bedrooms. Everything was spotless, from the living spaces to the linens, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to all of Portland’s top spots. Scott provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in, check-out, and onsite parking, making the stay seamless. One item to note is, the two full bathrooms are actually located inside each of the bedrooms. As well, there's a private half bath in the living space off the kitchen. We can’t wait to return!

Super cute place with a nice view of the Hudson. The claw foot was an added bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

A perfect stay on Follins Pond This beautifully decorated house is wonderfully comfortable and thoroughly equipped for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying all kinds of vacation fun. The views of the pond are spectacular; there are two cozy gas fireplaces and an outdoor firepit; the multiple decks have ample seating and there are even two Adirondack chairs on the dock for peaceful enjoyment of the pond. It's one of my favorite Airbnbs ever. Meg is the BEST hostess, always concerned about guests' comfort and convenience. We've stayed at her houses many times and the experience is always 5-star. A bonus is that her houses are always well-stocked with cooking supplies (olive oil, spices, etc), bath supplies, and books and games. This area is a great starting point for exploring the mid-Cape. Our favorite local spots: Lighthouse Keeper's Pantry, Leonessa, Three Fins Coffee, the Cuffy's Emporium, the Indian Lands trails, Mayflower Beach, West Dennis Beach, and the lovely Flax Pond trails nearby.

Beautiful and easy little cottage, lovely porch with wonderful big swing to nap on with the pup, luscious huge lawn to feel space and privacy, and absolutely beautiful lake view, easy rock step into shallow section to launch our floaties and Wayne’s paddle boards. Easy living with picnic table and great Weber grill, and second small fridge in the boat house. A keeper!

Was an outstanding mini vacation at Jon’s , hot tub was amazing, shower was awesome ! Very very cozy and nice little surprise in the fridge as well ! Over all very outstanding experience!

Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

This was a really nice house on a beautiful lake. The beds were comfortable and there were enough to accommodate us. It was very clean and easy to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place. It was a perfect little getaway where we could unwind & just enjoy the scenery. We came in town to visit our Son who is a Freshman at Nichols College. We had some cold weather & rain but, we took full advantage of the firepit & sat out by the water enjoying the view. There were lots of things to do on the water that we can hopefully do when we visit again in warmer weather. This place was a wonderful spot for us to unwind & spend time with our boy! Andrew & Lora were super responsive & helpful for all of our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Highly recommend this gem by the water!

This was our family’s second stay at the Bay House. We love the ever-changing views from the picture windows and watching the various birds fly about. We enjoyed using the included beach pass to the state park, but were also comfortable staying in to play board games on the one rainy day we had. I’m sure we’ll be back to visit Popham Beach in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

Bob’s place is lovely and a perfect spot for a trip to Wolfeboro. Overlooking the lake, the unit was wonderfully situated. It was comfortable, immaculate, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Bob was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Sameer’s place was INCREDIBLE! The condo is stunning and feels brand new. He provided such great recommendations and was proactive with everything we could’ve had a question for. You can’t beat the patio overlooking the water! I couldn’t recommend it more!

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

We had a fabulous experience with the apartment. It was a little bit small, but actually ended up being very cozy for the long weekend. No issues whatsoever, and Kevin was a very gracious and respectful host. Definitely recommend this for a short getaway!

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Irinas place was exactly as she described. She answered all inquiries in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.
